I have been going to Autobahn for about 15 years. It is the best mechanic shop that I have ever worked with. I have taken a BMW 740i, Mercedes 550e, Jaguar XF, and a Range Rover and have had excellent service on all of those cars. They only do repairs that are necessary and they will try to find the cheapest parts possible as well. They are timely and expert at all foreign cars. I have had maintenance and complex repairs handled in a timely and expert manner. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop for any European car. read more

My boyfriend took his vehicle to this shop. and well after leaving it not only did it take forever for him to pick his car up, because they kept saying more than one thing was wrong with it, but he got it back in worse conditions. Expensive belongings & tools of his were stolen from his trunk. He confronted them about the things that were missing just for them to say they had break-ins recently. Horrible Lack of communication. If break ins occur he should've been notified immediately about the break ins. not the day he picks the car up and he notices on his own that his belongings were missing. He should have the right to know what goes on especially if his vehicle is present. He was robbed from his belongings and robbed from the shop because they didn't even fix the car. They just wasted a lot of his time that he can't get back and money. A police report was filed. Highly don't recommend this place. They are extremely unprofessional. They have no cameras and inconsiderate hired hands. Will never be back again. 0stars. read more

I trusted this business to repair my car after an insurance claim was filed. Long story short, they took the claim money and didn't repair properly. After one month and three tows later... Not only did I end up on the side of the road Sever times- I had to pay another mercedez repair over 2k to do what they refused to do. I would NOT trust this business. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.. I NEVER write reviews but this needs to be said I dropped my Mercedes GLC 300 Coupe here for a battery replacement! Let me start by saying I have a "Drone tracker" installed in this vehicle I get alerts regarding battery life and other factors... these dumba** mechanics took my original dead battery out the vehicle to attempt to charge it up and put back in, a NEW battery was supposed to be installed.. I was aware of every move being made per my Drone app numerous notifications stating "battery low" I arrived at the shop FURIOUS demanding my keys they replaced my original Mercedes Benz battery with an aftermarket brand upon returning my keys! Luckily I caught this , I did not pay them a $1.00 STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! read more

Today, I took my car to Autobahn today May 14, 2021 (Mercedes E350) because the air conditioner was blowing hot air. I explained that it had just started doing this last month. The business recommended to service the car with freon and I was told this is what they did. I drove the car one hour and it started the same problem. I paid them $151.60 for absolutely nothing. I called the business back and said I was returning in my car for them to reservice. The owner/manager was so rude, nasty and condescending to me over the phone with racial undertones. I arrived back at the facility and demanded a refund. I wanted to take my car to Mercedes dealership because they took my money and did absolutely nothing. The car was worst than before. The owner began cursing, swearing at me and using profanity. I have never dealt with such humiliation and unprofessionalism in my entire life. I want my money refunded and want to warn folk about this hole-in-the-wall business that took my money and did a lackluster job. I filed with the Better Business Bureau, will blast them on every social media platform. Run and never take your car to these rip-offs! read more

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with this company! From start to finish! Receptionist was rude and very unwelcoming. I got a simple oil change and my rear reverse light replaced. I've been to this location for an oil change before with a reasonable price of around $70 for a 2013 Audi A5 . I go back today and get the same service and got my reverse light replaced. Total today $169.00. So I asked the owner if it cost $99 to replace a light bulb. His was response was" well you never have to come here again. I already felt racially profiled the day I came in...I would highly reconsider ever coming to this place! It looks like a junk yard! VERY unprofessional in all aspects! I have unfortunately had many body shop experiences and I would leave it at that before my experience with autobahn. After Autobahn I have friends in the automotive industry and I will have everything involving my automobile done by them from this point forward. They dealt with my situation with grace and understanding. They communicated with me and were always friendly. Regardless of how nervous and paranoid I was throughout the process I was given honest feedback and valued as a customer. They were honest respectful and you would never guess I had a 9k repair done on my vehicle. The car is perfect they went above and beyond and I am now a fan. Raymond and Patrick thank you for your time and patience while I berated you with questions, called twice a day for updates, and respected me in every impromptu check in. Thank you! Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found this place... I had a terrible experience at the dealership where I purchased my car (ATLANTA AUTOS, BUYER BEWARE!!!). The car steering wheel column had damage at the time of purchase and the dealership claimed they would fix it no problem but four months later I got nothing but the runaround and lies and still no fix to the steering wheel. After my terrible experience with management and the service department at the dealership I decided I would rather pay out-of-pocket for the car to be fixed then to continue with any communication at such a unprofessional place. Kristen and Cleve immediately assessed the damage on my steering wheel, talked to the powers at be, and ordered the necessary part to fix the problem. The part came in in a matter of days in which I immediately received a phone call and an appointment was wide open for me to come in and get the car done. Cleve fixed my steering wheel in just two hours! I am forever grateful to have met such kind people and honest mechanics. There was no hassle or crazy upwelling saying that I need this or that for my vehicle. My wife just got a Mini Cooper. We had it checked out by Autobahn and they were great. They will tell you what's wrong with the car and if it's a quality purchase based on what they see. There were just one thing wrong with the Mini Cooper that we didn't have to repair now, so we bought the car. Autobahn will be where we take it for all it's repairs and maintenance. read more

Very upset with them today! I've had work done here before and was happy with what they have done, but oh not today! I had some work done to my 330i. The work was unimportant, to this review. It was the lack of customer service and the blow-off that ticked me off. We dropped off the car, with at least a quarter tank of gas. When my wife picked up the car, and drove it home, she COASTED into the gas station, half a mile away. Somehow the gas disappeared! Amazing. Not only are they mechanics, but also magicians! (1) They should have informed her that there was no gas in the car (2) and don't give me some BS about that this never has happened and you've been in business for 27 years. I don't care. It's all about customer service guys! Acknowledge that I am a return customer, that you value my business, apologize for the mistake and offer me some type of credit for at least some of the gas. Just put forth a little effort and empathy and that goes a long way. Since you didn't really give a flip until I started to give you hell about your customer services, you are now the proud recipient of a "Meh, I've experienced better" review until you do decide to make an effort. If she stalled in front of traffic and was hit, these guys would be talking to a lawyer instead of me. Epic fail for today guys. read more

Consumer beware! I would strongly discourage you from using this place to repair your car or allowing them to service your car in any way. We had our car towed here after it was in a collision. The owner, Raymond, was absolutely terrible, seems to have a nonexistent system in place when it comes to providing estimates, providing customer service, and delivering services in general. His customer service is terrible as he continually interrupts, talks over you, and does not care to hear what you have to say. Instead of providing us with an estimate for repairs, he was more interested in knowing how much we were going to get from our insurance company for repairs. We asked him countless times to provide us with an estimate, and he repeatedly failed to do so. We are talking MONTHS of waiting on an estimate, and during this time we were also working with insurance. When we decided to move our car to a different repair shop due to the horrendous customer service, Raymond tried to say we owed him over 2K in storage fees. However, he never communicated storage fees to us despite us having asked about this. He also never provided us with a contract, service agreement, etc. This guy is only concerned about a check, not customer service, definitely not his reputation, and definitely not the satisfaction of his customers. I am not sure how he has positive reviews from others. All I can assume is they got really lucky. I would NEVER go to this repair shop! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. read more

These People Sux. They wont call you and update you on repairs, you have to call them every time and they don't have a clue where your parts are. I am in the service industry and these people are a Joke. You would think you would have some one that could speak English answer the phone. I have been their 4 times to have a 80.00 piece put on my car and still have not been successful. I own 3 Mercedes and a Audi and I will never take them their for service. Beware, this place wasted my time and lots of money and never fixed my car.I spent $15,000 her over a one year period and they never fixed my S-600.. They never did fix it properly. A $3000 engine repair turned into $6000 and I had to keep taking it back. Every time they would keep it for weeks and never would call to give a status on repairs. I would pick it up and couldn't even make it home without the check engine light coming on. This went on for months and every time they would charge me thousands of dollars only to continue to have the check engine light come back on. I wouldn't let them work on my lawnmower! I finally had to trade this car in for wholesale prices because they never fixed the car and I was out $15,000. Beware of this place!! read more

They are very dishonest when dealing with WOMEN!!! I went in because the car was running hot, and the check engine light was on. My car repair cost $485.00. When I left the car was still running hot, and I was advised that there was a problem with the transmission NOW! Of course, the check engine light came back on while traveling home. I called back to ask them what did I pay them $485 for because the car is in worse condition than when I brought it in? Raymond, the owner, said they had to clean the transmission. Clean the transmission??? So, I guess this is why I have a transmission problem NOW! They simply re-set the check engine light, cleaned the transmission which is now malfunctioning and will cost me MORE money, and the car is still running hot. So, I paid them $485.00 to ruin my transmission. CROOKS! read more
