I couldn't find my original receipt for this battery, which I purchased on 03-06-2024, in Hilo, Hawaii. This battery is less than 36 months old, so if it's bad, I should be able to get it replaced free of charge, being that it's less than three years old, according to batteries warranty. I moved to Nevada two years ago, so I called my closest Napa store here in Henderson, Nevada and I spoke to a store employee, who answered the phone "Hello" and he was not a "Happy camper". I explained my situation to him, who basically stated no receipt, we can't do anything for you, need to pay for a brand-new battery. I took a chance and called my former home town Napa in Hilo; Hawaii and I spoke to "Shawn". Man, what a breath of fresh air.... Shawn was so down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to locate my car battery receipt for the purchase that I made back in March of 2024, he was able to track it via my phone number and on top of that he was able to email me a copy of the receipt within seconds.
