I looked at a number of mobile inspection companies and the reviews are horrendous and include inexperienced inspectors and useless reports. Talking with Jay, I was immediately impressed by his experience and he was able to inspect the car the next day. The inspection was thorough and identified a number of issues (e.g. necessary maintenance that had not been completed, minor body damage, error codes, etc.) that would have led to over $6k in maintenance costs for me. Jay also called me to discuss the detailed report with pictures and to share his experience and impressions. Overall, highly recommend this company for any pre-purchase inspection to avoid surprises.

Worse, their inspection completely missed visible exterior damage to the passenger-side mirror housing, damage that a BMW dealership later confirmed was preexisting and caused the turn signal not to work. Their follow-up was dismissive, and they refused to issue a refund. I DO NOT recommend Lemon Protector and would caution anyone considering them. This experience was both costly and frustrating.

Due to my work schedule, everything was handled over the phone with the manager, who recommended what turned out to be the worst tires I've ever had. Just five days later, one of them had an issue. Of course, I was immediately told it was a "nail in the sidewall" and because I supposedly declined the protection coverage, I would have to buy another tire. The problem is that the coverage was NEVER offered to me in the first place. The same manager I originally dealt with then accused me of lying about not being offered the warranty and only offered me a replacement tire "at cost." While waiting in the lobby, employees were loudly having personal conversations, including crying, hugging someone in the waiting area, and using profanity while talking about being "pissed the fuck off" at a utility company call. Completely unprofessional atmosphere. I eventually contacted corporate directly. To their credit, they apologized, allowed me to purchase the warranty afterward, and helped partially resolve the issue. But honestly, after being a loyal customer for over 10 years, this entire experience was incredibly disappointing. This used to be a place that genuinely cared about customers. Sadly, I can no longer recommend it, and I will not be returning.

They should have rotated and balanced with one new tire. Alignment was not necessary which you could tell by the even tread wear. This wound up costing me $300 more than it should have. They may have made more money off me today but they lost my business forever. Don't believe them when they tell you things. Ask to inspect it. Better yet. Look for a more reputable place.
