Cut to last week, ground maintenance at work was using a weed whacker and whacked something at my car, breaking a window. (Sigh) The window I couldn't ignore. I called around and found Global Auto Repair & Glass. After I brought them my car, they gave me a ride back to work. A few hours later they came and picked me up. Glass repaired, like it never happened. I talked to them about the BB gun dent and the keyed back bumper. Mentioned my high deductible. He said they'd do it all for $850. Hot dog! I got my car back today and it's like the damage never existed. I feel so much better.

If you're reading this don't waste your time with this company…read more I went in last Friday (1/25/20) to have my brakes looked at. The mechanic said they didn't have time and I would have to come back Monday. So I did at the designated time. I left for an hour because I was instructed it would take that long for a brake inspection. When I got there an hour later they still hadn't looked at my brakes yet. It took another hour for them to check my brakes. But the time they finally looked at them I was told the calipers on my 2015 Jeep were bad and they were scratching into the rotors and that's what the squeaking noise I was hearing. They quoted me $900 dollars for an entire fix and they would need my vehicle for a couple days!! I also asked if the brake calipers would be covered under my warranty and they lied and said no. I went and bought brake pads and rotors for $120. I replaced the brake pads but the rotors are fine, no grooves in them. The calipers are fine too because my brakes work fine and the squeak is gone. Not only is this company completely dishonest but they are scam artists. Not once did they show me the broken calipers. I am including a picture of my worn brake pad, the culprit of the noise. I don't appreciate being lied to. I only feel sorry for the people you guys have ripped off in the past. You don't deserve $10 of business from anyone. As a hint, maybe you guys should stick too old women and people not aware of the scams you're pulling. Good riddance

Green flag#2- I ended up having a family member replace my battery, so I messaged Ramon to cancel my appointment. He reminded me of the engine air filter that I needed replacing-I totally forgot about it! So I kept my appointment. Green flag#3- When I arrived, I was greeted by Ramon. What I thought would take at least 30-45min (they were busy) he went out himself and replaced the filter in less than 5min! Not only that he did it free of charge!! God bless him.
