The thing that bugs me the most about getting my oil changed is when the staff does the old up sell on the things your car needs (think air/cabin filter, transmission flush, etc). Well, I didn't get that annoying up sell here, and the guys working there couldn't be nicer (don't get Tim started on his auto racing career! Sorry Timmy, I couldn't resist).
