Scam company without a doubt. They provided no tracking or shipping info. I hounded them for days via email before they called me from what appeared to be a cellphone number and blocked me from calling them back. They said they were going to get me tracking info and never did. They called so they didn't leave a paper trail. I told them if they didn't provide me with shipping and tracking info I was going to dispute the charges with my bank. I gave them a very generous amount of time to respond and they elected not to. So I opened a claim with my bank and I am disputing the charges. If I would have saw the reviews before hand these people would have never have gotten my money. Lesson learned . Avoid these scum bags they are a scam for real it's been over 3 weeks since I placed my order and I haven't heard from them once besides them calling me saying they will get me tracking info and hung up. This place should be shut down. It's an open scam company advertising on google they take our money and never provide the product we paid for. Stay away go to more reputable place even if it means you have to pay more trust me. You'll thank me later. read more

Reading these reviews after waiting a few days for tracking # i was afraid. So i ended up following up and within the same day the sales rep John actually went out his way to give me a call to let me know he will get this tracking # for me. As the day continues i end up recieving an email with tracking. Its more common for people to write a review after a negative experience but that happens in any industry. John was helpful, communicative and quick to respond to any questions i had. I read a 1 star review calling this webiste a scam for reselling another companies inventory. Have you ever heard of dropship? Completely legal but nonetheless with the pricing this website has compared to others, this is far much better. read more

This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with. First off, they wouldn't ship an item that I purchased to CA. Maybe they should make a note of that on their crap website. Then they sent an email saying they won't ship it after I already sent payment. I sent an email letting them know it's completely legal in CA but they won't reply to any of my responses, so professional. It's been a week and I'm still waiting on my refund to show in my bank account. My advice, pay a bit more from a company that has better customer service. read more

VERY HELPFUL, AND COURTIOUS FOLKS WITH REASONABLE PRICING . . . I Ordered some EBC brake pads from the online store @ a pretty decent pricing point plus the site indicated the pads were in stock. Front pads came quickly, but I was notified that the rear pads were on backorder and asking if I want to maintain the order or cancel. So I wrote them a return email loaded with sarcastic remarks (mostly because of a pervious experience I had with an order from a different company) to which I received a phone call from a very real and very helpful concerned about my order gentlemen who reassured me that once the product was being produced by the manufacturer again he would have it shipped from there. Definitely a scam. Almost a month waiting for parts. No phone calls returned.

If you're reading this and you haven't bought an item from Autohance already, go somewhere else for your purchase. These guys are basically drop shippers which means they just list the item on a website and someone else ships it to you. What that means to you is that you can almost always find the item for the same price elsewhere and if you need to return it for any reason the return process will take three times as long as it should because you will be returning the item to a third party. Also, they seem like a large organization but I called multiple times to resolve an issue and no matter which department I tried to reach I ended up talking to the same person. In my instance they sent me the wrong catalytic converter, even the invoice indicated that it was for a different make, model, and year. After multiple attempts at contacting them to return it they finally authorized the return. They would not send me a return shipping label but told me they would waive the restocking fee. Wanting to just get my $650 back I agreed and paid the $30 return shipping myself. Two weeks after tracking showed it was returned, to the distributer mind you not their own office, they had not issued a refund. I contacted them three times to get the process moving and was notified after the third time that the return was processed. A week later the refund had still not showed up so I had to contact them again and was told it had been processed the day before (so they basically admitted to lying to me the first time). Two days later the refund shows up and the final kicker, they charged the restocking fee after all!! What is wrong with these people? If you have read this far please take my advice and do not buy from this company. It is absolutely not worth the headache. read more

Placed an order, then was told that the item is unavailable due to back order even though the website said it was in stock. They refunded me my money immediately but the item still showed in stock. I contacted them and found it was a warehouse error. They returned my phone call almost immediately and apologized for the confusion and was able to re-purchase the item at the same price. They lie! I received a defective air intake and had to return. They made this process painful by making excuses, delays, asking for many things, and lying. Worst company experience in the world. Ordered a part in March, hasn't arrived yet. AutoHance told me it was delivered to my door, when it wasn't. To top it off they didn't even send the tracking info until 30 minutes after it was delivered according the the FedEx tracking log. Who sends a $1500 package and doesn't require a signature? Why does their customer service refuse to call me or Affirm back? I would steer clear from this company if I we're looking for anything they carried. For experience was not great at all. Ordered spec stage 3 clutch from them order confirmed and everything 4 days pass without shipping info so I called them and later was told the item was out of stock when it was clearly stated the item was in stock. Was refunded but it's a simple concept to say an item is in Stock and keep that item in stock. Seeing that there weren't any other dealers of these clutches I ordered their stage 3+model which was also in Stock however same thing happened except I was shipping to my current home (military) which was different than my billing address so they wouldn't ship me one. This was also after order was confirmed and paid but again it was refunded but that's not the point....never buying from them again unfortunately... read more

Ordered an Injen intake kit for an RC200t. Received the part in average time, so no complaints there. However, the kit was shipped with the incorrect filter size. 1. Responses from customer service took FOREVER. 2. After going back and forth, sending pictures, and explaining the problem, the final verdict was that they wanted me to remove the entire kit from my car, ship it back, and wait for another one. I tried explaining that all I needed was the filter, and that I would gladly send the incorrect one back, but to no avail. PLEASE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. Save yourself the headache. read more

They shipped UPS so tracking was on point. The cover went on smooth. No flaws or dings in the box or on the cover. A perfect transaction! read more

I was looking for a BAK G2 Tonneau cover for my Tundra before Father's Day. Every online and local retailer had the item for just over 900$. Autohance had theirs for under 800$ with free shipping and after taxes. I thought this must be too good to be true and if I ordered it, I would get a "scratch and dent" item or a counterfeit. I took the chance and ordered it on a Friday night. I received the item on the following Wednesday, (only 3 business days!) The tonneau cover was exactly as described and by the manufacturers part number. Incredible price and shipping! Looks GREAT on my Tundra! read more

Once they provided me with the right tracking number I could see they shipped my item when they said it was shipped and all is right in the world again! Should have been here in a day. They lied!! They shipped from San Diego CA, I would have gotten them locally from another place in Long Island had I known they were shipping from California. I have to wonder if the reviews I found for Autohance were genuine or not. My experience with them was less than satisfactory. I ordered an exhaust system from them off their website that indicated it would fit my particular vehicle. The general indication was that this item was in stock and would ship immediately. Perhaps an hour after I placed my order on line I received an e-mail from them advising the item was not in stock and would ship straight from the manufacturer the following week. I also received a phone call advising the same thing. After the indicated time frame came and went I placed a follow up call to Autohance inquiring as to status? They said there was a delay at the manufacturer. This went on for several weeks at which point I got tired of waiting and tried to cancel my order. Keep in mind my car was dismantled waiting for the part to get it back on the road. They insisted that the part would be on its way soon. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they could find no record of an order from them and actually told me they were too busy to actually make my exhaust at this time. I relayed this to Autohance and they in turn put me in touch with their representative at the manufacturer who told me my part would be made with in the next few days. So I let my order stand. About a week later my part finally showed up, 6 weeks after I had ordered it. Guess what? It would not fit. It turns out what they sent me was for a model year after my car which was not a direct bolt up replacement. I called Autohance and it was then they determined that yes indeed I actually needed a different part number and that their website was indeed incorrect in stating the part I had ordered would fit my vehicle. They of course said I could return the part and they would get me the correct part. I contacted the manufacturer again and they said it would be 6-10 weeks before they would produce the correct exhaust system that I needed. They suggested that the differences were not major and any competent exhaust shop could make it fit. I chose to go that route rather than be without out the car for who knows how long. I tried to contact Autohance to see if they would reimburse me for something like this but my voice mail messages went unanswered. I went ahead and had the system modified and it cost me $212.66 to do so. I was able to reach Autohance after the fact and they said no way they would cover that cost. They said I could return it or they could give me a store credit for $25...I reiterated my story and told them I did not think it unreasonable for them to reimburse me the $212.66 under the circumstances. The customer service rep said he would run it by his supervisor and absolutely positively get back to me the following day. Guess what, never got a call back. I called and left a few messages and finally made contact with them this morning. Same story, I can return it, too late for that now, or they will offer a $25 store credit. I really don't have much in the way of recourse but $25 won't cut it. So, what can I do? This! Buyer beware! I cannot recommend them in any manner shape or form. read more
