Very disappointing experience with Autoline Transport. Communication was extremely poor from start to finish. It was often difficult to understand the representatives due to their limited English skills, and it appeared that the company may not actually be operating from the United States despite presenting itself as a U.S.-based business. Questions went unanswered, updates were inconsistent, and getting accurate information was frustrating. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I was also concerned to discover that the company's listed mailing and physical address appears to be a mailbox center rather than an actual business location. Earlier this year, our family had the best service from Autoline Transport. They helped us to ship a new Toyota Camry from a location in TN to San Diego, CA. The price was excellent, and Christine at Autoline did a great job to keep us informed. The pickup date was on-time, and the driver was helpful and courteous. A few days later, the Camry arrived without a scratch. They even took the time to find a suitable location for the drop-off, as the condo parking area was too small for a large transport truck. Then, in July, we moved out of a house in CA, and wanted to ship a different vehicle to WA state. The team at Autoline was very responsive to our requests, and kept us informed as much as possible, but after a week they were unable to find a transport for our scheduled window. This company is horrible, Christina took my information over the phone and stated that she could have my car picked up the next day, after making my $200 deposit I begin to get the run around despite being ensured that I would be contacted shortly by the transport driver. Needless to say after days I never received a pickup date or call just more avoidance. I'm sure they will attempt to hold onto the deposit which seems to be part of their business model. I have now shipped 3 cars through auto line. The service has been nothing short of 5 stars. Their prices are the best. Their delivery times are the best. They are reachable via text, Facebook messenger, and phone call what more can a customer ask for besides great communication when shipping a car. With some perseverance I even got them to respond on a weekend when they TECHNICALLY aren't open, now this won't happen all the time but it was nice to know they care about the customer experience. Oh...where to begin. My hubby contacted this company to have my car shipped from our place in Portland to L.A. After several days, I'd not been given information about the actual pick-up date and time so I contacted them. Christina quickly responded and was very nice (she was the one good experience in this all). She recommended I contact the company that would actually be picking up my car (first thing you should know...they farm out this service), Save-On Transport. First thing about this company is you get a lot of voice mails. Luba is the person I spoke with each time but would usually need to leave a couple voice mails before receiving a call back. I got a pickup time window, which was great, and they picked the car up in Portland. It's a pretty new car with no scratches but the driver marked on his paperwork with regard to inspection that the car was "dirty" so he couldn't fully inspect. It wasn't that dirty. It's a white car and if you weren't super close to it, you wouldn't even know that it wasn't perfectly clean. But I digress... That was last Thursday. No one called to arrange a delivery time so I finally called them on Monday to find out when my car was scheduled for delivery. They called me back and said it would arrive on Wednesday and I'd hear from someone on Tuesday to schedule a delivery window. No call. So I called and left another message letting them know that I couldn't wait all day and knowing the delivery window would be helpful. No returned call. So I called again. I was then told that they hadn't called me back because they called their driver instead and he told them that he'd delivered my car 4 hours ago. No car. Luba called her driver back and then called me back to say that there was confusion and my car hadn't been delivered (no kidding...I'd been waiting here all day for the delivery) and that my car wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow. I was informed that I'd be called hours before the delivery to let me know the time (they must think that everyone sits around all day waiting on car deliveries rather than actually having a job). I am now waiting on a call back because I can't be here all day tomorrow, as I was today, waiting for my car to be delivered. I gave them a delivery time window I'd be available tomorrow and she's now calling the driver to see if he can make it. You picked up my car in Portland a week ago to bring it to Los Angeles...it really shouldn't take this long or require this many phone calls. And, by the way, how about you call me with updates instead of the other way around? That would be nice. read more

We used this company to transfer our car from California to Florida. We had some communication issues in the beginning but when Christina replied to me things got moving. Took a little longer for the whole process which made us nervous so if you plan on using them make sure you have a bigger window for travel. I have used Autoline Transport multiple times now, and have had very good experiences each time. They always do a great job assigning a professional driver. My last shipment was for my M3 from PA to CA. They assigned an enclosed carrier for pickup for $1400. The driver was ontime, respectful, and delivered my car earlier than scheduled. If I ever have any issues with anything Autoline is always on top of things, taking control over the situation and resolving the issues right away. Direct number goes straight to voicemail and 800 number is having technical difficulties. I booked my relocation from Colorado to Maryland and everything was good. They delayed the pick up for one day, but that was fine to me because I was not in a hurry and the delivery day didn't changed. They were punctual and very attentive. This company delivered my car in the same week that was shipped. I would have to wait over 3 weeks with other companies, even with corporate accounts because the service was close to Christmas Day. THE WORST AUTO COMPANY EVER! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! READ MY EXPERIENCE BELOW: I had the most unprofessional service from them. Then do not pick up your vehicle on the promised date (leave alone the date, they arrive couple of days or even a week later). They do not give you updates on the status of your vehicle, they give you a page to track which is not updated. There is a person named HEIDI HILL, who is not only rude on phone, but NEVER picks up your calls!! I dropped her couple of emails to track why the pick up was delayed and later to track why the delivery was delayed, she NEVER replied to any of the emails. When I finally got to talk to her, her response was - "I get hundreds of emails everyday, I cannot respond to every one of them!!!" Whenever I called autoline, they do not have an answer about where the car is currently. They lead you to the trucking company and the trucking company leads you to the driver. The driver never picks up his phone!! This leads to utter frustration and great inconvenience! They charged me extra $s promising a fasttrack shipping option (Heidi called me about this) with a particular date for pick up and delivery, but the driver arrived ONE and HALF DAYS late (without letting me know in advance), I was in the airport, set to leave and had to make arrangements somehow to get the car picked up!! The car was also delivered ONE DAY LATE!! This company is the worst I have seen. A friend of mine used their service (was again contacted by Heidi) and he had the EXACT same experience with her and the company! My experience with autoline was the worst experience I have had with any type of business. Upon delivery of my car in flushing, ny, there was a significant scratch. When I told the driver I would need to mark this damage down on their insurance form, he refused and became hostile with me (ran towards me yelling). I actually thought I was in danger and I signed the form indicating that no damage had occurred to my vehicle. Autoline has refused to pay for the damage. Their operations manager accused me on the phone of "performing this con all the time". However, it was a mess!!! They partnered with 777 transport to ship my car and they were a mess. Here is why. Firstly, the driver who delivered my car LOST MY CAR KEY! Thank god I brought a spare key with me otherwise I wouldn't be able to receive my car at all. This was not the craziest part. After I received my car, I found out that my rear bumper was cracked! And it also damaged my rear camera. We are taking about major damage to my car! To get a new key will cost me $279. To fix my rear bumper will cost me around $700! Called to ship 2 cars from CA to TX and Christina was easy to talk to and easy to deal with. Once I confirmed dates, she got back to me in 2 days with a few options to choose from. The pickup came on time, as was prompt to do the inspection and put the cars on the trailer. Quite efficient and nice driver. He also arrived just on time and cars were in good shape. Customer service from the transportation company called me once on the day of delivery to confirm timing and then the driver called me when he was about an hour away as well. Worst experience ever! Do NOT be mislead by the Yelp reviews, and spare yourself money, stress and time and use a different company! My primary contacts were Heidi and Christina. From the start, the communication was poor. I provided available pickup times and Heidi scheduled a pickup not even during the availability discussed. After non responsive emails and calls, I received an updated invoice for delivery on 10/25. This is a cross country delivery from LA to VA. The day before expected delivery I reached out both via email and phone to confirm delivery. No response. Day of delivery came and went- again all emails and calls unanswered. I found their transport subcontractor number and learned my delivery date was delayed four days. Why did Autoline not communicate this to me? Not only is this a breach of contract, this is also poor customer service. And, not only has the proposed delivery interrupted my week work schedule, now this new delay interferes with a weekend work trip. Of course I reached out to Autoline to resolve the fact I'm out of town- NO RESPONSE. Please spare yourself the stress and money and use a reputable, reliable car transport company. This is a real review. A lot of those "GOOD" reviews are fake. If you are thinking about using this company to transport your car, DON'T!!!! BIG mistake!!! My husband and I put down $400 deposit to ship our 2 cars from upstate NY to WA 1 month before our shipping date (12/22/2018). Our cars were still in my in-laws driveway until 1/14/2019. This company will NEVER call you back themselves to let you know that they CAN'T make the delivery. They just took our money without giving us a real answer about when the cars will be picked up. Every time we called we get this HEIDI girl and never Christina. I don't even know if this is a real company. It sure is fishy. In the end my husband and I went to another company after 1 month of calling them without getting anywhere. Ohhhhhh and the best part is they will SCREEN your call as well if they don't want to take your phone call. We have to call them from different phones every time. Placed order 5 days in advance of requested pick-up date. I was flexible and almost expecting that it may take an extra day or two to pick up the vehicle. Called on a Thursday to check on a pick up date and placed follow up calls everyday until the following Tuesday when I finally received a call back. In this case no news was bad news because they still had no pick up date for me. Needless to say I will be using another company. They are very pleasant at first and will call you back until they have your money. Eighteen (18) days after placing the order, car had still not been picked up.... Heidi Hill will not return any emails or phone calls. I had to call Autoline as if I was requesting a new quote to speak to someone. When I cancelled the order, Heidi Hill said that I will get a full refund since they were unable to find a carrier (my car was never picked up by a driver because of the low price they offered to transport - Heidi said that it was because of the holidays and so on; mind you, car got picked up next day by a new company without any issues). The same day I cancelled, Heidi called back and said that she could have my car picked up next day for an additional $400. These amateurs priced the transport so low that no carriers wanted to pick the car up. They said it was due to weather, the remoteness of Rochester MN, etc. I wasted 7 days waiting for these jokers. Christina was a pleasure to work with. Since their own trucks were full for the next 2 weeks, Christina was able to arrange for shipping with one of their contracted transport companies. Once she identified the available companies for my date range, she called to have me choose the one that I wanted to go with. It was even a little less expensive than her original quote. She did not ask for payment until I selected a company. The driver arrived at the dealership in TX to pick up my car on the same day as promised. He worked the salesman and the pick up was smooth. My car was on the top level as promised. He kept me posted as he was on route. He ended up arriving in CA a day early and asked to delivery early on route to deliver the other cars. That was the only difficultly because we had to rearrange my wife's schedule to make it worked. He was very polite, took great care of my new car, and helped my wife to inspect the car prior to leaving. The process was very smooth and worked out perfectly. read more

Do I begin with the promised 24 - 48 hr pick up of my car that turned into almost 5 days later, or do I begin with how the snotty Heidi Hill calls me the day of my pick up and tells me that a transporter company can pick up my car the following day for and extra $100. I was told I would get an email or call the week of my pick up to tell me what's going on with the pick up. No call ever came. The day before my car was getting picked up another transportation driver called asking about a land rover pick up. I informed him I had a santa fe pick up but not the land rover. This is when I decided to call Heidi to see what was going on, She then states that my car still had no pick up time or day, mind you my pick up was the following day. I called again the day of my pick up and then she decides to tell me that things are backed up on my particular route and now they may not be able to pick my car up. Had I known this in advance like I am sure she did I would have went with another company and paid more. She then calls me back to tell me that someone could pick up my car on sat but she would have to charge me an extra $100 for the pick up. After I told her that they should pick up the bill since they already gave me a price with a 24-48hr pick she then got snotty with me over the phone. They finally come and pick my car up on Tuesday the following week. They have in the contract that the car should be washed to see any damage for the driver. when my car arrived it was so dirty that you could barely see into the front windshield. I looked the car over as best as I could and signed the paperwork. I then went into the house and got windex to clean the windshield to take the car to get gas and when I cleaned the windshield I noticed a 10 - 12 inch crack. I called Heidi and once again the professional that she is (sarcastic) gets loud once again and tells me theres nothing that they can do. Anyone that reads this I urge you to pay the extra money and have someone else take your car wherever. This company especially Heidi Hill is horrible. read more
