Mind you it's a Patriot they wanted 10,500 out the door with an interest rate of 29.9% with 140k miles. Anyways I tell my friend it's not worth it. The PATRIOTS are known for bad transmission mind you he didn't let him test drive the car but wanted him to sign paperwork asap. I convince my friend not to get the car he's only 18 so he doesn't know much. Any ways ANDRE came rushing out the dealership yelling at me saying racial slurs calling me a "NI**ER" Multiple times a "FA**OT" also saying " YOU WONT GET OUT THE CAR AND FIGHT ME" "GET OUT AND FIGHT NI**ER" banging on my car door trying to get in very hostile he goes in for a punch while my window was down hitting my shoulder then proceeded with saying "GET OFF MY LOT NI**ER" as all the employees just watched I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND A CAR FROM HERE AT ALL THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF AND GET UPSET WHEN YOU CATCH ON THEIR LITTLE GAMES.

Imagine that...so I am getting prices of 2000 to 5000 to fix it cause u have to take the front of the grill area off to get to the senser. So I called a few other places and one was shoreline family auto repair and sales. It was bout 430 p m n Jeff told me to bring my car in and he would look. They close at 5 pm give a few minutes. So I hurried over there and he comes in and said he could fix it for four. I said thousand he goes no 400$. I bout fell out the chair. So we made an appointment for that coming wednesday and i TY ook it in and he had it fixed andcready to cc ome home. He sent the gentel man to come pick me up n take me back to the shop to get it not even 3 hours later. They also gave me a ride home that morning. The folks who work there are very considerate, understanding on your consernes and being a senior on social security i dont have alot of money. Jeff the gentelman who helped me in the beggining could see i was in a panic he quoted the price including the parts and labor n it cost 402.$. That i had but this 2 to 5000 $ from those other places wow. Shame on them. It is hard to find a auto mechanic that u can trust and believe what they are telling u is the truth. Im so thankfull to this shop for being someone i can believe n trust they are not ripping me off for things that realy didnt need to b done...if I could give more than 5 stars I would give them the max. Comes the tale of one couple's quest for an affordable used Mercedes-Benz sedan... We were dejectedly driving away from Bill Pierre Ford, where we had a cringeworthy experience with their accounting staff and some shady requests that I lie about my condition in order to get a loan, when I spotted what is now our beautiful Benz, a 2005 C230 Kompressor, sitting in the Prudent lot. We immediately went in and our negotiations lasted less than 15 minutes. Of course, the call to the loan people lasted much, much longer, and the whole time Toni patiently waited for us and provided us with every bit of information we needed. We even got an extra key (he ordered us the fancy new one!) and some touch-up paint for the scratches in the deal, and we walked away with the car of our dreams at the price we wanted. Toni and Prudent really put a smile on our faces and our butts back on the road. We appreciate it!

They aren't going to sell you something that isn't exactly what they say it is. I had something that needed updating at the point of sale, and they were on it, updated at cost. Most used places will make you sign an "as is" sheet and not help after a sale has been made. You can tell they care about their customers and their name. Very easy to work with too!

Some things I had repaired were new tires and wheels, a new battery, and a new instrument panel, the backlighting of which is a common failure to this model. They had no way to know. Also I noticed a small hole in the floorboard between the seat and the brake pedal, not really a big deal. But for what I paid I think I got a bargain. The engine and transmission, which are most important, are like new (knocks on wood) and very strong, along with the brakes which were done just before I bought the car.
