I'm impressed to see this place is still as beautiful as the day I stopped by when I saw I came back in 2017, and now as a mom who needs to work on her mobility, health and core strength meets posture, this place did not disappoint! I've met Zilla, who Ally, the owner teaches some sessions on Wednesdays and I can get my doggy cuddles while I am getting my Pilates workout on? Win win! Even better is they're close by my office, which makes it a quick walk over! Sold! And with utilizing ClassPass and being friendly and no pressure, this is my kind of place and one that I plan to return to for a local boutique studio for my wellness and fitness goals!

My sister and I did the 1-month unlimited intro package for $180 and completed 20 classes, so we…read morereally got to experience the studio! Overall, we enjoyed the pace and structure of the classes. Most sessions are a slower burn with a strong focus on legs and glutes. The 45-minute format is a great sweet spot - it feels efficient and effective. Parking is also easy, with a few spots up front and a larger lot just a short walk away. That said, there are a few areas that could improve the experience: * Modifications: Instructors do a great job offering more advanced and challenging variations for experienced clients, which we appreciated, but they don't consistently provide modifications for those on the flip side. While we've seen instructors occasionally bring over balance poles or offer tweaks, this could be done much more consistently. Some students clearly struggle with certain movements, but rarely get offered alternative options like switching to forearms or adjusting spring tension. It often feels like you're either expected to push through or figure it out yourself. Including more beginner-friendly modifications would make the classes feel more inclusive and supportive. * Form corrections: Most instructors give general cues to the room, like "keep your hips square," but there's little individual feedback. It would be helpful if instructors walked around and gave personalized adjustments (with consent), especially when someone's form is clearly off or they're unsure if they're doing something right. Small, specific corrections can make a huge difference in both results and injury prevention. * Muscle engagement and intent: One class with Minjae really stood out - she explained exactly where we should be feeling the burn (outer glutes), and offered a simple adjustment (shift hips back) if we were feeling it in the wrong place (quads). That kind of clear, technical guidance helps so much in understanding how to activate the right muscles. More of this across instructors would be incredibly valuable. * Class structure: It'd be great to have some targeted classes - not every class needs to be full-body. A few sessions focused on arms/back or core would help people build a more balanced weekly routine and keep things feeling fresh. * Stretching: The cool-down at the end of class is often rushed. Adding even just 5 minutes of guided stretching would help release tension and end class on a more intentional note. * Studio space: More mirrors would be super helpful for checking and correcting form. Right now, only a few sides of the room have mirrors, which limits visibility. All that said, we truly enjoyed our month here and felt supported and challenged throughout. The instructors bring great energy, and the studio offers a solid foundation for anyone getting into Pilates. Thank you for creating such a welcoming space - excited to see how things continue to evolve!

Great spot for a full-body workout with instructors who actually know your name and make you feel…read moreat home. The free intro class was super helpful--Girlie walked me through all four class types and gives extra attention to newcomers. Classes break down like this: 'Align' feels more yoga-based, 'Define' leans into weights, and 'Classic' mixes both. After about 10 classes, I definitely feel stronger and more toned, even going twice a week. Plus, the schedule is flexible. When I was out sick for 2 weeks , Jazmine checked in on me and even added a class credit without me asking. As someone new, it really boosted my confidence and made me feel like they genuinely care about their members. Only downside: the Classic class is so popular that (IMO) it can get a bit packed.

Spoiler alert: it absolutely humbled me--in the best way possible. The workout was fire--low-impact but insanely effective. My muscles were shaking (hello, burn!) and I was smiling the whole time. The energy in the studio is electric. Great music, great vibes, and the instructors? Absolute gems. They're uplifting, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt supported while still pushing me to dig deeper. And the staff & owner? So friendly, so welcoming. From the second I walked in, I felt like I belonged there. No awkward first-timer vibes, just good energy and a seriously good sweat. Can't wait to go back. If you're an athlete looking to switch it up or just want a killer workout that surprises you in all the right ways--go check it out. You won't regret it!

The instructor greeted me by name and asked if I had any injuries or needed any modifications, then walked me over to the equipment and explained that I needed two sets of free weights to add to the other set up equipment (a mat, a lower back mat, ball and resistance band). It was all women in the class, and I can't be sure but i get the feeling it's like 90%+ female most of the time. There's also a spin studio in the space. For barre devotees, I think it's a solid choice and very conveniently located. Also there's ample parking out front and in the parking garage just underneath. All in all, it was a good midday workout.

Add the tum tum, and you would think this is the last place I would end up. The different orthopedic doctors and Physical Therapists all basically said go to something like this and see what makes you hurt :-( . I called and talked to the business and it turns out that they have many different types of classes, including rehab and recovery. They would make adjustments for me if needed. The business was spotless and organized to a T. Then came the class. The instructor, Jennifer, was quite charming as was the staff. The attendees were all ages, shapes, sizes, and I was not the only man there. Jennifer said she could adjust the instruction if needed due to all my damage and I said no way, go full blast and if I had problems I would adjust myself. So, full of confidence, I started immediately with the class which was a "grace", or something like that, for newbies. Jennifer was enthusiastic, and kept the tempo going. I had some problems at first following the instructions as I was new to this, but with the mirrors and her assistants, I started getting the idea. Yeah! I heard "shake it off and rest" but I could never see where "rest" was in the picture. I realized that if I totally stopped I would never be able to start up again, so I did the best I could. Then I learned to hate the words "bar and barre". When you are told to grab or lean on the bar, you are really going to get it. All in all, it was wonderful. Jennifer or one of her assistants would come and help with advice, and there was only 2 moves I could not do. When we were finally finished, my muscles were shaking so bad from lack of use in the past few years, I asked my wife to drive home, much to her glee. Fast forward 1 day and I am worn out and sore, but in a good way. I am definitely more flexible, I don't have pain where I used to have pain, so this event probably saved me a lot of money to doctors and therapists as I know now where to target and to what extent I can handle and still live.
