This dealer is the worst. I bought a car from them and was told I could have it shipped to CO. Well that fell through once the Iran war took hold and gas went up. I said ok I'll come get it. I flew to Vegas and was picked up by the sales person to go to the car so I could start my drive back. I was told all the fluids had been basically double and triple checked. Upon my departure from Vegas I recognized that the tires were getting close to needing to be replaced... then I checked the oil life on the dash and noticed it said 80% life. Two red flags. Once I got on the interstate and pushed the speeds above 60 I could instantly notice a very aggressive vibration shaking the whole car.... I had to drive through a snow storm and when ice stared building up around the windshield I went to clear it off with the windshield wipers and fluid...... no fluid....... I made it home fortunately without any major issues. When I finally got the car on a lift and pulled the drain plug for the oil...... yea.... It was blacker than the darkest night. This shop is an absolute scam and should not be allowed to operate. I brought my car in with a clear, documented issue and provided my own diagnostic results from the very beginning. Instead of fixing the actual problem, they ignored the diagnosis, kept the car for months, and performed work that was never needed, never properly explained, and never authorized. From day one, they reviewed the issue and quoted one price. After weeks of no communication whatsoever, we were forced to show up in person just to get answers. Suddenly, the story changed--now it was "only an estimate"--and they hit us with a ridiculous, inflated bill that was never disclosed upfront. We even sat down with the owner and went over exactly what was supposed to be done, so there is zero excuse for what happened next. Two weeks later, they called and said the car was ready. It wasn't. The original problem was still NOT FIXED. One of the employees had the nerve to say the car was "still drivable" while warning lights were on, as if that's acceptable or safe. Then they tried to charge even more money to fix the problem they failed to repair in the first place. To make it worse, one of the men we previously met with refused to come out and face us. This place is dishonest, incompetent, and completely unprofessional. They ignore clear diagnostics, overcharge without warning, waste your time, and return your car in worse condition than when it arrived. Do not bring your car here. I purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 from RevEuro in good faith and have been extremely disappointed with my experience. The sales representative, Zeb, was highly unprofessional and repeatedly discussed inappropriate topics, including pornography and adult film actors, during the sales process. Within the first week of purchase, the check engine light came on. I returned the vehicle and was told they had forgotten to perform an oil change. I was assured the issue had been corrected. Within two weeks, the check engine light returned. When I brought the vehicle back, I was told this was common with used vehicles and was advised to purchase motor oil and add it whenever warning lights appeared. I questioned whether this was an appropriate solution to an engine problem. The warning lights continued, and after repeatedly contacting the dealership and service department, I was informed six to seven months later that the vehicle had significant engine issues. Two independent repair facilities confirmed serious damage to cylinders three and four. I immediately notified Reveuro but was told there was nothing they could do because the vehicle had been sold "as is." Another sales representative, David, encouraged me to purchase an extended warranty. I was then advised to continue driving the vehicle until I accumulated approximately 1,000 additional miles before seeking warranty repairs. When I expressed concerns about driving a vehicle with known engine damage, I was told there were alternative ways to meet the mileage requirement, which made me uncomfortable. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership and have received little to no response. Based on my experience, I urge prospective buyers to exercise caution when purchasing from Reveuro. My vehicle developed recurring mechanical issues shortly after purchase that ultimately resulted in major engine damage. I am currently exploring my legal options regarding this matter. Did a respray in Dec 25. Acceptable on the finished product. Unsatisfied with the professionalism and the paint quality. Was promised on the quality of paint but end result is substandard paint quality. they seems to show a wide range of colour shades but actual fact is on the lower range. Some paint work are uneven. Spot some Ask to do a touch up, they merely use a brush on the unfinished work leaving the mark as it is and walk off. Warranty of paint is lesser than industry standard and not documented. verbal promised of Only 1 year. read more

These employees (including the owner) like to get into verbal arguments with clients Came in today with my husband to pick up a check for the warranty refund that was owed to him. We've been waiting on the check for about 2-3 weeks. Called the dealer BEFORE heading out to let them know of our ETA. We get there and it's been almost an hour we are still waiting. Long story short ... I ended up taking matters into my own hands by calling the warranty company myself - got them on the phone in less than 5 min. DAVID, the sales rep, closed his office door so I ask another sales rep to see if he could call DAVID back to help us (I thought he had stepped away). I also asked this other sales rep for his Boss's info after he refused to help - didn't even bother trying to get DAVID back over. The sales reps were standing in the hall where we were waiting on the phone with the warranty company... and they were talking crap about us the entire time (profanity and other disrespectful things were being discussed by the 2 sales agents) I finally had had enough and we started arguing back and forth. DAVID was standing there yelling at me, throwing out insults... in front of the Owner (Balazs). As Balazs was writing out the check, he decided to also put his 2 cents in and start yelling at me as well. I had to be the adult in all parties and ask them to stop numerous times but they just kept running their mouths, yelling, insulting, cussing, etc... The reason we were upset and annoyed in the first place was because we waited nearly an hour for something I ended up having to do myself (basically doing their job for them) within 5 min. Additionally, NO ONE in that office seemed to care or even showed an ounce of customer service to try and get anything done. Any person in our situation would have been frustrated. I felt like I was back in high-school the way they forced me to bicker back and forth with them. Needless to say - my husband is glad he has no further transaction pending with this dealership and I urge anyone who is shopping for cars to look elsewhere. They are running a sh*^ show here. Not to mention the car that he bought from them was a lemon. The engine blew up after this dealership did an oil change on it 3 weeks after purchasing. Luckily, it was covered through warranty but my husband was without a car for about 3 months. I've never dealt with a business before that literally will sit there and argue, yell, cuss at clientele in a public, open lobby. Super unprofessional and I was laughing when we left because I couldn't believe it. I sent a total of over a dozen emails asking for a few additional pictures of the interior and purchase options (CC/cash, etc). Days went by so I texted the OWNER of the dealership. CRICKETS! Maybe I scared them off because I told them I sold cars for the last 10 years of my working life. But this is no way to run a dealership. Put a deposit down on a car just before close due to the 4 hour drive. Ended up being there the next morning to find the car was in extremely rough shape. Wouldn't refund the deposit despite it only being held for less then 24 hours. Save yourself some time and headache. The car was in terrible shape. Looked horrific, had the smell of oil emanating from the engine. Don't trust the salesman when he says the car is in great shape request video of imperfections if dealing with these people. They definitely take pictures to dr. up the appearance of the vehicle. I would suggest going to another dealership. If you must deal with this dealership don't deal with Jeff. Hub that I mentioned when I test drove the car, they said it was the tires and they put 3 new tires on, they didn't and the Hub, wheel alignment 1200.00.
