This is not the auto shop for minor repairs or for people who have to watch their budget. My car stopped. I thought it was my alternator. The battery didn't seem to be holding a charge. I had taken out and had it tested and the auto parts place had told me I needed a new alternator. I had Pheonix come and get it. They were quick and responsive and all I needed was a new battery that ended up costing me 782 dollars after towing and the 149 dollar diagnostic. I would use them again for any MAJOR issue, but I'll never return for anything I even suspect is a minor repair. Nearly a thousand bucks for a battery seems excessive.

Had seen reviews and Essy seemed widely respected. Gave him a call. He answered and I asked if he could fit me in. He apologized that he couldn't because he was at his daughter's graduation that day but that if I called back Monday he'd see if he could fit me in. I ultimately found another shop nearby that also had good reviews with immediate availability and it was a good experience, but just wanted to say how much I admired Essy answering my call. I felt like he did in case it was an emergency repair situation (it obviously wasn't), which definitely reflects what his customers say about him. And to apologize about his availability bc he was attending a major event for his loved one... being gracious and generous is definitely in his nature. So just wanted to share that :-)

Have a mint condition 2016 4 door Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Wifes Realtor vehicle for work. Started getting hot.. had it checked for coolant leaks.. and still running hot! Found Good Deal from word around town GREAT MECHANIC SHOP & GREAT PRICE! Well.. at 170k miles I decided to NOT GO YET with New Engine.. So Sat with Owner/Lead Mechanic Johnny.. He said Instead He'll Take off the Heads,change Timing Chain /kit, new HEAD GASKETS, New Valve Gaskets.. Replace Water Pump, Radiator. WOW..,"you can do all that Johnny!?" He showed me some of his work and very professional on detail & know how! Others for a new engine and install , I was looking at $6,500 to $8k Well bottom line I got it all done at Good Deal for $4,200 with New Refurbished Heads!! Within 10 days of meeting Johnny and giving the green light GO, I got the call to come pick up the Jeep. I was so excited, called the wife and off we went to pick up her Jeep. We herd the vehicle start up and purring LIKE A NEW ENGINE It's been 3 days and the wifes in heaven with joy! we not only saved nearly $2,500 + but we were impressed with the Professional Service you only get at the Dealer.
