Ricardo handled the install on my Viofo 3-channel setup that I brought in myself, and the work came out very clean and OEM-looking. Wiring is tucked away nicely and everything functions properly including parking mode. You can tell these guys have experience and take pride in their work. The install was smooth, straightforward, and professionally done. Now that I've seen the quality of their work firsthand, I'm even considering coming back for a custom VW OEM-style audio upgrade that Jimmy said he'd be willing to install as well. I was referred from one of colleague at work as I was impressed of tint on his vehicle. I just picked up my new Rivian and needed to get this vehicle tinted as it's basically a fishbowl. I messaged the shop and Jorge replied back immediately. I texted him what I wanted and he quoted me a great price. The best thing about this shop is that they work on the weekend as it's hard for me to take off time from work to drop off the Rivian. Jorge and the team worked with my drop off schedule and had it done at the time promised even with the issue they had to redo the windshield. They kept me posted on the timeframe and professional. Me being the biggest OCD found my vehicle to be cleaner than I first brought it in that morning. Unlike their previous operation, where you could easily reach a live person and they would help coordinate directly with your insurance company, everything is now handled through automated text messages. I was never able to get a live representative on the phone despite multiple attempts. After being told to contact my insurance company myself and open a claim (something Safe Choice used to handle for customers), I completed the process and attempted to follow up. Again, no answer--just more automated texts. Eventually, I received a text message to schedule an appointment and booked service for 8:30 AM on Tuesday, 6/2. The problem? Nobody ever showed up. No phone call, no text, no email, and no explanation. I wasted my entire morning waiting for a technician who never arrived. The company advertises itself as "#1 in Windshields," but based on my experience they might be #1 in not showing up to do the work. This level of communication and customer service is extremely unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to chase down basic information or sit around waiting for appointments that are never honored. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Safe Choice Auto Glass and would encourage others to consider a company that values its customers' time and provides reliable communication.
