The most unprofessional, mouth breather I have ever spoken to in regards to business. The "expert" I spoke to made an assumption which helped me out. It allows me to make a on the spot decision to not bring my car to their location. Which probably saved me a headache or two. The person I spoke to put off the vibe of a money peddler. I wouldn't trust sending a hot wheel toy car there. Save yourself time, money , and aggravation and just go somewhere of quality because this place definitely lacking quality. Very poor customer service. Rip off, fraudulent charges and diagnostic fee is 165 but if you chose not to get any work done then they raise the price to $300. Owner is a jerk, he hung up on me. Told me either pay the $300 or he would start charging $25 a day storage fee and I won't get my car back unless the inflated bill is paid. I'm thinking about taking him to court just for principal, plus he is robbing hard working people. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIA SHOP!! If I could give this scammer Kyle Gearheart a negative that would still be too generous. I found him on google, figured he'd do ok with just a reg service and oil change. That went ok and he then told me he also is a licensed body work tech. Fast forward a couple of months went back to him for another service and mentioned that I noticed my car was cutting back a bit. He "knows" what it is, I pay for the services but my car is still doing the same thing. Me giving him the benefit of the doubt went back for him to address this same issue again as well as do a minor repair on my bumper. He had my car for over a month, and would never contact me. I called him with the insurance company on the line at their request because I had had the rental car well passed the time of repair, when they was explaining the rental situation to him, he hung up! What kind of childish business antics are these. I called and texted several times only to be told "I'm working on it" He finally calls after I had gotten impatient and he said it was ready. This was a Friday afternoon so I told him I'd pick it up Monday. When I arrived MY CAR WAS IN SHAMBLES!! All the issue indicator lights were on on the dash and the entire bumper was ruined and in no way matched the rest of my car. I was told "oh we still need to buff that out". I waited for over almost 2 hours! I didn't see any of this immediately because before I could walk around and inspect it, he hurried out of there. He said nothing about what I was going to see or about me having to come back . I called and text and his response was I told my helper to tell you to bring it back and I'll fix that. He walked past me got in his car and left without saying anything to me. I have paid over 1200 for services that I have yet to get. I'm now stuck with taking my car ran real repair shop to correct all of his mistakes. This man should not be in business. I've learned from my mistakes and hope that others will too. read more

Our 2013 LR4 started acting up on the way between FL and SC on 95. After calling 1/2 dozen different auto repair shops that were either closed, didn't work on 'exotics', or couldn't help us until next week, we found Kyle at Autosport of Savannah. Kyle was great and really knew his way around the car. Within an hour he had replaced a spark plug and coil, filled us up with oil and had us on our way. I paid for a fender and bumper. for my bmw. he told me he had it . we agreed on a piece I paid it. I went by sev times to pick it up only to get the run around and for him to tell me we didn't agree on that! when I asked for a refund he stop replying. needless to say I had to pay for another fender. worst shop ever! I wish I could give less than one star. the only service I requested was a brake pad check and replacement if needed. a week went by and I never heard from him after numerous calls to his shop and his personal number. eventually, I got an aggressive call back where he went ballistic indicating i was harassing him. after preparing for a legal pursuit, I ended up retrieving my car before I took any documented action on a court filing. the car came back with the original error immediately blinking again- this time with an additional error. I took it to 1 other repair shop where they found Kyle put my brake pads on backwards, and tied the left one with zip ties. I had to take it to the dealership 40 minutes away for them to conduct around a 5,000 repair job on the damage he had done. I implore everybody to take their vehicle anywhere but here. it was an experience I never want to relive. read more

Okay so my review that is being featured is telling I took it to the man 3 times he just replaced my alternator so 4 times... he did not put the undercarriage back on properly and it scrubs my wheels when I turn and there are wires hanging out and the car runs worse than when I brought it to him I will never bring a vehicle to him again I ended up buying another vehicle read more

I really can't say enough good things about the guys at AutoSport. Today I was driving down Montgomery and my engine shut off, rendering my brakes completely useless. This was HORRIFYING so I pulled off and realized, hey I was across from a mechanic. Bad but good luck? I walked in and immediately Ted informed me of some potential issues. He picked up a gas can and walked across the street to my car to help me. Ted not only gave me what gas the shop had, but he drove me to get more and then proceeded to give me a vehicle diagnosis for free (I have been charged $75 for this at Savannah Auto...). The folks at AutoSport EXEMPLIFY helpfulness. I really could not believe how far they went out of their way to help me in such a stressful situation. I am a student and as someone who isn't local I have felt taken advantage of by a number of dealerships and other local mechanics. Stopped into see if they could do any work and see what's wrong with a buddy's car. It had been shaking through the steering wheel increasingly through a drive. This shop my friend loved. But Friday when she paid her bill they had added money for a part the mechanic broke. He told her that if he breaks anything fixing a car his customers know that they have to pay for it to be replaced. That is crap. I asked her what did the owner say. She said he just stood there saying nothing. That is not legal or ethical. How can you charge a person. For a part the cocky mechanic broke and think it's legal. Especially when my friend was charged almost 1300 for a radiator. How can these people live with being so wrong read more

This is the best shop I have ever used. They got my BMW that had major issues running great again in no time. They are extremely knowledgeable in all the small details. If you want your car worked on by the best, this is the place to bring it. They treat your car as if is their own and do whatever it takes to do the job correctly the first time. I highly recommend this shop, I would even travel to use this shop. These days mechanics do more harm than good, however, these guys do it right. read more
