I had Alpha's do a full exterior and interior detail on my Subaru Crosstrek. I hadn't washed it all winter and it lives outside. Moss and algae had started growing on the side and roof, and now that is warmer it dried and got baked on by the sun. It was a mess. Alpha's was able to get it all off and clayed, polished and waxed the paint. It looks great now. The interior wasn't nearly as bad but they made it look like new and even detailed the engine bay. I can't recommend these guys enough. The price was fair and they finished ahead of schedule. If you've ever done this level of detailing on a car you know how long it takes and how much work it is. We are never driving our car again. That is how clean the interior came back after having Alphas crew detail the inside. Seriously. Ask for Ricardo! He did an outstanding job on interior detailing for our Honda Fit. You can tell when you meet him that he has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing his job well. Our car had been on a few road trips with sand, spilled soil, mysterious seat stains, and petrified french fries lost between center console and seats. Ricardo set realistic expectations for aspects that might not be restored 100%, and exceeded our expectations with close attention to detail, from the door jams to the mats, under every seat, and an exterior wash. I don't think I could find a grain of sand if I tried. We bought our car slightly used and this gave it a new life (truthfully, even nicer cleaning than when we bought it from the dealership). I was impressed with the service, quality, accurate timeline, and felt the pricing was reasonable and commensurate. My only minor qualm is that there seemed to be a disconnect between when I scheduled via the Yelp app and when I arrived - the person completing the detailing didn't seem to have been communicated to that I had been scheduled that day. We brought our Honda Fit to Alpha's because it had been filling with water in the spare tire well and leaking into the back and even front seat floors when it rained (yes, a nightmare). Several other places had said they don't manage interior leaks and one recommended Alpha's. We are so glad we found them - communication was excellent, the price was very fair, they found the multiple problem spots and sealed them up. I'm so happy with the results of the auto detailing I got done here. Truly excellent job done by Ricardo! He was really nice too. Making the appointment was easy. The drop off and pick up was easy. It took about 7 hours and our car didn't have any "extreme" conditions, so they really take their time for a thorough cleaning. The exterior looked so shiny and free of old scuffs and scratches. It smelled good too. I also appreciate all the details of the services they provide on their website. This was worth the cost. I had a fantastic experience with Alpha's Auto Detail. I got my car from Craigslist and it wasn't in perfect shape - the headlight lenses had gotten hazy to the point of being dangerous. It also had a very strong air freshener scent used by the previous owner that wouldn't go away, and I'm unfortunately very sensitive to that kind of thing. Alpha's technicians were responsive and understanding of my concerns, and very honest - I asked about ozone treatment and they dissuaded me from that because it's pricey and might not be necessary, and the shampoo they use is deodorizing. They also told me that the headlights might be challenge to work on, and it's possible I might need to replace them instead, but they'd do their best and charge me much less than the estimate if it didn't turn out. So I very much appreciated their honesty and not trying to upsell me or push me into something expensive and unnecessary. I wasn't able to pick my car up that day, so the owner kindly met me the following morning, even though they were closed. I was very pleased to see how well they did the headlights. They're much clearer now (I don't have before and after pics, just believe me), and I'm relieved I won't have to spend a lot of money getting them replaced. The interior detailing job they did was wonderful. Everything looked perfect and the cheap fragrance smell was gone. I am also very happy with the price, it's right in the sweet spot between "so cheap you're worried they'll botch it" and "so expensive you worry you're getting ripped off". A price that reflects their honesty and skilled work. Their shop is hardly big and fancy--it's actually combined with a car wash (different businesses, they just share a parking lot/bay). I was honestly relieved about it - I didn't feel self conscious bringing in my somewhat banged up '08 Civic. I'd gladly pick Alpha's over a flashy detailing place that would probably charge twice as much for the same high-quality work. Expect to get your money's worth here - great work, friendly communicative technicians, and a casual approachable atmosphere. read more

Got my honda fit interior detailed recently for the first time since owning it in 2016. It felt like it was brand new-- like my steering wheel was a lil slippery when I first started handling it They got a ton of random stains out which was great, got out all of the pet hair, and my center console is no longer icky. They even got some chocolate stain from an ice cream from a few years ago. They got everything. 10/10, drop off and pick up was easy. Just like a daycare, but for my car, and it's getting cleaned out. Maybe more like a colonoscopy. But for your car. read more

I've never had my car detailed before, but after reading all the positive reviews on here I thought I would give them a try. When I dropped my car off they were very professional and made sure we agreed on the price before I left. When I went to pick it up, on first glance it looked great. The paint has never looked better, they even got out scratches left by other cars. As soon as I drove away, I went to put my phone in the cup holder and it landed in something sticky. I looked down and my cup holder was filthy. It's almost as if they sprayed cleaner in the cup holder but then forgot to wipe it out. Once I got home, I inspected the rest of the car more carefully. While they did a great job restoring the paint, they missed a lot of other things. I found other spots inside that they missed besides the cup holders, and my rims were still dirty. For how expensive getting your car detailed it is, I expected everything to be clean. read more
