I wanted to update my review of this business as they have proved themselves to be top notch in the service department! As noted below, I took my Colorado for regular maintenance. After the service, there was some damage to the hood and side panel. I contacted them and EVENTUALLY spoke with the manager (see below for the mix up). Long story short, these guys are just what I would hope to find in a service department at a dealership. I live quite aways away, but I am willing to make the drive to have these guys work on my truck because they are diligent, honest, and generally very pleasant to deal with. No answer, no follow up, no basic professional courtesy. And before they respond claiming we were trying to lowball them -- we never even got that far. We couldn't get anyone on the phone long enough to have that conversation. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable. We were asking for a callback that never came, a manager who wouldn't engage, and a salesperson who had disappeared. This wasn't a negotiation gone wrong. This was a dealership that couldn't meet the bare minimum standard of basic customer communication.
