Due to weather conditions and issues with my battery, I had to move around my appointment to get it replaced a few times, and they were very understanding. Took my car here to have my bumper repainted. When I got my car home, I noticed one of my door pillars is gouged, scratched, and dented. There is also some paint chipped at the top of the door. Looks like they locked the keys in the car and slim jimmed the door open and damaged my car in the process. I dont understand why the shop would not simply call me and ask if I had a 2nd key, instead of damaging my doors to get in the car?? We were given a quote we found to be very competitive, and a time line that they stuck to. When we went to pick up the car, some of the work they quoted us was not needed, so they didn't charge us. Excellent. It was a sunny day when I was fender bendered at a stop sign. It wiped out my trunk, rear bumper, left tail light, and goodness knows what else. The insurance company estimated damages at $1500. When Mario and his son went through the car, they found nearly $4000 in damages. Of course, the insurance company had to send out an adjuster to go through the car. This took nearly a week, Denver having been through a rare ice storm that created lots of work for the adjusters. Once the adjuster agreed to the estimate and gave Highlands the okay, we were in business. Three days later, the repairs were made and the car looked and drove fantastic. There were no signs of damage (which included the frame...yikes!). And, they thoroughly washed the exterior and detailed some of the interior. Oddly enough, somebody just hit me again. This time, from the front, wiping out my right front fender, headlight, and various other parts. I'm feeling like I should paint a target on my car. I'm about to head down to Highlands again, and I know Mario and his son will once again do a fine job at fair price. Get ready, guys. You'll be seeing my Chevy Impala tomorrow. read more

I had 2 reasons to go to Highlands Auto Body: my mechanic recommended them AND they're one of the least expensive around. I had the pleasure of working with them on multiple occasions: When my friend's car was hit by someone in a parking lot, and when my car needed a new bumper fastener part (from shoddy workmanship before I owned the car). Every time I've interacted with Gian or whoever else is working, they've always exceeded my expectations. When I took my car in (without an appointment), they immediately gave me attention. The guy essentially told me that they could order the part I need, but it would be quicker and possibly cheaper if I ordered it myself. I ordered the part myself off ebay, come back in a week, and Gian throws it on within 15 minutes. It's refreshing to find a body shop that really cares about their customers and their reputation. read more

Me and my husband took our truck to be fixed by Highland auto body for repairs! Gian gave us an estimate for damages and later when our insurance company gave us the approval for repairs we attempted to call Highland to arrange a date to get our truck fix however they never answered their telephone calls or replied back to our messages. So then, I thought "maybe they will call me back" their probably just too BUSY that's why they haven't called or returned our messages! Mind you, so 4 days goes by and still no word from them! I tried giving them the benefit of doubt but at last I thought, if they act like this already by not being professional and still haven't even began work on my truck "could u imagine the bs the would give me about not repairing my truck in a decent time frame" No way so we took our truck somewhere else! My daughter and I took her Honda Pilot in to replace two large pieces of internal trim. Mario, the owner, fixed the pieces with the day and did an excellent job. He performed some customization on the seat back and returned it to new condition. The other piece was excellent as well. His price was extremely reasonable. They are really good, friendly, prompt, and honest. We will be taking all of our body work here in the future. I had USAA insurance tow my car to Highlands Auto Body for collision repair. Mario, the owner is a nice man and his shepherd, Perro are welcoming when I arrived to see how car was coming along. These guys are hard workers, they spent hours pulling broken glass and other junk out of headlight assembly because and idiot didn't look before proceeding from a stop sign. I was impressed how soon my car was ready, especially considering Pandemic with arrival of parts. My car was torn apart and put together and beautifully painted in 4 days. A good friend of mine was looking to get her hood replaced that had some serious hail damage to it so I checked YELP and found all positive reviews for Highlands Auto Body. I called and spoke to GIAN and he qouted me $450 total to replace the hood with an after-market one and paint it to match the rest of the car. I then called 'uh oh better not get maaco' and they qouted $750 for the same job. What a ripoff. Gian did a great repair job and the car looks new again. Thanks Gian for the great work and price. I can't believe what a great experience I had with Gian at Highlands Auto Body today. I recently had eye surgery and my depth perception has been affected. I hit a sign with my 2012 Buick Enclave and it left a gaping opening in between the bumper and driver side panel. Based on the other yelp reviews, I emailed Gian last night to see if there was any way he could see my car tomorrow (and possibly fix it). He replied within 15 minutes (after I had emailed him at 9pm at night!) and told me to bring in my car any time. I got there this morning as soon as I dropped off my sons at school and he remembered me from my email and walked right over to check it out. Well, bad news. The damage would require possibly replacing my bumper, side panel and touching up the paint, which is labor intensive because it is two different colors. He said it would cost about $1,000 but told me that if I just wanted him to reattach the bumper to the side panel, he would just fix it for me, right then and there. I said, ok, how much will that cost? He said . . . wait for it . . . he would just do it for free. What?! This is crazy. I have never had anyone offer to do something so nice before, especially not in my experience with various auto repair shops. He got out his tools, started unscrewing stuff, after about 20 minutes, he had reshaped my panel, reattached the bumper and I was on my way. He refused any type of payment. I just cannot believe his kindness and I really wish I had taken a before and after picture to show what an amazing job he did. There are a few scratches on the paint where he had to use tools to reshape the panel, big deal! It looks almost as good as new. He saved me so much money and saved me from a very awkward conversation with my husband as well. What a nice guy. I would recommend this business to anyone; there are simply no words for how impressed and grateful I am to Gian. read more

We didn't even GET to visit this place. My husband bumped a stationary item & needed auto body work. Based on Yelp reviews, this is one of the two places I told him to try out. After work he called & spoke with a gentleman who seemed not the least bit interested in being helpful or having possible new business! He was supposed to send my husband a number to text pics of the damage, as of this day two days later, HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM. Suffice to say though, that same day, my husband went to the OTHER place where he was treated much better. Once I got touch up paint from the dealership, I went by the shop and he fixed my car in 20 minutes while I waited. He also buffed out other scratches as a courtesy. The repairs look awesome!
