You get what you pay for. I'd say that this phrase sums it up best. I pay roughly $80/month for the unlimited package, which includes the interior. Do they use a clay bar and apply a ceramic coating? No. But when you divide the monthly payment by the amount of times I go per month, then I'd say it's definitely worth it. If you want your car to be perfect, then pay $150+ and have someone professionally detail it. Pay for the clay bar and ceramic coating service - neither of which are offered here. But if you want your car to be cleaner than it was before, then these men will take care of it. They're hard-working and seem to always have a lot to take care of. Great experience! Went in for their full service wash with vacuum and protectant interior and paid $55, expecting a good job for this price. Got the routine wash, with an underbody wash and shoddy interior cleaning. Upon complaining the crew member redid most of the missed spots. But he did explain their policy is spend a max of 15 minutes regardless of the type of service you get. I could have opted for a cheaper option and gotten the same service! Stay away from this place or get the lowest option. Paying higher does not get you a better service. Taking my business elsewhere for sure. And they were not busy. So not an excuse for the shoddy job at this price. read more

There was no rain forecasted through this next week, so after riding by this place for years... One sunny fall Tuesday, I stopped in. First impressions: The staff was polite and took their time explaing the choices. Which is important because the prices are listed at the point in which you need to pay. So unless you are a regular customer you may need a moment to decide. They offered services from $18 - $30. I chose to get them to clean both the inside and outside the car for Twenty-six bucks, though I deliberated getting the rain repellent one. It was Twenty-nine, so I decided not to. The interior lobby was scant with no seating. It only had two vending machines for drinks and bathrooms. There were no air fresheners or car organization stuff for sale, but the place was clean. Second Impression: Everyone was seated six feet apart outside in polyurethane, black chairs while young men worked on each car drying, doing the tires, and vacuuming the inside. As they worked they all wore their respective masks. The whole process took about 12 minutes. Finally, when my car was done I was asked which kinds of scent -- if any -- I wanted in my car. I chose the New Car smell (a girl can dream). When I got back into my car, the first thing I noticed was that no one stole anything out of my car! So I knew that they were off to a really good start. The windshield was crystal clear. The dashboard was dust free and looked great! The car had a dazzling shine and no streaks. I needed to point out some spots he missed inside, but he got them. This is one of the worst carwash ever, went there and got my Lincoln MKX washed, paid about 35 or 40 dollars and tipped the two young guys that did a sorry job at cleaning my SUV, and ended up doing what I paid for, I vacuumed the front, the rear passenger and the trunk area, wiped the inside doors all around. Had to ask them to put the tire shine on my tires and spray the scent in my vehicle, everything that I paid for, but the real issue is that the rear passenger side panel was blown off my car and the machine had to be stopped for them to retrieve it, but I was told that it was not their fault, I guess the part just didn't want to be on my vehicle any longer and wanted to stay there. This is the second time that I've had a problem at this carwash, the 1st time it was my CLS550, that wasn't their fault either, had my lady not wanted to go to this Autobell, we would of never of gone. It's like the white guys that work there feel that a person of color shouldn't get any kind of compensation from Autobell for them damaging someone's vehicle. All they want is your money for a half ass job and forget it if the machines messes up your vehicle, you're using their machine at your own risk and they should have you sign a weaver saying just that. Horrible interior and when the guy was cleaning the exterior he wiped his forehead with the rag and use the same rag to finish wiping my car. this was horrible service that seem to only be because he was exhausted. I had my 2018 Camry washed here today. My major desire was to have a thorough cleaning of the interior. The staff consists mainly of young people either in college or in between jobs. They were all very personable. Unfortunately, their attention to detail was a bit lacking, and they missed numerous areas such as the trunk and other interior spots which I had to point out for correction which they cheerfully did. This is the closest Autobell too me and they do a very good job. I wish they could move a little faster, but this is a very heavily populated location and I guess a job done right takes time. Everything is nearby, it's Concord Mills area, so its definitely convenient to stop by before or after shopping . The team is friendly. There are water fountains , vending machines and plenty of seating inside . I've never had an issue coming here, only had to ask for them to clean a spot a little better which they gladly did. read more

The guys working there today literally saved my sanity. I was already having a horrible day when I spilled an entire 32oz chocolate smoothie all over my passengers side seat. I just moved in the area and was super excited to see that their was a ton of people working on vechles every time I drove by. I finally had some downtime and took my vehicle to get washed today. Well, I paid for the $29 interior and exterior package. Needles to say I wasn't very satisfied. The interior of my car (including the carpets) looked practically the same as the did prior to getting the vaccuumed. I am aware this is not a detailing company but I did expect for the carpets to actually be vacuumed well. I've done a better job at vacuuming my vehicle at a gas station for under $4. If you do go to this location I'd recommend just sticking with the drive through car wash and cleaning the interior yourself or try another location. read more

Came here and was very disappointed. They hardly vacuumed my car. The guys at the front did it for about 10 seconds and then put it to wash. When I approached them to ask if they will vaccum it again they said that the others guys do it once they are drying it. I thought so since it wasn't enough time. I was watching them the whole time and they didnt vaccum it again they just dryed the car. They didnt even clean the interior and I purchased the $25.00 wash. When I checked my car it was still dirty. I told one of the guys and he called another guy and he checked and I told him what the guys in the front told me and he was upset at them because he said thats thier job. Most autobells do a crappy job, but this one is the worst I've been to. I leave with the same amount of dog hair I came with. There is still drool on the backseat and door. They NEVER roll down the windows to clean the tops even when you ask them Multiple times. Even the outside had spots and dirt all over it which comes off with a simple wipe but they only care about pumping out volume instead of making sure each car is clean. There's zero benefit of getting the expensive car wash because you get the same effect from a ride through. Do not go here. They are terrible. read more

Mistake on my part, my car came out their wash with a deep scratch on the outside of the passenger side mirror. Had the manger on site to review the damage. Fair quality of service. They have a great variety of packages for service, but many are ridiculous/not worth it. It's always busy here which is cool, but seems they try to pump out too many vehicles in such a short time, which is where the lack of quality service comes in for the cleaning. There are times I have gone and blatant things that should have easily been tended to get missed (such as drying the exterior, crumbs in obvious spots, etc). Overall a decent place though. The staff is always extra courteous and I go here on a fairly regular basis. I recommend going here and selecting the lower prices packages because likely the outcome of your car will be close to the same as if you selected a more extensive package...take my word, I've done both. read more

I come here because of the convenience. The place can get busy due to its location. However, I see the same issues over and over again. 1) They refuse to clean the door jambs. 2) They do not wipe dirt or spills from the seats or doors. 3) They do not clean the inside door handles. 4) The dashboard gets a once over and they won't clean the electronic screen. The staff are nice and I don't necessarily blame them but I have a hard time going because I don't feel I'm getting the value that I paid for. read more

Horrible place with an even more awful manager if that's possible.They've hired a bunch of kids who have no regard for other peoples property or perhaps they have poor or little to no training how to care for a vehicle that your cleaning properly. They damaged the front end of my new $50k SUV and the manager showed me the damage and tried to OVERexplain, I mean really reaching as to why it wasn't their fault. Two young kids cleaned the inside and outside of my car and one drove it through the car wash. When my SUV arrived all was fine...when leaving I now have a HUGE gaping black hole in the front end of my bumper! The manager took zero responsibility and NEVER even offered an apology or any type of remedy of any kind. First, I'm taking my SUV to the dealership to get fixed immediately, which is a hassle. If the cost to repair the damage they did to my SUV is high I will have my husband sue them as he's an attorney. I am livid as the customer service was abysmal from the manager and I just wanted to get out of there. I should've asked to see the video playback inside the car wash. I'll let the courts decide if need be. If you value your vehicle DO NOT bring it here because they will have these kids damage it and the manager could care less and absolve themselves of any responsibility. Worst, I had paid to have the works done to my car and the trunk was never touched and my windows are still dirty!
