Total incompetence when repairing drivers window not functioning they spent three hours with there…read morecomputer trying to diagnose a 2002 window problem put the car on the lift could not figure out why they were looking for other problems that did not exist told me the front end neaded work. Nobody asked them to check my front end I had just had my entire front suspension rebuild in the end they had no idea what was wrong with my drivers window but when I left passenger window also stoped working from screwing around for hours trying to trouble shoot a 25 yr old car window problem bottom with a computer instead of taking door card apart they wasted 3 hr embellishment of a unnecessary repair and taking out drivers window computer that also operates passenger side with the scan tool. I personally replaced drivers side ecu and trouble shot the drivers window tap drivers window motor with a screw driver motor stated to work ecu brought back to life passenger window problem solved totally incompetent to do anything but change parts of diagnosing the simplest problems without ther scan tool They are part changers not mechanics beware when bringing your car there for service ps I do not and never had repaired cars in my life this was the most basic problem compounded by incompetence

Brought my car in there to get tires swapped over to summers. Comes to tell me i am better off…read morekeeping my winters tires i go in take a look at my summers some wear and tear on the outer edges but can still last another year. Continues to tell me i need new tires. So i just asked them to balance my wheels and ill keep my summer tires. My mans just starts flaming me for owning a Volkswagen and starts calling it a piece of junk My car key is broken so explained to him how to start the car with the key and he got all pissed cause he couldn't get it to start. So he told me to get my piece of shit out of the garage. Not to mention the fact that buddy is literally sparking up a cig in the GARAGE BAY. Definitely not going back there ever again and also do not recommend going there.

John and the RBT crew have "done right" by me for years- I have had several tire issues (road…read morehazard damage) and they always fit me into their busy appointment schedule so I could get to work. I have never felt like I was upsold ... as a matter of fact, John consistently gives me more affordable options. It is laughable that other reviewers think that 1. the team should mollycoddle their children- (sorry Karen aka Maria S.) or 2. that they should somehow magically appropriate tires they don't sell. I would also add that almost every changeover Winter to Summer and vise-versa my Volvo's TPMS light comes on... for about a week. If it stays on I check tire pressure and top it off if needed... For someone to state a passerby had to tell them that their tire was flat months later (WHAT) is pretty irresponsible on the owner's part.
