They also have many stations so even when busy you are always guaranteed a spot. I then put my car on neutral and entered the tunnel to enjoy the ride. Not too long after, my car came out super clean and shinny. I am pretty sure he enjoyed his long overdue bath and no it is not rain water this time. I then gave my car a head to toe vacuum with no extra cost and left very satisfied. He offered to charge me $200 in CASH, which I agreed to under the circumstances. However, when I asked for my gift card back, he said the price included the gift card -- meaning they would keep the $250 gift card and charge' me $200 cash, which was never explained upfront and extremely misleading. I would not have agreed to the transaction if I had been told the business would keep the gift card entirely. WhenI voiced my dismay, he told to pay nothing and never go back. Given the disappointing experience, poor detailing, and questionable business practices, I have absolutely no desire to return. Abstain from purchasing their gift cards.

Everything was perfectly fine at the dealership and now there's a check engine light on and who knows how much that is going to cost me to fix up. Unfortunately I can't do anything about it because I already signed the waiver. I recommend this company either stop offering that engine cleaning option or people just avoid this place all together.

Jeff you see is a baller in the Miata scene in the greater San Antonio area also known as the Bluebonnet Club. My 2003 Mazda was delivered from the factory with silver paint; tan leather interior that had seen better days when I purchased it in 2014. I decided to do a total switch in early 2015 to a black leather interior. Cue some Craigslist searching; me and a near handicap friend pulling an entire interior out of a salvaged '99 northeast of Houston. Thing is, the door cards I purchased didn't work with my '03. After a quick resale and repurchase (from Jeff H) I had the items that I needed. Except, the inserts were blue ala a Shinsen model. Welcome Max to my home turf in the Hill Country! Only gripe would be his lack of observance that the job was out of his usual service area (extra $45). Max came to the ranch. He attempted to cover the blue only to fail on the first try. An immediate retry was 99% better than the first. Thing is, he cared to actually make his work better than the first attempt. He offered no guarantee because he was working with plastic vs. leather. So far so good! My boy Rooster who noticed immediately that the inserts were different; still avoids touching it with my gentle scolding. Last pieces are almost in place for the complete change over to my new interior. Thanks Max, highly recommended!

To ensure you don't easily miss the entrance and having to U-Turn at the gated apartment complex next to it, make sure you keep an eye out once you turn onto Patricia Drive from West Ave. Almost immediately to the left is where the carwash is at. The washes are priced amazingly at $6, $8, $10, $12; way more economic than most other washes. Completely touchless, automatically water powered, usually unstaffed, which I enjoy especially given the current COVID19 pandemic situation. The vacuum before you enter the wash. Bear right to pass through the vacuum after entering the complex if you don't need to, then bear left into the wash bay payment stands (there is 2 of them). The vacuum cost $1, adding to any of the washes is not bad considering that it is still cheaper than most other car washes that include free vacuumming. Size of the wash area is decently large, I have a med-large size sedan and it feels quite roomy passing through the machine compared to some other car washes. Height limit is 7' so be careful if you have a tall truck; I've driven a unmodified 2018 Ram 1500 through it without any issues! Overall, awesome automatic car wash that is very well priced. Will definitely come back if in the area needing a wash. Keep up the good work SLG Touch Free (Previously Sterling H2O LaserWash)!
