My vehicle was fixed as promised. The staff here were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The price I paid was a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge and more on board with what my research online said it should cost. I'm very pleased with my decision to take my car here. I was apprehensive because it's a European car. But, my mechanic Antonio actually used to work at a Mercedes dealership. I would recommend KLM to friends and family and return. I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me. Rico was extremely transparent about my service and began to work on my truck as soon as possible. Around 5 hours later the truck was ready and the final payment was around $400. I needed two tires mounted and balanced at night on a Saturday night and I knew that there are 24 hour shops open in the metro Atl area. I put in a request here on Yelp and Mohammed replied back with an excellent price and even offered to stay late and wait on me since he wasn't 24 hours. I made it there with my tires and Mohammed and Yasir were great! They got me in and out very fast. They also had an excellent selection of used tires and after looking at the quality of the Michelin tires that were the exact same as mine and better shape. They even quoted me a better price than what I had paid for mine. They also never tried to run anything on me to make more money unnecessarily. Overall, these guys were great and HIGHLY recommend them and plan on using their services more in the near future.
