Yesterday I took my car to wash at 3:45pm and the place supposed to close at 4pm but the took my car in without any problem. I went for a short walk while my car was ready and when I came back at 4:20 nobody was there not even my car. So I rushed into the main office and thanks God someone was there but he said I do have to come back next day for my car because the where already closed. After so many pleases because inside my car were my house keys and everything he opened the garage where my car was and gave me my car. By my surprise, the car was barely clean. Stains all over, dust and pet hair was still inside. Basically my car was almost the way I dropped off there. I can't explain how frustrated I felt. I lost my money and my time. I mean, they could told me it was too late to do the cleaning service at 3:45pm. But why they got my car and they didn't do a good job! I typically wash my own vehicle, but there are times when I simply don't have the time, so I decide to pay for a professional car wash. Unfortunately, my experiences at Autopia in Concord have been consistently disappointing. I've been to this location a handful of times over the past year, and every single visit has had some kind of issue. In the past, the windows weren't cleaned properly, the side mirrors were missed, the floorboards were still dirty and hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly, and the overall attention to detail was lacking. Today's visit was by far the worst. The interior floorboards were left covered with the wet cleaning spray they had used, the side steps on my truck were still completely soaked with water, and the front grille and hood weren't properly wiped down at all and the interior Dash and screen were left dirty and not wiped at ALL. When I politely asked one of the employees if he could wipe down the floorboards and interior mats, he simply smirked at me without even offering an apology. If this had been an isolated incident, I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review. However, this is now the fourth visit with similar quality issues, and it's clear that poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail have become the norm rather than the exception. This will be my last visit to this location. Based on my repeated experiences, I can't recommend Autopia in Concord and would encourage others to consider taking their business elsewhere if they're expecting quality service. read more

I have been to the Concord Autopia twice prior to today, and it was extremely pleased. In today's visit, my car was beautiful inside and out. However, I found my front license plate on the floorboard in the backseat. I am guessing it's possible those gigantic rotating brushes in the car wash may have jiggled the front license plate and frame off of the front of my vehicle. My bone of contention is nobody told me. They just threw it in the backseat of the car. And I didn't realize it until I got home. Might be a good idea to take a quick video of the exterior of your vehicle before you send it through their car wash and then do a quick walk around your vehicle. I came here one time before and I wasn't impressed, today I decided to give them another chance and realized that I'm not coming back here again. I was very specific and told them to make sure the console was clean since last time they failed to do so. I leave thinking it seemed fine, just to see that it was dusted off not wiped clean! WTH?! Seriously impressed!! First time coming to this place and I have to admit, I've been so neglectful of my car and its cleanliness. I have a short hair dog and he's basically shedded another dog in my car... whoops. I showed up saying to do their best, thinking they probably won't be able to get a lot of the hair out. I was wrong. WOW! I am so impressed cause they were able to get probably 97% of it out... basically looks like a new car! I'm so happy how it turned out. I decided to purchase the monthly car wash thinking it's the best deal as I hate a dirty car inside and out. They withdrawal the money every month on time. In the beginning they did a great job but now they are slacking. They do a good job on the outside but the inside is a different story. I don't understand how difficult is it to wipe down, vacuum and clean windows. Evertime I leave there I always have to inspect and show them what was missed so they can redo it. Never again. I usually go to the place up the street which is a little bit smaller and can take up to an hour. But they were pretty busy so I decided to try Autopia. The prices are way more expensive. $40 for a basic car wash that you can get from the gas station for $10. If you want them to do anything to the interior like clean the dashboard and steering wheel, that's an additional 60 bucks. If you want carpets and seats, another 70 bucks on top of that. I only got the exterior car washed. It took about 15 to 20 minutes and it was still dirty afterwards. Next time I'll wait a little bit longer and go up the street and pay $60 for interior AND exterior. read more

I haven't been here for years because their prices are much higher than my go to place Super Station in Concord/Pleasant Hill. Super Station highest level of standard service is $37. Autopia "Starts at $37. I went to Autopia because my van was looking shabby and I was running errands in that area. I pulled up, no line, I was given their card for offerings and the lowest started at $37. I was already committed and pressed for time so I said what the hell. I picked their lowest level of service and went in to pay at the customer service register. My surprise I had a $5 up charge for being a van. Super Station is only $1. Now $42 later I waited for my van to be completed They do things differently here. Instead of vacuuming 1st and sending the car/van through the wash, they just send it, afterwards their crew starts detailing the vehicle. I arrived to the Most detailed vehicle. Outside dried to no spots or dripping aftermath water. Windows and side mirrors dried, interior was vacuumed to perfection, because this is a mini van they even lifted out the third row seats and vacuumed in the holding well. Autopia and "Jose" left me no choice but to inform others of the risks involved with this place. I have used this place for several years performing an ultimate car wash on my vehicles. On Memorial Day weekend I decided to request a wax job for the first time ever which appeared to go well until I picked up the truck. Autopia Car Wash in Concord damaged my truck during a wax job. The damage was to a plastic cover on the step side. I called this damage out and the person in charge "Jose" acknowledged that they must have stepped on the cover causing the damage. I filled out the claim form and was told I would be called in 24 hours. No phone call ever came, I called for follow up multiple times and they do not answer the phone as published on their website. I did my own search on the replacement part and it's $40. To sum up.. instead of just working with me to pay for a $40 part they choose to ignore. I am no longer a customer of this place. read more

A dear friend takes his brand new whip for a car wash - Concord location. It's still pristine. They take it through the machine. It comes out with a huge gouge out of the side. Paint scraped off, dented. Clearly, something in the machine scraped the car. Management denies. Steadfastly we didn't do it, it must have come in this way. IT'S OKAY.... You can get away with just their basic plan (super). I went for the top-tier plan, and I think that's where I went wrong. My car is cleaner than when I brought it in, but paying almost $70, you kind of expect more attention to detail. For example, I never received any of the services listed in their ultimate plan: * Fresh Scent (Fragrance) * Rust Guard * Ceramic Duraguard * Exterior Trim Dressing (I wish they actually did it) * Cracks and Crevices * Brake Dust Removal * Tar Removal To their defense, they do have to keep the cars moving, so they have to rush a little, but still... Oh, and probably the worst part is that you have no idea what the announcer is saying. You just wait and look to see if your car is ready while they are announcing which cars are done. I came here to get my work truck cleaned and they did an amazing job. I went with the interior package that cost $180. It took them about 2 1/2 hours (this thing was dirty!) and the truck came back 1000% better. They cleaned the entire interior, found stuff I didn't even know was under some of the seats and the seats were all cleaned nicely. The exterior was definitely could have been better, but I didn't go crazy on that and get a better package (I most likely will next time). They called me when it was ready and this was a solid experience overall. read more

This place is a scam. I paid for a mini detail $240 package and they forgot to wax and the level detail was ridiculous. The rims were not cleaned, they didn't vacuum under any mats and the interior was just wiped with the greasy detailing spray. The windows were left with water spots and streaks. The worst part of it is they kept my car for 3 hours and when I called to complain and asked for my money back their only response was to bring it back the next day. One of the first car washes I have EVER been to! I paid $90 for a "manager special" and got an incomplete job. I brought it up to the manager and he said to come back and they would fix it. Came back the next day and Francisco argued with me about the car. He tried to tell me that cheese on my dashboard wouldn't come off. I used my finger to scrap it and it came right off. I am super disappointed in the way Francisco runs this business. I asked for a manager and he said there's no one above him and he's the only one. I have been taking my 2011 Ram to the Clayton Road for many years. I still get complements on my truck. I normally go on Thursday and again on Monday with the plan I use. All the employees I have interacted with over the years have been professional and most of all pleasant and my truck looks new again.
