My finance manager, Margaret, was also pleasant and well-informed. She explained the protection and maintenance plans clearly and concisely. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 pm and was able to retrieve the vehicle the next day after it was detailed and filled with gas. The experience was less-stressful and easier than any of my previous vehicle purchases with no pressure at all. If i could give this place 0 stars i would! We are first-time car buyers, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. When we first arrived, I sat outside for nearly an hour and walked around the lot without being approached by a single salesperson. Eventually, I had to go inside myself to get assistance. The buying process itself wasn't terrible, but our salesperson, Omar, seemed very disengaged throughout the entire experience. He rarely spoke to us or made any effort to explain things. As someone who has worked in sales before, that is not what I would expect from someone trying to earn a customer's business.After completing the paperwork, we took the car home and thought everything was finished. A few days later, while both my boyfriend and I were at work, we started receiving nonstop calls from Omar and Muhammad. When I finally had a chance to answer, Omar told me, "If you and your boyfriend don't sign this right now, we're going to repossess the car."I was extremely confused. We were in the process of adding me as a co-signer, and as a 19-year-old first-time buyer, I had never gone through this process before and didn't fully understand what was happening. I told them I could sign immediately, but my boyfriend was eight hours away at work and could not.I was then told that if he did not sign within an hour, they would repossess the vehicle. Rather than calmly explaining the situation or working with us, we were met with threats and pressure. It felt as though Omar and Muhammad were more concerned about covering themselves and avoiding trouble than helping their customers.We worked very hard for this vehicle, and being threatened with repossession over paperwork that we were actively trying to complete was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I bought my Ram 1500, the team worked hard to get a great price and I was pleased with the sales and even finance teams. BUT Service is a different story! I scheduled my vehicle for warranty checks. I scheduled it last week and delivered it to the location. I was told they would need the vehicle 5 or 6 days -- DAYS, not hours -- just to diagnose the four items. I asked why did I have an appointment and was told the appointment was just to drop it off (I could just driven up and done the same thing without an appointment). I have taken the vehicle to a competitor (Mac Heik) for them to look at it today/tomorrow. In summary - I would give the sales process 5 stars; Service 0 stars. read more

Still waiting . . . ** UPDATE: 7/30 7:30ish got a text from Aaron at CDJR asking when a good time to talk would be about my "poor experience". I told him (at about 7:33AM) that the best time would be "right now". Still waiting (7:50AM). ** UPDATE: 7/30 (7AMish) on the phone with Hertz and they tell me that the car was returned YESTERDAY and apparently 2 roadside assistance charges were added to it. Managed to get to the GM's mailbox and left another message so we'll see if I get a call back. ** ** UPDATE: 7/29 (about 7AM) - Finally got Hertz on the phone to ask and they say I'm still getting charged (now about $300) because the RENTAL IS STILL OPEN. ** I brought my car in three times to get one thing fixed and I thought that third time was the charm but I should've known when it took a hour to get a rental then I didn't know what rental place I was going to when the shuttle came to pick me up AND I didn't know how long CDJR would have my car when I was talking to the rental company. I get a car to rent and I get pretty constant updates and then we get to Friday (7/24), when I pick my car up and turn in the rental. I was told that I could drop the rental at the dealership and it would be taken care of. I paid the $50 fees to the dealership for my rental and took my car home. I know that I will have at least maybe $10 in fees because I accidentally took the tollway to bring the car back so imagine my surprise when I open my checking app on Monday and see that I've been charged by the rental company TWICE for $200ish. Rental company tells me I have to talk to my bank so I start that process but at the same time I call CDJR at 7AM 7/27/26 to get my service person to tell me if the rental car was turned in Friday or Saturday because apparently the rental company thinks it hasn't been. I leave a message. 10AM 7/27/26 I call again . . . and again, leave a message. By 5PM 7/27/26 (yesterday), there's no call - no text - **no anything**. This morning 7AM (7/28/26) I figure I'll try the texting method - it's nearly noon (7/28/26) and I still haven't gotten confirmation from the service person I dropped the car off with that it's been returned. The only reason I've stopped being charged by the rental company is because I've submitted a claim. The only reason I'm okay giving one star instead of none (besides the fact that I can't give anything less than 1 star) is because the things I asked them to fix, are fixed finally. read more

Then after that, they charged my credit 56 points again first they said it was because of "employment verification" how tf could you sell me a car without my employer being verified!? then, it was they changed their banks and then hit my credit 56 points again because they said they changed banks. The salesperson was not able to answer my questions on the initial call but called me back and made sure I had all of the information I needed. I drove there to test drive it and the place was packed with people buying cars so I thought for sure I was going to be "just another customer". I could not have been more wrong. Even though they were extremely busy, they treated me with respect, answered all of my questions thoroughly, make sure I got all of my questions answered and I never felt pressured at all. Or if you like when you call to ask what is going on with your car that stopped working at a stoplight, and they tell you only your service advisor can speak to you (even if he was MIA for 5 days). Or if you like them to try to gaslight you, like you are crazy and making stuff up with your car because they don't really want to get to the bottom of what is actually happening to cause your battery (if that is the real reason) to go dead every 10 months or so... or if you have to escalate your issue to management in order to get someone to contact you about your own car that is in their shop for over 5 days. Again, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED if you do not appreciate all of the above. I can't even express how upset I am that I have a service contract with them and an extended warranty. I will now have to drive to a different AutoNation to service my vehicle, because I hate this place sooooo much. We purchased a jeep from them and the check engine light came on within 20 miles of the dealership. FF we dropped it off on a Tues and get a call back on a Thurs and exact words from Magadalena (in service) was we are not working on your vehicle Jeep has said they will refuse any warr work. We showed up and the SERVICE MANAGER was very helpful and said he believes it's an easy fix but didn't know why mopar refused to honor the warranty. we asked why do we have one if it can't be used and he said another shop may grant it BS. He did go to the finance manager and helped us cancel our warranty. My husband will fix our vehicle but I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A SHADY COMPANY AGAIN. Was sold a lemon here and AutoNation refused to do anything . Within first month it was owned by us it spent a month in the shop because the certified it was safe and driveable and it had 7000 dollars worth of suspension and parts and other stuff to get it driveable. They used a castle nut to supposedly fix the sway bars but it was the wrong size and popped off in 15 minutes. After multiple calls and the runaround I finally asked them to take the jeep back and they wouldn't. So after a year of back and forth and no calls back the general manager Ignacio lied and and said he's in charge of all of AutoNations in the us and the only person in charge of him is Jeep and dodge. So any complaints about him need to go through them. This place is full of cheap greasy sales people that will screw their own mothers to catch a quick buck. Booked my service appointment via phone and explained all I needed to be done in the vehicle. Arrive at 8:15 with my 2 year old and turns out that they could do 2 out of the 3 things that I had booked and that I needed to leave my car 9 days. I clarified that the call center didn't mention that it couldn't be done, or that I needed to leave the car so many days. Because at that point, I would've prepared myself differently. Instead of trying to sort out, the service rep, with terrible attitude, explained rudely that call center is in Dallas (as if that made any difference) and they have no idea of how service works... (why then don't you train them?). Guy then jumps in the car and almost drives off until one of his colleagues shouts "his kid is still in the car!". I could've done the 1 thing that could be done, but why would I spend my money and my time to be treated like this? I rather drive all the way to Conroe where I was treated much better. read more

On the rare occasion you do get ahold of somebody, be prepared to be put on hold. Oh - and if you drop your vehicle off for service, you won't get it back for AT LEAST 2 weeks. Look at all the other one star reviews. I wish I had. I gave up after 2 weeks and got my car. They hadn't done a thing to it except lose my keys (more likely stole my keys) and let the battery die so it needed a jump start. Epic waste of my time, gas, and energy. I purchased an AutoNation Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership, which promised inspection and replacement of brakes, tires, and other key items. The car had alignment issues and vibrations on delivery, and after leaving it with service for six days, I was told nothing would be covered and brakes weren't included -- despite the Carfax stating they had been replaced. This is a clear misrepresentation of their certification and warranty, and I have had to escalate the issue to AutoNation corporate to get any resolution. Extremely Disappointed with My Jeep Wagoneer & Service Experience I purchased my Jeep Wagoneer on December 26th, excited to own a brand-new vehicle. Unfortunately, by January 15th, a warning light had already come on. I scheduled service for January 17th, only to be told they were overbooked--something completely out of my control. I was given a rental through Hertz, but the first one smelled like sour milk, and the second one had a strong musky odor. I had no real choice but to take it. The rental was only set until January 22nd, but when I tried calling that day to get an update on my car, I was met with 13 calls going straight to voicemail. Even after leaving multiple messages, I didn't get a response until 3 PM. At that point, they extended my rental to January 27th, but still, no updates on my vehicle. On January 27th, I called again--10 times between 11 AM and 5:30 PM--only to once again reach voicemail or be told my service advisor wasn't available. My rental was about to expire, and I had no idea what was going on with my car. When I finally reached someone, they extended the rental to the 31st but closed my service ticket without even notifying me! By January 29th, after repeated calls, I finally got someone to answer right away--only to find out my car was supposedly ready for pickup. I took time off work, drove to AutoNation Spring, and was relieved to finally get my Jeep back. But when my service advisor drove it up, he immediately noticed a new issue: an SOS locker warning on the screen--something that was not there before. My car originally went in for a purge valve module, and now it has a completely different problem. Now I'm stuck leaving my brand-new car again while they figure this out. The lack of communication, constant runaround, and complete disorganization at this service center are beyond frustrating. I've spent more time driving the rental than my own new car! read more

Never take your vehicle here. Terribly ran place. No one answers the phone. If you leave a message no I will call you back. It took me weeks to even get in for an appointment to then have my car sit for days without anyone looking at it. I had to call to ask about it then after 5 days of not having a vehicle they finally approved the warranty repair and a renal. I was told they will approve a rental for 8 days per their policy but they would extend it if my car was not ready in time. Do not trust anything they tell you. I was still charged for the extra days then when I asked I was told he "misspoke and it was not approved". What a joke. Typical shady dealership. I had to take my car back 3 times before it was fixed. After the second time we asked to go for a test drive to make sure the alignment was correct and the tech drove versus letting us test drive. When I drove off the lot my alignment was so bad I almost wrecked because it was pulling so hard to the left. My car should have NEVER been let off the lot in this condition. We tried to take it back the same day and were told they needed order a different part which would take a few days to come in. They wouldn't approve another rental so I had to deal with it or be carless until the part came in. I dropped it off a few days later when the part came in and a different tech worked on it. Turns out we didn't need the part to begin with. The original tech had no idea what he was doing and should never have worked on my car in the first place. I never received any of the final paperwork of the work they did. I asked multiple times for the shop manager to call me and he never did. This use to be a well ran shop but it has gone so downhill I will NEVER bring my vehicle back. read more

The service department here is atrocious. I have been asked after service has been completed if they can count on a positive review from me. I have even been offered a bribe for said positive review. And the truth is, I have never been satisfied. My 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid is constantly in the shop. 2 - 4 times a year since 2023. EACH and EVERY service stay has taken a minimum of ONE MONTH. There have been times where the initiation of diagnostics has taken so long, that the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT INDICATOR has cleared and they were unable to diagnose the issue. Leaving a voicemail is useless as return calls are non-existent. I have even escalated this with their general manager. No sympathy from anyone. I should have honestly left this review sooner. I have paperwork & pictures to back my claims up. I will NEVER use their service department again. And would not trust the purchase of a new car from them either. I should've looked at these reviews before I did business with this dealership service department. They kept my truck for over five months and I ended up paying them almost $12,000 for a new motor. A week after I get my truck back it breaks down again. They've taken another week to fix it and then it breaks down within another week. Now they're telling me it's $3500 to change another part. Keep in mind during this process we bought another vehicle from the same dealership. Oh, and don't bother contacting Jeep customer care because they will not help you out at all as well with any financial situations. My truck only had 160,000 miles on this engine that went down. On Friday 12/13/24 I called the main number to speak with someone in sale regarding a vehicle I found on cars.com. Rai Delgado answered the call. After explaining my credit score, discussing my trade in, 2022 Toyota Highlander XSE, Rai verified the Jeep was still for sale. At 4:00pm I arrived with my trade to work out a deal. Once I arrived, I was very clear about what I wanted my payment to be, and I was very clear what I expected for my trade. I did not want to do any back and forth for hours on end. But that is exactly what we did. Finally, at 6:30 they came back to me with the numbers I originally asked for. It was a complete waste of my time and my partner's time who joined me. The Jeep was a demo and had nearly 6500 miles on it. But it was being sold to me new. When we mentioned the miles, we were laughed at by a guy named Arron, i believe, who came over to help Rai close the deal. Finally, we make it to closing and Jerry Delgado is handling our paperwork. We clearly state we only want Gap Insurance. Nothing else. The reason we don't get an extended warranty or any bells and whistles is because my partner and I only keep our vehicles for two years max before moving into a new car. Jerry heard us and agreed only Gap. Jerry had me sign everything on a blank tablet and after he said he would email me a copy. When I got the copy, I noticed there was a dent protection: $699 added, and a Mopar vehicle protection plan: $500. I wanted neither of these. I have emailed Jerry but not heard back. On the day I bought my car it was rainy and cold. It wasn't until the next when I was washing it, that I noticed paint dings, chips on the bumper, scratches all on the interior, the mud guard was falling off and there were decal stickers on the windshield. Immediately I text Rai and Jerry the photos of the damage. On 12/15 I drove back to your dealership and Rai took my Jeep to attempt to get it repaired. It did not help. It was a quick pen paint touch up. The gashes from the heaavy paint scratches were still visible. I explained that I needed to be contacted with a solution. If I purchase a new car from you, it should look new. Two days go by and nothing. I finally decided to call back. I spoke with someone in service. They agreed to take the car and have it repaired and issue a rental. On 12/20/24 @ 9am I brought the car in for repairs. I was given a lift to hertz and issued rental. I am still driving the rental. It is a Chevy Trax which is not even comparable in size to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called today 12/30/24 to get an update but they did not have any news for me. So even though I bought a new Jeep, I have been driving this $18k car that I don't feel safe in. I am disheartened by this experience and I doubt we will be buying cars from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring in our car buying future. read more

On October 3rd I was discriminated against from this business based on National Origin because of a marker on my drivers license so I refuse to spend my money here. Let me explain We called inquiring about a vehicle online and went in to test drive it. We were initially greeted very nicely by Whitney. We weren't impressed by our original choice but found a perfect match in a brand new Jeep Wagoneer. We decided on it and my husband and I had his 2016 Lifted 2500 Dodge Ram to trade in and another older Nissan Maxima well. We had conversations about DTI and decided that we would put this particular $80k purchase under my credit. We already had a Truck under his that we purchased earlier this year and like any other responsible married couple we alternate purchases as to maintain our high credit scores. Our sales associate was also part of our conversation and she understood why we were only putting it under my name only. We left to pick up our trade in vehicles and titles and stated we would be back in about an hour or so (we live in Cypress). Our sales associate took a copy of my drivers license earlier and stated that she would start on the paperwork. My husband made it back first and they took his truck to the shop for inspection and trade in quote. I took a little longer because I couldn't locate the title. My husband called me to tell me the trade in price and had me on speakerphone. This is when Whitney said she was going to have to put it under both names. We said no, we want it only in my name. (shouldn't we be the ones to decide who's credit gets used?) She made a comment that since I had a "Limited Term" drivers license that I wouldn't be able to buy it on my own. Guys, I have been at my job for a decade, wouldn't inquire about an $80k vehicle if I couldn't afford it so obviously I had the income and my credit score is great. She said they really can't do business just with "limited term" drivers license recipients and my husband would have to be on it. My drivers license is not expired, or suspended or anything else. I have purchased brand new vehicles on my own before at Northwest Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and Baker Nissan as well other reputable dealerships without the discrimination based on National Origin due to a marker on my drivers license. I've used Chrysler capital as my creditor too so I know it's not a creditor policy. I know the rules on fair lending laws and regulations set by the government so this must be an in-house preference only. I have multiple bank accounts, savings accounts, with multiple banks (Chase, Bank of America, cy fair credit Union) multiple credit cards and multiple vehicles purchased. No issues, but I am only assuming Autonation has its own rules. We told her we were no longer interested and would take our business somewhere else and to please return my husbands truck and keys. She did say "Wait let me go speak with a supervisor and see what we can do" Honestly at this point we were disgusted and in my professional opinion she could have tried to speak to a supervisor from the first time she took my drivers license and looked at it and not 3 hours later of waisted time or at least prior to making that comment. Again being discriminated against from this business based on National Origin because of a marker on my drivers license is the only reason they get a bad rating, up until they found out I wasn't a US citizen they provided great service. It is not the sales associates fault, she's just following rules. I feel this business needs major training on equality. America is a mixing pot. read more

Brought our truck here for two safety recalls that needed attention, despite the recall specific appointment being made two weeks ahead of time, they did not have the parts on hand, which means more time off work to take it back once they order them. But the real issue is that while they had the truck on their property, the front end was damaged. When we went to review the dash cam footage, they had taken the SD card out and erased almost every video from the time it was there. The person who accessed our personal property without permission to cover their tracks, left a dirty glove print on the windshield while doing it. When we asked Autonation about the incident they claimed the damage must have been there when we brought it in, but were unwilling to share the video they took when they checked it in to prove it. read more

When I dropped my car off, Asst Mgr Nathan advised the tech who was supposed to work on my car called out. Then after a LACK of setting correct turnaround expectation, follow up, AND service...I go to pick up my car A WHOLE WEEK LATER and now there are more lights on my dash than before. 1 star review because they did let me know my vehicle was checked in for service. Other than that no contact what so ever. When I call my service advisor, the phone just keeps ringing even at the shop/dealership no one answers the phone. It has been 13 days so far and I don't know if my car has been looked at or just sitting there in their shop. I would highly recommend contacting Michael Clinkscales specifically if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. He is professional, friendly and goes above and beyond at every step of the process. No weird sales tactics or pressure involved. He helped me lock down a vehicle that had just come in on trade and let me test drive a similar model ahead of placing my deposit, kept me informed every step of the way and fought for my requests regarding some minor cosmetic fixes on the vehicle. read more

Update... we are now on day 21. Still no try update on what's wrong with my vehicle. Everything I expressed over the phone with service rep when I got the vehicle towed there except for one thing was totally overlooked or simply not noted as an issue. I called and expressed everything from the fact that I had a warranty that caused me to use them since they were slightly outside the general radius of the tie back clause the warranty has. Also expressed that my vehicle didn't pass an inspection due to "low voltage" as well as the check engine light being on. The only thing they noted was the tie rods in which we were told by a smaller shop that they didn't want to perform an alignment due to them looking in bad shape. I just don't understand why no updates are given. Not one call back over the phone. The last thing I received was a text because my wife called while I was at work and that's when my wife found out that none of these things were noted. This is ridiculous to be honest. And what is with having to call your service number 15x's in a row to get someone to answer???! A whole call center available to schedule the service call but not a soul to pick up the phone for customer service updates is diabolical. Someone answered my call and said our guy is on lunch and that was at 1 pm. Surely the breaks aren't 1 1/2hrs.... 21 days yall! With no response no updates! This is unbelievable read more

They worked with me even though the coupon I had was for my other car, not the one I brought in. The customer service was exceptional, they even helped with something that wasn't on the list of things I needed done at no extra charge (love an establishment that doesn't nickel and dime). I actually enjoyed waiting around at a car dealership - that alone is impressive! For the amount of things they needed to do, I was in and out rather quickly. The coffee was delish, the seating was nice & clean, and there were plenty of tables & counters with charging ports to work! Cannot thank the group of gentlemen in the service department enough, and Chase was wonderful! Great job, AutoNation CDJR! We've bought 3 vehicles here and will continue coming back, and will def recommend everyone we know to do the same! read more

If I could give this dealership less than one star, I would. They need to be reported to the BBB for their poor service and business practices. They have owed me money for my clean title trade in for 27 days and counting. When I went to the dealership to inquire about my payment, management was condescending, bullying and unprofessional. Laughed in my face and blamed it on the post office. One of their staff walked over and raised her voice in a reprimanding tone towards me. Simply disgusting. Stay away from this dealership. They simply do not care about their customers, and they will leave you high and dry. BUYER BEWARE !! After posting before. I noticed that my tires had never been rotated......19 in vogues....1500 dollars can anybody say last straw finally got in touch with corporate refunding all packages on both cars over 8k . I'd rather buy an extended warranty from cadillac. They wash the car, most importantly do the service that you pay for, turn off the oil light, rotate the tires, vacuum and they got warm cookies......you get your car back in a reasonable time and did i mention the warm cookies...... This review is for the Service Dept. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early but was told I would need to wait for 3 hours for my oil change. I was encouraged to leave and come back on another day/time. I was also told that the appointments online did not work properly and a phone in appointment did not guarantee that my car would be serviced, only that a service advisor would write the ticket. Actual service was first come first serve. Also, the Jeep Wave and VIP service did nothing to help getting the oil changed and tires rotated. Also, told that if I needed a loaner car one might be available in January. If you have another ride and can leave your vehicle this location may be acceptable, but if you wish to wait on-site the time required for a simple service was unacceptable. read more
