Of course I was freaking out but they did everything they could to have it fixed up for my wedding a day and even delivered it to my Venue the morning of the wedding to ensure my wedding dreams would come true. What should have been a straightforward heads, cam, and exhaust job dragged on for 1.5 years, with my truck sitting parked outside in the lot for months at a time with zero progress. I expected superior craftsmanship for the premiums that were paid but in reality, under delivered. They installed oval-port headers onto D-port heads causing immediate gasket leaks and fabricated exhaust with poor welds and cheap clamps instead of the clean, stock-style single-exit setup I requested (which I eventually had to pay another shop to completely redo). On top of that, they were unable to dial in the tune, forcing me to rely on a remote tuner and resolve several issues myself including misfires from an improperly indexed distributor, fouled plugs, and sensor faults just to make the truck driveable. The pattern of delays continued when I brought the truck back for the third time to address oil and coolant leaks. Despite scheduling well in advance for what was supposed to be warranty work, the truck sat untouched for months before even being diagnosed. The repair was initially denied before finally being honored, taking an additional five months to resolve while the vehicle remained exposed to the elements. While the staff is friendly and I understand they juggle larger more profitable builds, the combination of extreme delays and questionable workmanship makes it impossible for me to recommend this shop.
