So I called down there to see if they have the part. They didn't have the item I needed. Well what do I do now I thought to myself? Then I remembered there was another auto parts store up the road. It was Napa. So I drove up there to get my part. Once I entered the store I've received a friendly greeting. I walked up to the counter and proceeded to tell the gentleman what I needed. It took a minute because he had to consult on his computer. Once he found the product he did something unusual. Instead of just telling me where the item was or point to the item, he walked to the back of the store and retrieved the product for me. Now folks I don't have to tell you what this is. This is a great example of what customer service should be! An employee going out of his way to help his customer. Needless to say they found a new customer and to top things off my nephew was with me and he loved the customer service too. Also there prices were competitive with the other store. Wrapping this up, this community could use a few more stores exactly like this.

This week I was ready to buy and tried at two different Ace Hardware stores who carry Stihl and displayed the model I wanted but had none in stock. My sister reminded me of our purchase of our Ferris riding lawnmower from Haltom, two years ago and that they carry Stihl too, so I headed that way. Sure enough they had the model, BGA 60, I was looking for in stock and an extra battery. While I waited, I browsed through their showroom. You can see from my photos posted here they have pretty much everything you need for landscape maintenance. I found a pair of lopers that will cut a 2¼ inch branch. They have really long handles to make it easy and they retail for only $78. After cutting grass at three different houses, I am happy with my purchase of the BGA 60 Stihl Blower. I like the four LED lights on the batteries with the push button to let you know how much of a charge is left. Also the blower will decrease a tad in power to let you the battery is almost done before it goes completely dead. That's a nice feature. I'm also glad I bought the extra battery since I'm responsible for cutting seven different yards.

I was originally…read moregoing through Uhaul to get my trailer hitch and lighting taken care of on my car but ended up being sent to Waymires after Uhaul couldn't figure out how to get the lights to work. Not only had they not been able to figure it out, in the process of trying, they spliced the original wiring for the tail lights on my car and I drove all the way to Waymires not having a clue my tail lights were out because of what they had done. Jim and his family fixed what they had done and were able to solve the problem with the trailer lights in minutes. On top of that, they were incredibly kind and communicated everything to me. Go see them first! I wish I had!
