This dealership is a pain in the butt I went it to get 2 recalls done and a check engine light issue fixed so they fixed the recall and told me the engine light was fixed it came on for a pump oil leak and a cylinder issue so they did it pretty quick keep in mind that service wasn't free the recalls were it was 1,600 dollars in repairs so I drove home after and it was good 2 days later it broke again the light came back on and the car was having the same problem that I spent 1600 on I hate this dealer obviously someone didn't know what they were doing and I need a experienced mechanic it's currently back there now I want my 1600 back if they won't do anything maybe have to take it somewhere else or do other measures 0/10 read more

I took my car in for the check engine light being on and to get a diagnostic test. they called me and said they couldn't find anything but they would continue to check it out. the next day they called and said it was fix and I could come pick my car up. I picked my car up thinking everything was fixed and as I was sitting in the parking lot the check engine light came back on. I didnt even have to time to pull off the lot. they agreed to look at again which I was confused because you said it was fixed but whatever. so the very next day they called telling me I need to fix the transmission. a 200 dollar job turned into a 6500 dollar job. I just have to say that for the first time in my adult life after leaving an auto repair shop, I feel I was taken care of instead of being taken advantage of. I was given the best customer service and was treated better than I could have expected. Not cheaper, faster or better. My main complaint is the grinding as I was driving away, and one of the guys said that was normal for when you replaced the rotors and pads. I had to visit your facility twice. Firstly, when my 2015 toyota highlander was diagnosed by your experts - having rotor issue as I got vibration on steering while applying brakes even at the speed of 45~50mph on highway. You said only resurfacing is needed and I was sent home with a charge if 185$/-. To be fair it also included alignment price as well. Problem was not solved and I had to call you guys and revisited your place, had an expert drive with me on interstate and he diagnosed that rotors need replacement (both front and rare). I agreed and again I was charged for a freakin 253.42$/- then sent home with a go-green signal, saying Wait till 500miles to get the rotors adjusted. Got it! But guess what I drove more than 650 miles since then and vibration has NOT GONE YET. MAY I ASK what's wrong now??? oh! please don't say that I am too harsh on brakes as I showed you 600+ excellent driving trips within my insurance company's tracking app (means no hard brakes, no speeding, no rush). I wouldn't count on being serviced at your appointment time. My fiancé made a 7:30 appointment and we were the first people there. As we were waiting for the place to open other people showed up. When they finally opened the doors a couple minutes late he let others enter before him to be courteous and as he was waiting in line he heard that two other people also had a 7:30 appointment. And even though the workers knew that we were there first they serviced others before us. There were only two workers and one of the lanes already had a car in it when they opened so we waited until 7:50 before we decided to leave as they could not even tell us how long it would take to be serviced or how long until they even started to work on it. read more

I had control arms installed here about 2 years ago. They failed to adjust the sway bar under the weight of my truck resulting in it riding on the bump stops with absolutely no front suspension travel whatsoever. I took it back to them and was told "it had settled" which I know was a flat out lie. They also failed to address busted tie rod ends while they were working on my truck. I understand that it was a simple mistake made when adjusting the sway bar and I'm fine with that. However when you try and cover a mistake with a flat out lie it makes one question the integrity of the shop you're giving $2,000+ of your hard earned money to. If you want to be lied to this is the place for you. Yelp 2015 challenge Buyer Beware...took my work van in said I needed all this stuff wanted close to 1 thousand dollars the pin was missing from the back drum etc..etc.. I had more than $500 worth of brake work done at this business. While driving 35 hours for Uber last week, I still heard frequent grinding noises when I applied my brakes. Today I went in and told the owner-manager about the problem. He had one of his technicians check the brakes by driving the car around the block, and said there was nothing wrong with them. When I told him I planned on taking the car to the Kia dealership if the brakes were still grinding a week from now, he accused me of having an "attitude". I thought that was highly unprofessional and represented very poor customer service. I called and asked about the price to get my front brakes done and I was told it would be $89 with parts and labor. I made an appointment at 4:30 the next day and when I arrived early, I saw a long line of people. I asked if they were going to get to my car that day since they close at 5 but they said they wouldn't leave until the job was done...ok. So around 5:30 they pull my car back to take a look at it. They guy comes back with 2 quotes for repairs, one for $570 and the other for closed to $500. Now, because I had just gone to firestone and gotten my back brakes done, replaced a hose, caliper, fluid flush and gotten an oil change all for $700, and because I was quoted over the phone $89, I was shocked. I told him I wasn't going to be able to pay either price and he said well tell me what your budget is and I'll work you. At first, being tired and hungry as I had just left work and hadn't eaten that day, I thought the offer to work with me was sweet but now that I think about it, why are your quotes so high if you can "work" with people and whatever amount of money you have. Seems like you're overcharging people. I told them I needed to think about it over the weekend and come back. He kept trying to pressure and scare me into getting the work done. They waitress until everyone else had left and after I told them I'd thing about it he said ok, I'll tell them you're going to come back and we will get your car back out to you. In the meantime he left the building and another guy, a black man (Im a black woman so I assume that's why they sent him) came in and said "hey sis, what's going on with your car today? What are you having done?" I explained the situation and he proceeds to tell me he's a customer of theirs and brings his car there all the time. That he almost hit a building because his front brakes stopped working. He kept trying to say you should get the work done today and not to wait. I told him no and then I got a phone call. The whole time my car was still in the air with the tires off. The guy went back outside and said something to the people working there and then they brought my car around. I feel as though they were being extremely shady sending a man in that called me sis, trying to scare me into getting the work. That is not how you earn a customer. It that wasn't enough, on the way home my car sounded worse than it did when I brought it in, not only that but they didn't close my hood all the way. While driving home I noticed the hood coming up and going back down when I was on the interstate. Thank goodness it didn't completely come up. I will not be bringing my car back to this place as they are careless with the work they do and employ unethical business practices. No thank you! By the way firestone quoted the price for $300, not $500. I will gladly pay that amount somewhere where I know they work won't be careless. read more

I might be changing this post. My brakes have never been the same. Mark did not sound as happy to hear from me as he had been. I'm taking it in tomorrow so we will see. I will update this post once I see how I am treated and if they fix my brakes this time. This is two visits in just a month or so. So I made an appointment after having used them a few years back. I understand it's hard to keep a "brake pad" appointment. But I did wait a good two hours or more. It was very close if not after closing time before my car was ready. The next morning on my way in to work, my car started squeaking and shaking. I was worried a tire might fall off. I called Mark and he offered to have it towed free of charge. He was super nice and handled the whole matter so professionally. He re-did the brakes (free of charge) added the premium ceramic pads that I had originally opted out of due to the price. It took about an hour. They drove it. It was fine. I paid nothing. My car is like brand new. These guys are the real deal. I was worried at first that I had been taken to the cleaners but that was not the case at all. I 100% recommend them and ask for Mark. Awesome guy - very honest! read more

I visited Budget Brakes, Nolensville Rd. on 2-8-18. Dustin was excellent. I told him that I was selling my car but was told by my (former trusted) local mechanic that I needed about $500 worth of break work. Dustin got my car on the rack within 10 minutes, pulled the tires off and within 15 minutes came out and told me I was good to go. My breaks were fine, 60% remaining on fronts and 70% on rear. Thanks Budget Brakes, I normally never leave reviews, however, my experience this morning at Budget Brakes deserves to be documented. Last week I took my Lexus to the Lexus dealership in Cool Sorings for routine service. I have been using them since buying my car in 2013. They informed me that my brakes had to be replaced immediately. They quoted me a very high price so I decided to get a second opinion. I called Budget Brakes and their quote was half the Lexus dealership using the same pads. This morning I took my car to Budget Brakes expecting to replace front and back pads. Within 15 minutes they informed me my brakes were fine. They even showed me my pads verses new pads. At least a year or two wear left. They could have replaced the brakes, earned a fee and I would have been perfectly fine because that is what I expected.
