Owned 7 Audis starting with the first A4 in 1998. High mileage user. Current 2011 was in need of TLC. After an oil change, discussed history with Dan. Clear, direct, understandable and ready to work with me. We cleaned up the engine (something the dealers do with a can of solvent). Rough idle cleared up. How to keep it that way? Replace the factory computer settings with a "level 1" tune up. For a high mileage car, that was a new lease on life and vastly improved performance. All still within proper operating parameters. Higher performance, better gas mileage, and knowledge that the engine is running better than with the "one size fits all" factory settings. Well worth the time and effort. My next Audi will start its maintenance with Autospeed as long as I am within driving distance of the Voorhees shop! Very happy to have found a team of professionals. read more

My rear window's motor went out on me, so I called Autospeed to see if they could fix it. They took me the next day, but didn't have the part to fix it properly. They said it would be another day, or I could get it fixed that day with a cheap replacement part that would blow out in a few months. I decided to wait the extra day. I greatly appreciated their honesty, and the fact that they propped my broken window up as best as it could possibly be propped so no rain or morning dew got in the car overnight. Also, since I was a new customer, they checked the car out from top to bottom, and only reported minor issues that I already knew about (their honesty again). Very professional. I have brought my Audi S4 here twice so far and am very pleased with the service. The first time (about 3-4 months ago) I had a stage one tune flashed. This custom flash created by Autospeed instantly brought my car to life adding a significant amount of power with no hardware changes. I had such a good experience the first time I decided to bring it back for some general maintenance. I had my timing belt, water pump, thermostat, valve cover gaskets and crank seals replaced. I have driven it for a couple of days now and am extremely happy with it so far. I eventually plan to bring my car back for many more performance upgrades including K04 turbo chargers, Autospeed exhaust, and bigger intercoolers. Autospeed specializes in VW and Audi vehicles, so I entrusted them to repair leaky cylinder head seals and several other gaskets on my 93,000 mile 2004 Audi S4. These guys tear into Audi engines all the time , so I was confident they could repair this rather easy fix (for them) without worry at a reasonable cost. Because they also provide maintenance services per Audi guidelines, they noticed I needed rear disc brake pads and rotors. So, I made another appointment to have that work done as well. Both jobs were completed within the time specified, at reasonable cost, using Audi-spec parts, and I am one very happy customer. Dan, the Service Manager, was great to work with. I have nothing but great things to say about this place, I have gone to many shops for my s4 but no one has taken more care of me then these guys, they are masters in there craft and they are honest and very upfront which is super rare these days. The owner Mark is a great guy and ended up coming to the shop just to look at my car and give it a proper diagnostic, they have an amazing shop and make parts and CNC parts in house. I can go on and on about this place. This is the place to bring your car regardless of what kind of car you have, they can do anything and they will do it the proper way and again that is super rare to come by.
