I brought my car here to get my lights fixed (main problem) & to get my windshield wipers fixed. when I got the call back for the quote I missed the call and had to call back. a man answered the phone I told him the reason for my call & he informed me what needs to be fixed was a combination switch at $350 I agreed to the work. When I was called back letting me know the car was ready the lady behind the counter told me great news we didn't have to fix the lights at all which really threw me cause the man MEVER ONCE told me that one of the reason I brought the car in didn't need work at all (I would've went to pick my car up & would t had agreed to get my windshield wipers fixed at that time). when I picked the car up & checked the lights the parking & garage he brights came on but not my regular lights. I showed the girl behind the counter & she told me which really threw me that those lights had a sensor and only came on at night (which I know they don't I've been driving this car for years) & if that was true then how would I be able to drive my vehicle in the rain during the day that made no sense & I kind of felt like they didn't want to be bothered to fix cause I've never heard that a light that has a switch in the vehicle only can come on during the night that made no sense to me! I'm very upset by this again had the man told me during the quote the lights didn't need to be fixed I wouldn't have gotten any work done. the lady told me that when they were in the dark garage the lights came on but that's why I'm here at your shop because there's a problem the lights she be coming on. as well the interior lights don't come on so there is an issue and I wish I never would've taken it here. just cause my family has used them I wish I didn't cause I'm very unsatisfied! please someone else let me know if lights on at 2001 mercury grand marquis have lights that only come in a night. that's crazy. Dropped my car off after getting an error code at an O'reillys and then they told me it was gonna be around 3k to get the parts and work done needed for various fixes. They charge 50% on top of each part and I asked if I could source the parts myself and they said yes but it they don't cover if anything is wrong which is fine but the demeanor towards me was rude and not very friendly when I was asking about it. I needed to pick up my car and they charged me a $150 diagnostic fee for essentially nothing and when I asked for help with what parts were needed to be replaced they said use your VIN and find them yourself and just the attitude towards me as a first time customer was very unfriendly and off putting. I went to another recommended mechanic(triple A muffler which I would highly recommend) and not only did they diagnose the car for FREE the parts and the job will be done for a third the price. I'm mainly just upset at how unprofessional they were rather than providing good customer service on top of charging a $150 fee for doing nothing. When I called back and asked why he said I wasted his time, sprinkled In with some cursing and said if I wanted my money back I had to bring the car back to get worked on after previously telling me I would get it back at all. read more

Took my 2014 truck in for a diagnosis.I was told I needed a timing chain at a cost of 1800 bucks but if they got in there and as they put it there was sludge in the engine I would need a totally new engine .I told them I would pay for the diagnostics.I took my truck to Danny's automotive for a 2 opinion and was surprised to learn it was just the water pump going bad causing the timing to be off .So 400 bucks later the truck is running better than ever.How could the diagnosis be so off other than they were trying to fleece me ?Heck I want my 125.00 back for the so called diagnostic check. read more

Took my old 96' Nissan maxima here because of a screeching sound when my car started. It's amazing how they could guess what was wrong by just listening to it. They said i needed a belt changed because they get worn and off their tracks over time.
