The MAACO team explained my various options and did not put pressure on me to take the more expensive choices. Because my 4Runner was my only means of transportation, they moved quickly and restored it in just over 24 hours. It looks amazing; probably better than new. I ended up spending less money than I thought I would spend, and the vehicle looks better than I thought it could possibly look. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Estimates from other companies to repair were pretty high. I stopped by and got an estimate, and was surprised to find it would not cost much more to repaint the whole car. Since white was not my first choice anyway, I also opted to go with a light metallic blue. The only mix-up was not communicating how long it would take, and somehow I had gotten the impression it could be done in one day. (It's possible in some cases, but not in this case.) When I called to see when it would be ready, I found this out the estimate was 5-7 business days. I was freaking out somewhat because I was driving a group for a backpacking trip in the Smokies in four business days. However, they worked with me and were able to have the car ready the fourth business day. Beautiful job on the painting. Time will tell how it holds up, but overall, I'd say this was a good choice and good value.

Secondly and most recently I was looking for estimates to fix my bumper. Not a major repair it was just missing a screw that held it in place. I ask the guy if he would look at it before he did he went on about how backed up they were and wouldn't be able to do anything til 8-12 weeks out so I still asked that he just take a quick look at it. He did and told me to hold on a min. He went to find the right screw twice laid on the ground in the direct sunlight and fixed my bumper. Paint job really sucks as my van is in three different shades ( original, new plastic painted parts and New Body painted parts) and the answer I get is that's the best they can do and I have to live with it. In third visit when I told that the 5th door is not aligned properly to the body shop manager, he fail to understand, finally I have to show him how its rubbing and taking of the paint from bumper, also when I showed him the handle is coming off he argued only top portion is coming of and handle is ok, seriously...no shame in trying to blow off the customer as they know that they got the check. I don't know how other body shop works but hopefully they take pride and try to do decent job and not screw a customer so bad. I will not recommend getting your car to Dick Dyer unless you are satisfied with substandard work and want hassle dealing with arrogant body shop manager.

I have to say they kept me and my daughter updated every step of the way, even when they found additional damage. The car was done in a week and 1/2 ( we did wait 4 months for appt) and they were the most professional group ever! Being 700 miles away and having a daughter under 25 (rental purposes) they were just amazing. I hope this never happens to anyones car, but if it does Reeley's is the way to go! They ordered most parts ahead of time and had everything ready (except extra damage) and were just amazing. The car came back detailed and they were fantastic. She set me ordered my part and got me in for an appointment that week. The team was able to work with my schedule and was never impatient. When I got to the shop Shannon was there and greeted me and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had my 3 month old, 4 year old, and my 9 year old with me and we waited in the waiting room with no problem. The technician was friendly and got the job done in no time! There were no hiccups and no hidden cost. I recommend them and will be back again when I need work done.
