I called the shop explaining my truck was driving incorrectly and something felt off. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help immediately, the owner told me to bring it back in 5 days because they were "fully booked" and had no time to look at it. Very disappointing experience overall. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, and safety clearly isn't a priority here.

Travis was very professional and thorough in making an assessment of the contributing factors. He located and corrected faulty wiring that was not inspected by Bay Area Airstream when it was recently in for service. Travis found a way to weld a new bolt onto the old stud sticking out of the head and got them to come out in the proper way. This is a case of using the right people to do a complex problem that could have been easily screwed up by a less competent mechanic. I have found them to be very qualified and quite nice people to work with. He does all kinds of RV repair, in fact he was on his way to handle a broken black tank valve when he left me. I do recommend Travis and his sons for anything RV related. I know that they will do the job the way you want it done.
