Because my man is AWFUL at any celebration. He doesn't do great with holidays and birthdays. When we scheduled the weather was supposed to be good. And then the DAY of of course it's going to rain. NOT Dapper Pros fault. Obviously. But MAN I'm irritated that the rain dirtied up my car faster than I had hoped on the outside. My issues - the tech was odd. He was nice but he told me he wanted to come a hour EARLY but then literally sat outside for about 20 minutes. I text Zach and said not sure why your guy has been here almost 20 minutes and not come in. But I was in a Camera on meeting for work and didn't have time to go outside and ask. Finally he called and said he was there. I said yeah I know. Then he asked me which car I wanted detailed first - my mom's I'm trying to sell (The Lexota aka Lexus,) or mine (Infiniti Q60.) I said I literally don't care. He was going back and forth trying to decide and asked me AGAIN and again I said I don't care. Do what you want. I was trying to get BACK inside for work. I gave him the Lexus keys and told him my keys were in my car. Guys. He literally spent 45 ish minutes VACUUMING my car. Now I'm thorough. And super ANAL about details but whoa. Then he got to washing which I never ever saw him touch or get close to the cars (which is apparent by the photos,) and waxing. Which I don't see happened. My car certainly doesn't seem waxed neither does the Lexus. The wash and wax job is just okay. The Lexus was DISGUSTING so truly any cleaning was worth it. But $568 for the two cars worth it??? NO. Today I was putting things back into the car and found that my back windows, the annoying triangle ones, weren't even cleaned!!! That definitely lowered me from a 3 star to a 2. AND the fact that my driveway is full of caked on dirt and pollen from the cars. Never have I ever had such a mess leftover by a company. Never have I ever felt like I TOTALLY wasted my money on something. My leather looks okay. The Lexus too but this was NOT worth it. For $234 for one car I'd expect it PERFECT. Not with the freaking windows still dirty!!! Come on!!! And I asked for an "itemized" invoice and was given the attached. What a joke. Go elsewhere. PS...this says it includes HAND WASH which did NOT happen on either of my vehicles. I can see and did see him working the entire time. 0 hand wash occurred. Pressure washing did. Ugh upon further review then I see that the guy never removed my phone holder from the windshield. Which left it all streaky and still dirty on that corner. Truly POOR quality work.

He arrived on time, needed nothing more than a spigot, and got straight to work, detailing my F150 inside-and-out, bumper-to-bumper--even with less-than-ideal weather. This truck has been through it all--coastal road trips, family vacations (with animals), and nearly a decade of use with minimal TLC. Finally, the stars aligned for a professional detail, but what Rayane delivered went beyond expectations. His meticulous work erased years of wear and neglect. Honestly, my truck hasn't looked this good since I bought it in 2016--maybe even better. After over five hours of detailing, he apologized for the raindrops that fell after he was done. He did two cars for us with two different sets of services and they both turned out terrific. I also talked to him about ceramic, and did my own research and found his products and pricing to be the best around. I was skeptical about ceramic. It's not cheap (although Kirill's price was the best I found) Well I just got back from the first long road trip since ceramic was applied. Using the soaps Kirill suggested for the ceramic the car cleaned up super easy and the water just flew off when I hit it it with my leaf blower. The biggest thing is that I got a big white parking lot door smear on my door because some dork in a pickup whacked my passenger door. A big white paint transfer spot. Luckily not a dent but it stood out on my dark colored car. Well, is ceramic worth it? Yes. That big white paint transfer wiped off. No polish. No elbow grease. It just wiped off. Highly recommend Kirill and his services. Our cars look terrific and he leaves everything in order, no mess, no fuss. Terrific service!

Brandon and Jupiter did a great job removing the mold issue in my 2006 Honda Odyssey minivan. The…read moremold was caused by a leak in one of the gasket seals in the back lift hatch. As a result, the water ingress caused mold to grow in my van which had been sitting in the driveway unused during the colder and wet months earlier in the year. Luckily I used Yelp to send out multiple requests from various other services but the main reason why I chose Jupiter and Lightning Mobile and why they stood out from the rest was nothing other than sheer professionalism. I don't know why people are hesitant to place a call anymore and just resort to sending messages out of pure convenience. To me I still value those simple gestures. I received a call directly from Jupiter while others just sent me convenient messages outlining their pricing. I'm glad Jupiter did reach out to me because he explained in great detail the entire process and what sort of work was involved including the reasoning behind the processes. Before any work was to be done, the cause of the leak needed to be addressed. Jupiter is also part of Water Doctors so he had some knowledge and expertise on how to handle the root cause of the issue. Had I hired those other guys out there, the leak would have cause the same issue again come rainy season. Just this simple gesture of receiving a call made me feel valued as a customer and that I would be getting my moneys worth. As for the work, both guys did a fantastic job. Both Jupiter and Brandon were meticulous but at the same time took lots of care and had great attention to detail. They cleaned out the other hard to remove stains on my carpet and mats with an enzymatic cleaner that I would have found difficult to clean on my own without the right tools and materials. The results brought new life to my old but reliable van. I told the guys how much this van had sentimental value to me and my family and they took real good care of it. I wasn't able to provide direct electricity or a water source for their use because I had contractors on site using those resources but I was really impressed with their mobile setup as they had equipment built inside their service van which was fully self-sufficient. Their service van is equipped with their own power source as well as water, HEPA cleaning system and many other equipments such as cleaning chemicals and other supplies. What also impressed me is that the setup in their van was built by themselves. Quite clever indeed! I was really impressed with the quality of work I received and I am more confident that the mold issue will not be a problem when the rains hit again. Just of note- these were two services rendered to me which incurred two separate charges. Nonetheless both my issues were solved. I'm a happy camper. I highly recommend Lightening Mobile because these guys took their time to do the job right, focused on the quality of work and are very proud of what they do.
