Let me say I think the work itself is good (original not sure now) Now let me also say that this guy does not care about his customers or prior customers. I have done two cars here. One about 10 years back and another 3 years ago. I noticed bubbling and a smeared look to the rear window of my original tint job. I pulled the receipt and it states Lifetime warranty on installation and products. He disputes that it is not a lifetime warranty. he states if it doesn't specify under where the tint is listed then its probably a 5 year tint. He also states he was not there then so he doesn't know. So you would think they would give a customer/ repeat customer the benefit of the doubt since receipt clearly says lifetime and if it is intended to be 5 years then they should specifically state that on receipt. Well I paid $150 10 years ago so that is not a cheap tint job back then. All I would want is the one piece of tint for my rear window redone. He was not willing to help at all. It is to bad with all these good reviews that this guy doesn't have any customer service skills when a problem arises. So for all you satisfied customers I hope you still are if you start experiencing bubbles and ask them to actually make good on there promise on there warranty. There is plenty of other Tint Shops nearby with stellar reviews. I would recommend All Shades Glass Tinting who will be getting my business on two cars. Automedia you just lost a repeat customer to a competitor who uses superior tint (3M) to yours. Over a single back window. read more

Brought our Camry in for replacement of bad Tint put on by Automedia & Tint. It only got worse. This guy is a joke. He knew we were upset with his customer service. he finally agreed to do it on his slow days. he called me when it was done. I was down there within 10 minutes and he miraculously disappeared for the day. (found out why) They ruin the headboard by soaking and maybe even pulling it both corners. See Pictures! You can still see all the water on it. They also damaged the back bumper. I just had it replaced and car repainted. I noticed on the drive home the two little black marks (white car)(I was following my son) well those marks over a little time settled into a lot of damage on the bumper. Have considered suing this establishment for there poor service and damaging our vehicle. Don't just stay away from Jimmy, he is a joke and so is the way he runs this shop. Go with a reputable company. BTW hope you don't need warranty service on your vehicle because his tint doesn't hold up over time. read more

We are residing at a local hotel in Norco . As our house is getting repaired . We needed some repair or trouble shooting with our remotes. To our car. We made a appointment to come in today at 12:00 P.M. today. We were concerned it might rain. We came in very early . Here we met , Mr. Jimmy . He found the problem in only less then five minutes. He only charged us , $20.00 . We asked him if he can find the problem we want save some money. Mr. Jimmy did. Now we can easily arm our car alarm . Plus disarm our car alarm in less then one minute. This is what we call excellent customer service. Its very nice knowing there are honest people in this big world we live in. It seems service in the service industry has taken a back seat. Not the case for Jimmy at Automedia & Tint. I called and asked for a quote over the phone. I liked his price so I brought my Jeep in the next night. Jimmy took a look and said he would try to have it done that night. I told him no rush just call when it was complete. Next day he called and around noon and said it was done. Clean work, honest and and reliable. I wish other businesses took care of their customers like Jimmy. read more
