I have worked with Ryan a couple times for tire service. I cannot more emphatically recommend working with him. 1) He responds so quickly when you contact him: phone, email, text. He is really on top of it. 2) He has an awesome personality. 3) He is always on time. 4) He does great work and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. 5) The rates are great. 6) The most important part: the service is awesome. He comes to whatever location you want and changes your tires! He can come with tires you bought or you can have your own. Omg why didn't I know about this sooner! Seriously! I'm a stay at home mom with a toddler and it's a challenge trying to get out of the house. This is honestly one of the best concepts ever! I called Ryan to inquire about having some expensive large low profile tires and wheels mounted and balanced. He was totally professional and put my mind at ease from avoiding any potential damage. Auto Medic is the best company. They replaced my brakes last year while I was at work and I didn't have to worry about the scheduling at all. Highly recommend AUTO MEDIC. My wife got the curb yielding to ambulance, popped the tire room causing flat arms minor damage to rim. Auto Medic stopped and changed her tire and would not accept compensation. He saved the day. Observed equipment inventory in truck. All state of the art tools and equipment. I gave Auto Medic a call today to ask about scheduling an inspection of a pre '96 truck. I left a message and received a very prompt reply. I found out that unfortunately they do not perform inspections on vehicles pre '96. However, they were more than happy to give a referral of another shop in town that could. Hai came to my house to replace my timing belt, water pump, and all drive belts on Sunday February 6th, 2012. We had the appointment scheduled for the day before, but there was a little confusion in the scheduling process. Hai was very apologetic and made sure I was the first person he took care of Sunday morning. The appointment was from 9am to 1pm; however, he showed up 20 minutes early (completely 100% ok) and didn't leave until after 2pm (once again, perfectly fine). He took his time, which is really important when it comes to timing since my motor would blow if the timing was off. He checked my fluids, tires, tire pressure, brakes, and everything at no additional cost. I have driven my car all night after he worked on it, and a lot today and the car runs better than ever.
