The thing that bugs me the most about getting my oil changed is when the staff does the old up sell on the things your car needs (think air/cabin filter, transmission flush, etc). I get it, $20 oil changes don't keep your business afloat, but when you're in a hurry, you just don't want to hear it. Well, I didn't get that annoying up sell here, and the guys working there couldn't be nicer (don't get Tim started on his auto racing career! Sorry Timmy, I couldn't resist). I also enjoyed not having to get out of my car. I was literally in and out in 20 minutes, and the price was on point.
