If I could rate 0 stars I would. Went in to pick up an order that was payed for. They couldn't find it even though I was told it was ready to be picked up. Everyone stunk like weed and they had all clearly just smoked. 20 minutes later they still couldn't find the part and I ended up having to pay more for something that was easier to find. Came into this Auto Zone yesterday to get a battery charged, initially I was told battery was good just needed to be charged after leaving the battery there for two hours as I was told when I came back that the Battery was no good and wouldn't charge. I then inquired about a new battery that was available ,however they couldn't install it. The guy who mentioned the battery was good was gone for the day when I returned. There also was a older guy who was very helpful but he also left to do a delivery (I was told). Long story short this was a very frustrating visit but one guy help tremendously and should be recognized for his help and all his effort Thanks Mike, You're AWESOME! Oh and there was one guy there who really need more Customer Service training. You can have ALL the knowledge when it comes to the product BUT dealing with customer is part of the job and he lacked those skills... it's almost like he didn't wanna be bothered. read more

The gentleman greeted me at the door, Bill was his name, and he was so very helpful to look up the part numbers and help me find everything I needed. The Manager was the most helpful. It's not very often you find the Manager stopping what they are doing to assist a customer. The store was not very busy but they other employees were assisting other customers. The manager quickly assisted me by going outside with me to find out exactly which coolant was needed for my car and immediately checked me out so that I could continue on with my day. read more

I've been to a few Autozone locations and this one is my favorite. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They greet you right away and make auto parts/supplies buying easy. The store is clean and well stocked. I have also found they are adequately staffed with knowledgeable people. I needed a new battery and called ahead to make sure they had what I needed since I have a HEMI. From the phone call through the purchase, I had a great customer experience. I asked them to install the battery for me and that is when the great customer experience changed to exceptional. Cooper was the person who installed the battery and I must say...the kid deserves a medal! The minute I popped the hood...the skies opened up and poured buckets...drenching him completely... Not once did he get impatient or rush. He remained calm and focused. He did a great job! He even checked everything twice. Super happy! read more

Was trying to buy a $140 battery for my car because it died in a parking lot headed straight there it was 8pm they close at 9pm they advertise they put in battery's for free and when i pay 140 for a battery you bet your putting it in so i asked kindly to put it in and he said no we close in 30 mins. When really they closed in a hour. Most people know most battery's take 10 mins to throw in. Will never go here again all the employees don't wanna go out side ever they're all lazy go down the street to advanced auto parts. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. They sold me an alternator for a 2006 Ford Fusion. I ask them if the alternator was good before I took it out of the store. I ask this specifically because they sell bad alternators ALL the time. (This has happened 3 different times on different vehicles) I performed the car repair, the next day the alternator was testing bad along with battery lights and check charging system lights! I requested some type of reimbursement for this issue, them paying to replace the part. Please keep in mind, in order for this alternator to be replaced, the ac compressor also has to come out meaning hours of work. Also having to replace refrigerate. They basically took my name and number, after not hearing from them for hours I contacted the district manager. He also did not help me in any way! So also not only did this store lose my business but I also own and operate valvoline stores in the Chicagoland area. I will not continue purchasing product from this company. Sad really, as a company they cannot own up to an issue and pay for their mistake. Buyer beware! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ALTERNATORS from this store. read more

My daughter and I went in to buy a replacement wiper blade for her Sonic last night. We brought the old blade inside and checked the wiper book to find the correct blade, chose one in her budget ($19) and took it to the register to pay for it. Since her car has an unusual connector, and the wiper had several connectors in the package, I started to ask the man at the register if he could help put the right connector on. I didn't even finish the sentence when he said that blade wouldn't fit her car. The only blade he had that would fit was the $40 Bosch brand. I tried to tell him the wiper book showed that the Duralast we had picked had several connectors in it, but he just cut us off, took the Duralast out of our hand and put it back on the rack. He then asked what kind of car we had (how did he know it wouldn't fit if he didn't know what kind of car it was?) and pulled it up in the computer. Of course the Bosch showed up at the top, and he didn't scroll down. I ended up giving my daughter the difference so we could buy the blade and get out of there. I wish I would have walked out and gone to another store. read more

I've been going to this location for almost 10 years but recently have not been very happy with the service. Today was the reason why I will no longer be going back to this location. Went in to the store to find something useful that I could spend my $10 merchant card and $5 or rewards I still had on my reward card. Found something I wanted. Went to ring out and was asking about if I were to get the purchase above 20 dollars if it would then add another point to the rewards card. The employee inquired and then told me that I could not use the $5 on the rewards card could not be a part of the $20. I was fine with that I went to find something that would make it just above $20. Once I found it and added it I told him I didn't want to use the $5, however he had accidentally already applied it. Management then went on to say that there was no way to undo the mistake they had made with absolutely no care at all about the fact that it was there mistake. I then said ok that's fine then can you take the additional item off because I then only want the original item. Management then very rudely said there was nothing at all that they could do to take the item off which I in no way believe is true at all. I then said ok well then I don't want any of it. They then said "well your $5 is coming off whether you buy it or not" that's when I decided to bite my tongue and leave. Worst parts store customer service I have ever had read more
