When asked to check stock for the cooling fan filter for the drive batteries on my Prius, Sheldon looked at me and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Laughing and saying there is no such thing. I politely tried to explain where it was located, when he spoke over me and said "you mean the cabin filter" . I said no, there is a fan to cool the hybrid batteries under...cut off again " Oh this is a Hybrid?" For a guy who arrogantly mocks you and acts like he knows everything he is surprised that my Prius is a hybrid? I believe 90% of the worlds population knows that. The girl in the office couldn't stop coughing, looked super sick. Now is not a good time to be working sick. We were told be 2 people to have them check the tires before we buy because they're known for selling and making money off rims and tires even if they dont hold air. We were mainly looking for rims anyway. The lady in the front told us how much it would cost for rim and tire and the tire was flat. We had to ask if we could get some air in it and check for leaks. We waited for some time but eventually someone came down and took the tire. My husband walked with him asking if they had anymore of the same rims? No answer. He tried to make some small talk, nothing in reply. He ended up jumping in a car and speeding off leaving my husband in his dust. Super rude! We ended up waiting for awhile not even knowing if he was coming back. Eventually he did, my husband asked if there were any leaks, he said nothing and started walking away. So I asked again, is it holding the air? And he just sped off again. Real shady. The lady in the front could clearly hear how frustrated we were with no answers but also stayed quite and just asked us for money. She also charged a random disposal fee for what? We didnt ask to dispose of anything. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Shady business for sure, we will not be going back.

One of the things I am thankful for each morning is my family's mechanic, Patrick, and his crew there. I also love that they have the Scriptures right on their desk. People can pick them up, read them, glance at a verse, whatever. It's a Living Book spreading love and miracles up in their business! The Rocky Mountain Rebuilders crew is very knowledgeable and capable, and the prices for their great work are easy on the wallet. Patrick is always busy, yet he always makes time for me. And that makes me feel special and important, as his customer.

Better than auto parts store because it was a denso to start with not an aftermarket china type. New denso is expensive and new aftermarket is cheap. Three year warranty with this unit for passenger car that is stock. Michael got awesome training from his dad. One day service. In at noon and got it back the next morning. Yes I recommend. They check to make sure is working. Bearings rotor brushes diodes all changed. Awesome should last twenty more years.
