If they would just be upfront about how long it will take, or change the appointment scheduling system somehow, that would greatly improve customer satisfaction.     I've brought my car here for years. There are issues most of the time but are usually based on wait…read moretimes. You can bring your vehicle in the morning for basic maintenance and leave at the end of the day. Recently it happened again, which is the norm, but the service center accidentally sprayed gasoline on the engine and firewall. Apparently they tried to clean it off but not well enough. They sent my wife home with a car that smelled so bad of gasoline that she had to open all windows. We thought it would go away but instead it made everything in the car smell of gasoline including our garage. I called the manager who apologized and said to bring it back in which I did. Spent a few more hours there and asked our service rep for some sort of reimbursement based on the wasted time, gas headaches and smelling up the car and garage. He said he'd ask his manager. Didn't hear back for a week. I sent an unhappy email. Received a message from someone asking for me to call but at that point I have already wasted so much time, money and energy on them wasting my time and temporarily making my car undriveable. I messaged back and basically said, I'm done with the phone calls. Please just do something in good faith. That was two weeks ago. I am now looking for alternative service stations.

    Avoid Golden Advanced Auto at all costs!!! They sell bad…read morebatteries and then refuse to honor the warranty you pay for! Twice now with 2 different cars the brand new DieHard platinum batteries I purchased with 36 month warranty went bad in just 6 months! 2 in a row! Sam used the stores tester on my last one and said it's not the battery, it's my alternator, I said it's probably the battery since the last one in a different car lasted only 6 months too, Sam refused to honor the 36 month warranty and continued to blame my alternator, he even said he was sure it's the alternator.... I said in a stern voice I'm gonna need a new battery here today and Sam said he can get me a new battery but it will void my warranty, so I said fine, let's install the new one......but then he wanted to charge me full price for a new battery and even said there would be no warranty cuz he said my alternator will just eat it up. I was turned away with a dying battery. Sam refused to honor the 36 month warranty that I paid Advanced Auto for! So, I located a new alternator and went to Auto Zone to pick it up, scheduled my mechanic to come install it and when he came out and put on his tester he said my alternator is working fine, and that the battery is bad! We went back to the store together and manager Joe put it on the same tester they have and instantly honored the warranty and gave me the free replacement battery that I wanted in the first place from Sam. But I had to pay my mechanic $125 for the service call! I called corporate to complain and the district manager Glenn Richardson called me with stall tactics, wanted to argue my mechanics diagnosis, didn't seem to accept any responsibility, and would not refund me the $125 I had to pay my mechanic. He didn't seem concerned with his stores negative reputation and now he doesn't return phone calls! Glenn Richardson could not settle my complaint, he's just a yes man for Advanced Auto Parts!!! What a waste of time and money dealing with these people! Avoid the nightmare at the Golden Advanced Auto!!! I should of listened to the negative word on the street that I heard about Golden Advanced Auto, they have a really bad reputation that's getting worse! Every time I'm in that store there's always a customer complaining about the service there! Avoid this nightmare store and go to Auto Zone or O'rieleys just down the street! PS: One time when I bought a new battery, I now remember as he was wheeling the battery up front on the cart he was wiping the battery down cleaning it... why did they have to clean up a new battery? It appears Advanced Auto is taking in the returned bad batteries and putting them on a charger then selling them as new batteries!!!

We had put…read morethousands of dollars into our p.o.s of a car in hopes it would overcome its challenges.Not to mention the whole buying experience was terrible at Sharpest Rides, when I had finally had enough, we found the car we originally wanted at EMPIRE NISSAN. I texted them and a awesome gentleman named Dustin messaged me back, we got the ball rolling and when we arrived he was ready for us. We had to trade in our car that we were upside down on in our loan, they gave us more than blue book value for our trade in!!! It was hands down THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Everyone was warm, friendly, honest and helpful. You could definitely tell that the energy here was good! Dustin was amazing, helpful, compassionate and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of us. He hooked us up with extra coverage and some other helpful support for the car, and mind you he threw this in after we had already decided to buy the car, so it wasn't even used as an incentive, more like a surprise gift!!!He also recommended and scheduled our window tinting with their guy, for an amazing rate. They said they heard many horror stories from SHARPEST RIDES and wanted to really help to ensure this experience was way better.I could go on and on about how great Dustin was and really everyone we dealt with and met that day. My boyfriend cannot stand buying cars, nor car sales people because they are usually sneaky and out for themselves, not at Empire!!!and even he couldn't believe the awesome upstanding service we received! I highly highly recommend buying your car from Nissan Empire in Lakewood. So go see Dustin at Nissan Empire Lakewood, and tell him Tiffany sent ya!

He's helped me multiple times, fix/sort out issues from…read moreother dealerships, before I had the right relationships in-place at the location closer to my house, thanks to Chance solving. 1. Chance identified a miscommunication from Toyota Corporate Communications, sent incorrectly, to my house, while I handled my dad's estate, which informed me of an alleged paint chip recall. However, this was sent to me well after my dad died in 2021, so obviously I assumed it was for my dad's, now my, Corolla, which my dad got in spring 2021, after - per USAA General Counsel - his Prius, was totaled in a November 2020 5-car pile-up, caused by a woman in a Geico Jeep Liberty. Not so. The communication was for the Prius! Chance figured this out, after the location near my house pawned me off, saying they don't do body shop work, and to come to this location. I wasted an entire vacation day, listening to the other location, wasting my valuable/limited time, only to be told that this location also doesn't do body shop work, and furthermore, Chance identified - using the VIN number - that the communication, which failed to list make/model of said vehicle, was regarding a paint chip recall for the Prius! Unbelievable & so annoying / inefficient / disrespectful, proving the importance of proof-reading corporate communications to allegedly valued and allegedly respected customers, such as myself. 2. The location near my house failed to do a proper alignment on my Corolla, when installing snow tires in December 2025, so I brought my Corolla to Chance, for a second opinion, and he solved everything. Highly recommend!

    Shopped online for a car for my daughter in law as we were purchasing for her. We live in Texas…read moreand our DIL lives in Colorado. Found a vehicle at Stevinson Toyota West. Called the dealership and talked to one of the sales folks. Everything was on the up and up or so it seemed. The salesman sounded professional. Set up an appointment for our daughter in law to test drive the vehicle the next morning. We asked the salesman before we set the appointment if they needed a deposit to reserve the car overnight. He said no that it was going back to detail as it wasn't properly done. Our DIL arrives at the appointment time and is told the car is sold. Instead of calling and not wasting her time they try to push her towards another vehicle that had been in an accident, reported by CarFax. They never mentioned that to her. She calls and we tell her that the vehicle that we were after is the only one we had talked to Stevinson about and the other had been wrecked with right front and side moderate damage. We told her to leave and we had another vehicle we were interested in at different dealer. On her way out she was verbally accosted and called a Bitch. My recommendation for anyone wanting to be verbally assaulted to go ahead over to Stevinson West for the verbal abuse you will receive and spend an extra $799.00 dealer handling charge for nothing. If it were me I would steer clear of this dealership and spend my hard earned money at a dealership that actually has customer service and appreciates your business, like Mountain State Toyota did for us on our purchase. Mountain State doesn't charge you $799 for doing nothing like Stevinson does.
