Drove to work, put in my 10 hour shift and drove home, still check engine. I dropped my car off at Firehawk Automotive. They said the would take a look at it to make sure nothing was damaged. Turns out there was snow blocking up the sensor, once it thawed, sensor was fine. No charge, absolutely amazing! Tow truck was expensive (another company), but I was grateful it was available and arrived quickly. Firehawk got me in quickly and gave me the assurance my car was fine (very important with a new baby!) and no charge! I am extremely thankful for them. I think I found a new auto repair place! They obviously put other vehicles ahead of mine. Which rubbed me the wrong way. But I tried to be patient. We agreed on an oil change, tune up, brakes, strut and tires for 2 grand. They charged me 2500$ and didn't even do the tires or oil. I immediately took it for a second opinion and the new mechanic told me the vehicle's engine was shot. I am so upset that I paid thousands of dollars to fix a van that wasn't worth fixing in the first place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!

Talked with Josh at drop off about it and was told, well if anything else happens why your car is here we didn't do a diagnostic so it's not looked at. (Sounds fishy) Get in my car after the repairs and now suddenly the power steering pump is whining like it's being deprived of power steering fluid. Now Brady says "well, you didn't want to pay for the diagnosis. So we can't tell you what's wrong." It was NOT having any issues with my power steering BEFORE I took it in and now suddenly overnight the pump went out when it was perfectly fine yesterday and the belt was replaced a month ago. Make it make sense. I feel like they pinched a line or did something to sabotage my power steering to get more money from me. I decided to take my car home anyways but the whole way it was SCREAMING!! I will be getting a second opinion about this!! Let me also be perfectly clear!! There were NO issues with my power steering BEFORE I took my car in. I've had it looked at 2 times in AZ and once here in Cleveland by Toyota only a month ago when they replaced the belt for the power steering. The rack and pinion needed replaced before the boots were torn and you can't just replace the boots.

This was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I've had…read more I was actively working a deal on a Chevy Equinox EV from out of state and made it very clear I was serious -- we discussed out-the-door pricing, confirmed details like the charger and paperwork, and I was literally preparing to drive 7 hours early the next morning with my dad to complete the purchase. At no point was I told there was another buyer actively purchasing the vehicle. Instead, I was led to believe the car was available and that we were moving forward. Then, right after confirming final details, I was suddenly told the vehicle was "in the process of selling." I completely understand first-come, first-served -- that's not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. If another buyer was ahead of me, that should have been clearly communicated so I could have made an informed decision (like putting down a deposit immediately). This isn't the first time I've had this happen during my search, but this was by far the most poorly handled. If you're an out-of-state buyer, be very cautious. Don't make plans or assume anything is yours unless you have it locked down in writing. Very disappointing experience.

I was told by the sales associate that sold me the car that the manager said since it was sold as is that there was nothing they could do for me, here it is 5 months later noise is still bad, rear back up camera stopped working, my a/c switches back to heat by itself ,carfax showed there was no accidents. My hood was painted and is not aligned properly, the rear end was also hit, tailgate is off, bumber and rear quarter panel has slight paint peeling and the roof has been painted found fish eye in the paint. There is no way the dealership wasn't aware it was involved in an accident. Sales person was good manager not so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a used vehicle from here and if you do look over the car very good. Today is 8/3/2025. I replied with my number and info on this as requested and still have not recieved any reply back. I took my vehicle to a shop to have it looked over and they stated that in fact this vehicle was in fact in an accident hit from the front and back hence why I'm having the issues.
