If you drive a Toyota, I highly recommend this service department. It's cheaper for me to get an oil change and tire rotation at this dealership than just about all of the major oil change places and what's great is they use Toyota parts and update everything to Carfax. I typically show up with no appointment and I'm in and out in about an hour or so. Obviously, if you show up at peak time, or on a Saturday, it can take longer. There's a Taco Cabana within walking distance, so I typically walk over there, have a few margaritas, walk back and I'm out the door. If that isn't your thing, they have several nice, large waiting areas with complimentary fountain drinks and coffee. The customer service is just outstanding! I've been coming here for several years and have never had a negative experience. Every service representative that I've delt with has been a pleasure and on many occasions, have surprised me with a coupon or discount that I wasn't expecting. I also had to get out of my car to ask was this first come first serve, because why make appointments when you are going to take everyone. Over the course of my experience with him, he treated me less like a customer and more like a scam artist and completely soured my relationship with this dealership. I was willing to purchase the vehicle without a test drive and trust this business because I was impressed with how thoroughly serviced the vehicle appeared on the CarFax and how highly rated this place appeared. While I suspect Mr. Rivera is a lovely man and sales representative in person, he does not seem fit to handle online sales. He was extremely unhelpful and made me bend over backwards to prove myself committed to this transaction. I understand the trouble outside financers can cause and that there are bad actors out there issuing bad checks, but I would not have wasted my time with a dealership in another city around the holidays buying a used vehicle that I hadn't even seen in person if this was not a car I had been truly committed to purchasing. I spent days just asking for him to cooperate by accepting my down payment, my credit union's approval notice, the agreement to pay, the tracking number for the check, and the instructions for how to finish the title application as proof that my credit union does not need the title before the check is cashed, only to be told that he will not take my money until he gets the check in hand from my credit union. It took my bank calling him directly to take the down payment, yet all I heard back from him in the time since was that he was still waiting on the tracking number, which had been emailed to him. However, today I was told by a salesman that I cannot get the second key that was supposed to be given to me when I bought the car over a year ago, He was actually arguing with me!! They wanted to sell her a new $263.00 tire. She declined and took the vehicle to Discount Tire, where the tire was patched at no cost. Fred Haas sold me a 50k Dodge Challenger Hellcat with odometer fraud. Purchased a Challenger Hellcat from Fred Haas on Sept 1 for around 50k. Two months later, while attempting to trade the car in at another dealership, I was told that the miles on my Hellcat odometer did not match the miles on the car's vehicle history reports. They also told me that the title to my Hellcat should be listed as "Not Actual Miles" rather than the "Actual Miles" title sold to me by Fred Haas. The dealership was not able to accept my car on trade since it appeared to have odometer/title fraud issues. Completed my own research and found that the vehicle history reports were correct and the car had significantly higher miles than what the odometer was showing. Reported the issue to Fred Haas. During many recorded phone calls, GM Nate Murphy told me they knew about the discrepancy between the car history reports and the mileage showing on the odometer before they sold it to me, but they felt the car was "in excellent shape and reflected the lower miles shown on the odometer rather than the higher miles shown on the history reports." On the same recorded phone call Mr Murphy said that he, "trusted his used car manager more than he does some 15 dollar-per-hour worker at those reporting agencies." Mr Murphy expressed to me that they did not feel that they should have informed me of the issue before I bought the car and were not concerned that they had included the incorrect mileage on the Odometer Verification sheet in our sales contract. They offered to let me trade the car in on another vehicle but would only give me trade-in value for my car. The car is now worth not even remotely close to what I paid for it just two months ago and I am out a significant amount of money because of this odometer issue that was not disclosed to me. Not to mention I have a potential odometer fraud vehicle on my hands so most dealers I've spoken with won't even take the car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! read more

I had a horrible experience with one sales guy who I feel was persistent on over promises he couldn't keep. Originally selling me a car but stating it wouldn't get here in a week which I did agree to, later it turned into two weeks and then possible the latest 3. I gave them 24hrs to respond which they did not to a question regarding tracking/an estimate date of arrival after speaking with a manager he informed it it could possibly be 3 weeks. Due to the inconvenience yes the sales guy did lower the price which I appreciated because it was unacceptable so I give him points for fixing it. I had another dealership try to sell me a car and when I rejected as I placed a deposit already on the previous car, they explained they could see that they had the exact car I was looking for on this dealership. I did not believe them but I called and spoke with someone else before I spoke with my sales person. The other employee confirms they have the car and it's available. I'm upset and they transfer me over to my sales guy and he accuses the other dealership of lying and he begins to say he'll need confirm since I mentioned his coworker said the car is available. He said the car had just came in that day and it was originally on hold for someone which is why he wasn't aware of it BUT again the other dealership explained that the car is showing to have been on the lot for 8 days when I placed my deposit 9 days ago. I'm having a hard time believing him but continue to buy the car as I really needed it. The employee tried to say the car was worth way more than it actually was and thanks to another dealership explaining the price down to the exact number I knew he was lying AGAIN and tries to backtrack that he didn't actually know the price despite being so confident. He also promised which I have proof of the APR he would give me which the finance man explained he couldn't do due to changes in the market and what the banks provide and that the employee shouldn't have promised anything.
