My experience with purchasing my vehicle from Carvana was an absolute disappointment and a nightmare. To start off out of all 3 deliveries every single one was late on arrival, but no big deal about that. The first vehicle I purchased that arrived had been in a hail damage storm they didn't fix it, but had the balls to tell me to file an insurance claim on my insurance to fix it, because SilverRock the warranty company has the right to deny a claim as they see fit. The back up camera didn't work and had a rock chip in the windshield and the radio didn't work. So I rejected that vehicle, waited a week for another one(replacement)to be delivered. The second vehicle that arrived, it also had hail damage that was kinda sorta fixed with a horrible paint job with no clear coat added on the paint, the back up camera on it didn't work. The tires on the car was so bad you could see in between the thread on the tires, all of the tires. that car was very unsafe to be driven and the delivery guy agreed with me about this. I'm like at this point someone needs to be held accountable for this stuff, but I get told well its partner cars so we don't know what they look like. That's not good enough, Carvana is allowing this to happen on your website but you take the heat and mess out on a sale because of stuff you allow your partners to get away with. So once again I rejected that vehicle. another week pass by the 3rd vehicle is delivered to me, this one was finally good enough to accept. After driving about 15 miles the brakes are grinding Firestone said the brakes and rotors need to be replaced. SilverRock declined this repair. I understand these are used cars but come on hail damaged on 2 not fixed, backup cameras on 2 not working, radio on one not working. Out of my 7 days of having my last acceptable vehicle it was at the shop 3 of those days and now has to go back again to the shop again. But this time my 7 day period has ended. Soooo, I guess now I'm kinda stuck. Well I will say this again I do understand it's used cars, but we are far from desperate people/customers. Can't just give us anything and expect us to take it. Another issue I had the vehicle I did accept, when I agreed to purchase that vehicle I purchased that vehicle with chrome wheels tell me why when it arrived the wheels are not chrome but black? I called Carvana and was told, we trying to put accurate pictures up of the vehicle but sometimes it's out of our control. What kinda bull is that? All In all, I will say if I wanted roadside car lot mom and pop services I would have went to one of those types of lot and got that service. These are peoples investments and something me myself would/should be proud of and spending my hard earned money for. people should leave the Carvana tags on so people can see where the purchase came from when it's on side of the road. #theresanotherCarvanacaronsideoftheroad. #notgoingthere read more

it was so very easy selling my vehicle to Caravana, they offered me a very generous amount for my vehicle; way more than any of the other competitors and doubled what the dealership would have offered me (although I had purchased about 10 brand new vehicles from the dealership in the past). Caravana communicated with me every day for three days and then they approved my vehicle for purchasing and they told me what documents to bring, they gave me an option whether I wanted my vehicle to be picked up or me driving it to the office, the information also included how much money I will received by check or direct deposit (my preference) and the day before my appointment I received a text message reminding me of my appointment and the morning of my appointment I received another happy reminder from them. when I arrived at the site to sell my vehicle it took me about 15 minutes altogether to have my vehicle checked out and signed the paperwork; and at the last page was my check, which was a very pleasant surprise, my check for the exact amount as promised. The very pleasant and courteous young man inspected my vehicle, had my signed my paperwork, took my Ez-tag off my vehicle, took my license plates off and gave them to me, shook my hands and I was driving away from the parking lot at the exact time my appointment was scheduled. My husband was very surprised and pleased. I have sold many vehicles to the so called competitors in the past and had to sit around and wait for hours. And by the way, with Carvana my funds were available the next morning. what an awesome company to do business with. I told all my friends about my wonderful experience. And if I ever plan on buying a used car, I will definitely be shopping at Carvana. Thank you Carvana. read more

I sold my Chrysler 2015 C with 86356 miles to Carvana Spring TX for a fair Price I had went to Car MAX just down the street and was lied too and tried and they tried to swindle me BIG time. The experience went smooth with no hassle or pressure. I would recommend them to anyone to buy or sell a car. while waiting to see the joy of other customers that were waiting on their car to come down the vending machine was a great experience. After leaving with our check I recalled that I had left a envelope in the car, I had to drive across town hoping that I would get their before closing time. We did get their just has one of the salesmen were driving off yet he stopped, we explained that we had left something in the car, he said that he had personally looked inside the car but if I was sure he would allow me to look. The repair man was working on a item and it would be about 20 min. or so before he could bring the car around, when he did we all looked and didn't see it at first then I thought to look inside the door jam there it was the envelope which included a cashier's ck. so thankful for their kindness. I spent three weeks trying to sell my 2010 Honda Accord online. Nextdoor, Facebook marketplace, Offerup, I listed it everywhere. I got a bunch of messages from scammers and lowballers, but no competitive offers close to what I was hoping to sell it for. Then I listed in on Carvana. It was so easy. I typed in the information, added some pictures, and they gave me a quote. Their quote was higher than anything I'd received in the last few weeks by a decent amount. I accepted the quote in the app. The next day, we scheduled a time for somebody to come by and pick up the car. He showed up on time, looked at the car for about 30 seconds, and then asked me to sign some papers. I love my "new" car! It was in perfect shape (minus 3 unnoticeable booboos), delivered clean and only had 27,000 miles on her. So, I get to drive her forever, I hope. I traded in my old 2009 Nissan Murano SL for a beautiful 2017 Nissan Murano SL. I could not be happier or more satisfied. The process was extremely easy. Carvana guided me through the entire process, and I knew what to expect all along the buying and delivery of my Murano. The ONLY regret I have is that the coin machine was not operating, so I was unable to use the machine to bring my car down. I only got to watch an employee operate the machine. I traded and purchased in the same transaction with Carvana. The experience was seamless. They were in constant communication with me throughout and answered every question I had. It was a completely different experience from any other auto purchase I have made, but it was hassle/haggle free, and I didn't have to continuously go up to a dealership like traditionally. More than any other dealer in person. only thing got me a little frustrated was the fact that they do not accept down payment coming from two different accounts and normally all companies accept two methods of payments "assuming you have the money in your account" which I did. But I had to wait 3 days for money to be transferred from one account to the other to do the down payment and that potentially could result in me losing the vehicle I wanted because until you make the down payment the car could be sold. read more

Everything went very smoothly, the offered a great price for my trade in and picked it up with no issues when dropping off my new car. I had to reschedule the delivery date of the new car 2 times totaling 2 week delay from my initial purchase date. They were very accommodating and rescheduled with no issues. The driver was very clear in communicating and even though she was running about an hour behind schedule called me before 10am to inform me of it so I could make plans. They gave me an upfront price, no hassle no haggle, and after a 20 minute Zoom call where we walked around the vehicle, they came and towed it away. The money was in my account the next day.
