When we questioned it, Heidi in finance falsely claimed it was GAP coverage, then shifted blame instead of taking responsibility. We have addressed this in person with both Heidi and a customer service supervisor. We were told the cancellation was sent in December and then resent on January 20. It is now April, and the unauthorized warranty is still on the contract. We have also been waiting for a call from the General Manager -- no response. No follow-up. No accountability. We have been loyal Chevrolet customers for years and have purchased multiple vehicles from this location. After this experience, we will not return. At this point, we are seeking legal guidance regarding our rights, including the possibility of returning the vehicle, since the unauthorized warranty has not been removed.
