I asked her a lot of questions and she took the time to answer all of them. After paying my deposit, she discussed the entire receipt and warranty. Most places take your money and provide the receipt with no additional feedback. Anyway, my tire arrive the next morning as scheduled and I received a friendly courtesy call. Had a really frustrating experience with this place today. I purchased a set of wheels and tires from them about a week ago and recently went in to have the TPMS sensors swapped over. After unloading my factory wheels (after the swap), I noticed a pretty significant gash on the inside of one of the tires where it mounts to the wheel (the bead area). I then checked the new set of wheels and tires I had purchased from them and found very similar damage there as well. I went back today to bring it to their attention, and instead of taking any responsibility, I was told, "Well, you bought them used from us," and that they supposedly never touched the front bead. The tires did NOT have this damage when I purchased them. What makes that explanation even harder to believe is that my factory tire has the exact same type of damage after being worked on. If they were already damaged, why would both sets have such similar damage? I completely understand that mistakes can happen. I would have been perfectly willing to work something out if they had simply acknowledged that something may have gone wrong during the mounting/unmounting process. Instead, they tried to put the blame on me and took no accountability for the condition my tires were returned in. If you're trusting a shop with your wheels and tires, you should be able to expect them to handle them with care and stand behind their work when something goes wrong. A few days after purchasing new tires and having them installed on my vehicle I learned all 4 new tires i bought that i was made to believe were all new tires however the 4 tires were already 2 years old when this tire shop installed them on my vehicle. I tried calling this store to speak to Mgr Jayden, Jayden would not accept nor return any of my calls. I contacted the corporate office and Judith said as long as the tires are under 6 years old they can still sell them to the customers. WORD OF ADVICE... Based on my experience, I would seriously think twice before doing business with this company. The entire situation after they took my money has left me feeling like this is a shady and untrustworthy business. I paid them to install a 3-inch lift, new wheels, and new tires. After the installation, I had issues with my traction control light repeatedly coming on and the tires rubbing and needing additional trimming. I brought these concerns to their attention and was told they would help me take care of them. Those promises were not kept. What makes the situation worse is the way I was treated when I followed up. Instead of standing behind their work and handling my concerns professionally, the text communication became rude and dismissive. It felt like once the job was completed and they had been paid, their willingness to help disappeared. A reputable shop should stand behind its work, communicate professionally, and follow through when it tells a customer it will address problems. That was absolutely not my experience here. I regret trusting this company with my truck. I would strongly recommend anyone considering using them get every single promise in writing, document everything, and be very cautious before handing over your money. They charged me 1,000 for this I didn't realize at the time but I was being overcharged for a very poor lift kit. If you want a good lift for a good price message me I know better places. With custom two piece wheels and large tires it's hard to find places willing to work on my truck. Everyone there was nice and respectful. They disposed of some 37x13.5 tires I was running and had some new 35x12.5 tires mounted, balanced, and new tpms sensors installed for nearly half of what another shop told me. This place made my day! I'm in the medical field and you know right now things are hectic! After a long shift today I left work and "boom" flat tire! Not the worse thing ever but it certainly felt like it! So I drove to one tire shop and it just looked like a mess so I continued to Texas tire. I pulled in, asked them to fix the tire and the young guy started on it immediately with no problem or hesitation! No wait time whatsoever! And for a tire shop, it was super clean and organized. This place is AWFUL. I saw the bad reviews and figured I'd give it a chance. Boy do i regret that. First walking into the building, the place smells like pee. Walking out, I saw a wild squirrel run into the wall... They are very slow and do a sub par job. These pepike could care less about the safety of your family. This is a dangerous place to do business with. I would've given them zero stars but that option It's not offered. Even one star is too much. Plenty of social distancing here. This place should not be in business. The wait had nothing to do with Covid and everything to do with poor service. You're better off going somewhere else. I was told it was going to take 45 minutes. It took them 45 minutes just to put my truck on Jack's and I was the only customer. The installer kept pulling away from working on my truck to go and eat snacks and drinks. An ice cream man even stopped by and he stopped working on my truck to go and buy a snowcone. There were three workers in the back and they were all just joking around. All of this was going on while my truck was sitting there doing nothing. There is a method used when installing tires using a flame and they were in the back making it a game. Apparently, they liked the sound that it would make. All of this while my truck is sitting. I went to complain to the manager about this and the manager came out and told my complaint to the workers. The manager seemed to lack control because they didn't move any faster. As a matter of fact, they were laughing as they were working. As a young man, I used to do this work and this should not have taken any more than one hour to do. If you are going to come here, expect to wait no less than 4 hours. As I drove off, two of my tires were bouncing. I went back to get it fixed but they had already closed the shop. I had to go the rest of the day and a better part of the morning driving my truck with my tires bouncing. I had almost got into an accident on the highway as I was driving by children to school because I had little control of my truck. I was not going to I spend another penny at Texas T Tires. I decided to go to Rogers Tire & Mufflers @ 2702 West Avenue, San Antonio,Texas instead. I asked them to please check all of my tires that I had installed less than 24 hours prior to that, to check to see if they were balanced correctly. They found one tire that was balanced however, the rest were not. Two tires were not even balanced at all. No weights were found on these two tires. One tire was balanced incorrectly. they also found that two of my sensors were not reinstalled. If I had to guess, I would say that because of my complaint of them taken so long, they decided to do install my tires and rims the way they came out of the box. This is extremely dangerous. This place cares nothing about the safety of your family. I strongly suggest you you go somewhere else. read more

Under no circumstances let these people touch your vehicle. I paid them over $12000 for a 6" bds 4 link lift and 37" toyo mts on my ram dually. They left bolts off. They didn't install all the parts. Now have another $3000 in repairs because of their shotty work. These people are going to get someone killed one day. They have no clue what they're doing!! read more

Fuck this place! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Paid for my lift early December and didn't get installed till late January. Kept pushing back the date after I was told it would be installed the very same week. Once a date was finally given to drop the truck off I took the day off of work to arrange to have someone help me drop it off and pick me up. Once I arrived I was informed that they scheduled someone else that day instead without any reason given. I had to wait even longer, and when my next scheduled date arrived I showed up and was told it would be ready the next day. I received the truck 4 days later. Once I got it back I realized they installed the wrong tires. When I went back for the 500 mile re torque of the lift I was scheduled for 10 a.m. I was the only customer at that time and they didn't get to it till after 12 because they were more concerned about getting tacos and hanging out while they ate. They always had the same excuse that they were short handed even though there were people always standing around. Learn from my mistake! I withdraw my 5star review given to Texas Tires San Antonio. It started off ok, then it became a BATB situation with this management and his operations. I spoke with one of the installer or a sales rep regarding my factoery wheels left behind, I'll be back to retrieve it but if any 1 is interested please let me know. Long story short,...I called several times to check and finally they told me their owner brought in a clean up team and removed every extra merch out of the shop,.. I asked howcome NO1 called me? their respond was ahhhhh, let us call our corporate ops in Dallas to check on it and we'll call you back. That call never happened. To be fair, the coilovers works fine but they over fastened wheels beyond specs, it was rediculous even DISCOUNT TIRES had difficulty removing the lugnuts. DO NOT GO TO TEXAS TIRES, THE INDIVIDUALS INSTALLING THE WHEELS & TIRES ETC, ARE NOT CERTIFIED AT ALL! (ntwf). read more

This place is a joke. Had almost $5000 worth of lift, tires and wheels. They left brake lines loose, bolts missing and old parts installed. Woke up the next morning after I picked the truck up to find two of the four tires they just installed flat due to old used valve stem air sensors install. Truck is dangerous to drive due to Texas tires tech not knowing what they are doing and leaving parts off and not secure. DO NOT TAKE you vehicle to these kids. I got a 4 inch lift kit and for my chevy but when I got it back they had my wheel tip in and told me to get an alignment well it didn't do anything it made it worse well while working on my truck they never called to tell me my upper control arms were too short i called two times to see if they could help but they just said they would call oreilys and they would call me back well they didn't , twice they said that well I'm having to spend 1500 dollars on a horrible job and I can't drive my truck because it's dangerous .
