This location went above and beyond today to help me get service for our 2012 Chevy Volt. We were in desperate need of a new battery-mainly due to the incredibly cold temperatures-and did not have the time to wait for it to be ordered and delivered. Sam-the salesperson who helped me-honored the 20% off code I found online and worked on helping me coordinate installation of the battery at another location. However, one of the other salesmen happened to have brought TOOLS FROM HOME AND INSTALLED IT FOR FREE. This is key because the commercial hub location does not provide installation services AND our car is a hybrid and the battery is not conveniently located. I would totally drive back down to the south side to see these guys for vehicle service.

This battery was $279 and only lasted for one month. When I contacted him, he had me to go get the battery tested which I did, and the battery was no good. I then contacted him back he asks me to ship it back to him which I did that he would refund me my money back or send a new battery. At this point a week had pasted by so I had to go rebuy another battery. Meanwhile im still contacting the owner of Mr. Jorge and he is telling me that he is waiting for the battery to be tested, which I had already did because he asks me to that he would call me back. Several days go by I call back he has other employees answering the phone stating that he is not in or he is with a costumer. At this point, I know that Jorge is starting to avoid me. It's now going on 2 weeks since this all started and he is telling me that he has tested the battery and it has come back perfect.......So please tell me why in the hell would I go through all this with a battery that I NEED and now I have paid right at $600 because I had to go buy my own battery because I need my vehicle for work.
