Don't think spending $1700 for a 7 year ceramic paint protection will get your inside cleaned too like I did. It's disappointing when work doesn't get done that is expected. AGAIN! Be clear with all that is happening. So to top it off Joshua comes to bring me my truck and it's still not cleaned inside as I expected! He says I didn't pay for it, but the fact is I told him I would after going to his shop and seeing it not up to satisfaction. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE EXTERIOR DETAIL. Spots inside badges and Joshua stated those are hard to get out. Regardless if your detailing for a living you remove those spots inside the emblems! Joshua stated that he had all 150+ customers that left 5 star reviews and I told I KNEW and that's especially disappointing to not be happy about my experience! I told him I do reviews too and he asked if I was THREATENING him! I simply said no you told me how many reviews you have and I just simply told you how many reviews I've done! Explained to him that all my reviews are honest and my personal experience. Rock chips and scratches were irrelevant to my review Joshua told me. Even though I told him I wanted to work done and was willing to pay for it! Sorry you can't make every customer give you 5 stars when the work and experience wasn't worth the 2 I am rating you at. One of the wiper blades flew off of my girlfriend's car in a rainstorm which is already dangerous enough but then the wiper arm spiderwebbed her windshield. He fit me in last minute after my foster dog threw up and defecated in my backseat and then walked in it. He went above what I asked and cleaned the floor and cat mats alone with dusting the interior... all just because he is passionate about what he does and his company.
