Jay responded by saying, "I don't care," while speaking on the phone and refusing to make eye contact with me during the interaction. I then asked what was going on and requested to speak with a supervisor. He said his supervisor would arrive at 10am. I then stated this wasn't nonsense and they should do better. At that point, Jay threatened to call the police on me while my daughter was standing beside me witnessing the entire interaction.
