I personally find that laughable. 99% of my visits to Autobell require me saying, what about this and what about that and this and this ... until you point out all the obvious spots that were missed for cleaning. Just left the Autobell on Albemarle Road (across From Walmart). Luis G. handled my car today and it was hands down the absolute BEST Autobell Car Wash I have EVER had. as I was driving away from this albermarle rd auto bell location I noticed my low air light on. I live close so I thought I would check it at home. What I found was a broken air valve on a rim. I heard a odd sound in the wash and thought it was just a loud machine. The string like brush like part that spins to remove dirt wrapped around the valve and snapped it. Employee tells me the wash can't do that! If it was broken before I use the wash I would have had a flat tire like I had when I got home. First time I've ever had to put my tip back in my wallet. Waited 15 mins for my truck to get dried (only 2-3 other cars there, not busy whatsoever). Bro genuinely spent less than 2 mins "drying" it and then absolutely doused my wheels in oil (think it's supposed to be for the tires bud). Left my truck sopping wet and now I have to wipe all the oil off my rims. Waited a comically long time just for the worst excuse of drying I've ever witnessed and greasy stained rims. read more

I wish I could I give this place zero star. I waited a long time to get rental car wiped down. There was no sense urgency from the employees. Then I overheard the customer next to me requesting a refund from the manager b/c no one was attempting to clean his car. The customer was very polite to the manager, but he wouldn't give him a refund. So the customer proceeded to clean his car. The manager wouldn't give the customer his name. As a potential customer that will be moving the Charlotte this summer, I WILL NOT be coming back to Autobell. I'm also pretty the customer next to me won't return either. read more

Frustrating experience. Long lines, which is totally fine and understandable, no problem. My issue is that myself and another car waited and waited for our interior cleans. Then when a line opened up instead of having us move to that line, they waived in two new cars fresh from the exterior wash. Those cars are now complete and I'm STILL waiting behind two cars. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching others come and go, they finally called me up. Then someone came over and asked if I wanted an exterior wash too. My car waited so long in the hot sun that they couldn't even tell it had been washed already. How is that fair customer service? read more

I made the mistake of going to the Auto Bell Car wash at 9110 Albermale Rd , Charlotte NC and the Manager who's Name is David Ortega or something like that, but he refused to give me his name after I asked him 25 times to simply give me his name because I wanted a refund for the wash that cost me $38. Well I asked for my money back because I was at the wash at 5:45 pm and when I drove my car out of the washer so they could dry it down and continue to clean my car. Well after waiting and waiting I could clearly v see that they were busy so I started to clean my own car , so after about 20minutes into my doing my own car. There was a young man who came up and asked if I need help finishing up my car. I told him no because I had vacuumed my whole car and cleaned the inside and outside of my car window. So I asked him if he could get the Manager (David Ortega) And when David did finally come to my car I asked him since I paid for them to do my car but I ended up doing it all myself could I get my money back. David said No and at some point they would have Eventually gotten to my car. I the asked why because my car sat in the sun and dried itself and left water spots on my car now. But that's another issue for another day. So I then went back to finishing up my car, but then David told me to move my car so that others can get in and out if he finishes up the one car that they all continued to work on while ignoring the other cars. So I then said again heeeeyyy if you give me my money I would have been gone and out of your way, but since I paid for the wash I was going to remain there until I finished my car. Then I said AGAIN OR YOU CAN JUST REFUND ME MY MONEY. David then said NOOOOOO he's not and he did not care who I called because he didn't care and he's about to leave anyway. So I said ok and I finished my car and when I went back over to ask him his Name AGAIN he the ran like a coward and locked himself in the office. So that's when I got his name from another employee, so I do hope David Ortega is his real name. But I work for the Federal Government and yes we have a Fleet account of cars and SUVs that yes I'm the new manager for. And yes I was going to give our fleet account here in Charlotte to Auto Bell Car wash. Instead of going with Sam's Mart car wash. But after this encounter NOT ONLY will Auto Bell lose the corporate Government account. Yes you have lost me as a customer as well, and I'm recommending to all of my colleagues and coworkers to do the same. Because David is a Extremely poor excuse for a manager and as a person. Soo if I could give you guys a -50 Stars!! I would, but then that would be to good for you guys. read more

My car looked great when they finished cleaning! They even got the grime from under my seats as well as the dirt on the sides/cracks of my door. The workers were really nice and chill--friendly to talk to. It's easy to access from the street and lots of space to move cars around. I would be coming again next time. read more

This Autobell has progressively gotten worst over the years. Went today and had a Armor All carwash, specifically asked for seats and trunk to be vacuumed thoroughly. Got my car back and asked for it to be vacuumed and wiped down again, still got a dirty car back after asking for the most expensive car wash and for the mats to be cleaned. Don't waste your time or money. I got their top of the line wash for my Tundra and it was the most pathetic Carwash I've ever had. Windshield still dirty, seats and floor not properly vacuumed, mud still on my back bumper. I then got an eye roll from the dude when I didn't tip him. Poor process and even worst customer service. Too many other choices to get your car done then to be bothered with these people. #neveragain Update. Someone on Autobell social media team immediately reached out to me and ask for contact information so that the manager can get in touch with me about my experience. I replied immediately with the best way to contact me and was told that the manager would be in contact with me. 2 days later have not heard a word from the manager, which is not surprising it would seem that the employees take their customer service skills from the manager, or the lack of customer service I should say. ***UPDATE*** I received the following email on May 3rd. my car was barely cleaned. I had to re-clean it myself. There was still mud on the dashboard and the floorboards. I vacuumed it myself before I took it there and you couldn't tell that they vacuumed it at all. The only difference between before and after was the exterior and I could care less about the exterior. I took my car there so that it was clean when school started the next day. I will never go back there again. I specifically asked the windshield get a good cleaning and it was covered in streaks. Came here for the first time to get a basic card wash. A basic car wash. They cannot even do a basic car was effectively. After my car came out of the car wash, they hand washed the exterior of my car. Me trusting them that they would do a good job, I did not even bother to step out of my car to check. But when I got home and came out of my car there was still dried up dirt from the rain a few days ago. If they can't even do the basics correctly what more do you expect? I went back to them to complain and to get it cleaned, but all they did was charge me the same the same amount. No apologies or anything back for customer service. If they did it correctly thr first time, no time would have been wasted. Especially the fact that I had to make another trip and to be charged the same amount of money, very disappointed. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Every time I have visited this location, I've always had to have an employee redo something that should have been completed the first go around. But tonight I had an experience that really disappointed me and makes me regret spending $30 on a car wash that didn't even clean what I needed cleaning. When the employee raised her rag to tell me that my car was ready I went over. Before I pulled off I opened the hatch back of my vehicle to make sure the mess was cleaned back there. The previous night my dog vomited in the back and I got all of it cleaned up except for the part that is pictured in the photo. When I opened the hatch, I noticed the mess still in the fabric of the back of my seat. When I asked her if she could clean it, she informed me that they aren't allowed to touch throw up. I asked if they could since it is dog throw up so she went to ask her manager what they could do. She came back and told me that they couldn't touch it. I am most furious that as first, before I mentioned anything about throw up she was going to try and take care of it but as soon as I mentioned it was throw up, she immediately told me no. The only, only only reason that they are getting a 4 star review is because of Landon. Other than that this would be a -5 star. First off I admit that my car had been sitting for a while, so it didnt come clean the first time through, still they dried it and did a piss poor job on cleaning my windows. It mirrored the work of my 6 year nephew when he helps me clean out my car. (Seriously) I had a nice amount of dog hair in the truck and he simply said, that the hair wont come up, you will probably have to take it to a detail shop... I gave him the side eye and said really? Okay. They sent the truck back through and attempted to clean the windows again after I stated that I wasn't happy. When the second guy was done 30 minutes after being there it still looked like crap, I was irritated to the max and decided to just leave. Landon saw the frustration on my face and asked if there was anything that he could do to help. I showed him why I was frustrated and he agreed. He got me all the way together. He got a pumice rock and got the hair up, thoroughly cleaned my dash and windows, and really took his time. An hr later after first pulling in my vehicle was cleaned correctly and he also gave me a free wash card which I certainly wont be redeeming there. I will take it to the one in Harrisburg and see what kind of Job they do. At the end of the day, the boys that did my car were lazy and rushing. When you are paying 20 plus dollars for a car wash It is expected that it is done correctly, especially since they don't have to physically wash the car. Landon really saved the day and turned my entire experience around. If it weren't for him I would have definitely called to complain and this would be a 1 star review vs a 4 star review. read more

First I have to say this review is coming in several months after the fact. That being said, I'm positive the place has not changed owners or management since then. My vehicle was new (to me) just purchased from Carmax. And I'd had it about a month and wanted to get the outside washed only. No problem. The guy took the key and I went though the building to pay and get to the other side. The care basically went along beside me. They swished a few semi dry rags around the vehicle and I was ready to go. I get in the car and drive off and feel my tire do this tap tap tap thing. I get to the exit that goes out onto the highway and have to pull out and then pull back into the CarWash parking lot. Get out and look at the tire. There's a BOLT sticking in my tire. If i had removed it I couldnt have gotten to the tire place to get it fix, so i left it there. But before I left I walked into the Autobell and told the manager about the bolt in my tire. He shook his head and said "We don't have bolts in our carwash." WHAT? How in the H*#$ does the thing stay together then? What kind of idiot thinks he can tell a woman that he doesnt have bolts in his carwash. Like I'm too stupid to know that a car wash is held together with steel and parts and screws and BOLTS. I had to get the tire plugged. Only 5.00 at the tire place, but 30 minutes out of my day. And a crappy car wash at that. read more

Have gone to this auto bell multiple times but the last 2 times.has been disappointing took my car here yesterday 1st off they have gone up on their prices they've gone away with the new car scent & replaced it with some black rain not good at all. Well when they finished with my car I felt like it was a rush job it was not vacuumed out well at all wasn't dryed good on the exterior. For that I come have vacuum out my own car and done a much better job than they did and got it washed at one of those do it yourself vacuum and car wash a place won't be returning. read more

This car wash is terrible. I took two cars there, one came out ok but the second was horrible. I had to ask them to vacuum visible crumbs on the seat. The kids there are lazy. They could care less if a customer is happy. They seem annoyed to have to work. I won't be back and I advise you to steer clear. We are regular customers at this location of Autobell. As we live "right" around the corner, we take our vehicles on a weekly basis. When I say they do us right, it really doesn't do enough justice. They know me by face now, and name. Surprised? I think not. They do us a great job, and if they in error miss something, they go over it without question. Yesterday, Brandon, Michael(blue shirts) took care of me, and always do. Also, Mr. AG. He needs a blue shirt for sure. This is just my opinion, as when I'm there, he's working circles around the others, and always greets me with a smile and ask how I'm doing today. I'm all about a promotion for him!!! Again, we are pleased. All of the staff appears to work hard, I've just interacted with these individuals mostly. There is another young man but his name escapes me at this posting.
