Never again !! came in with a nail in my tire and because I didn't have an appointment they took 3 hours to get to it so I gave them another chance and [[HIGHLIGHT]]needed some front end work and 4 new tires so I came in and made an appointment a week before I was going to come in so they could order parts and offered to pay up front for the parts they said no just be here in a week first thing so they can get me in and out[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got here around 9am they never ordered the parts or the tires and didn't have me on the appointment schedule [[HIGHLIGHT]]I came in at 5:30 pm to check on it and they told me no problem by 6pm I've been waiting 1 and a half hours its now 7pm my truck is on the lift and no one has touched in an hour and no one is talking to me[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've spent a ton of money here over the last 10 years..........never again never !!!! read more

This Les Schwab store deserves 10 stars for exceptional service (and we've never been a customer)! Our daughter picked up a nail in her tire and pressure dropped to 23#. We called 2 other nearby tire stores and neither could give her an appointment until the next day. We reinflated the tire and called Castle Rock Schwab. They said to bring the car right in and they would help her. They examined the tire, found the leak, and repaired her tire in just over an hour. AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE! Now that's customer service. Every time I bring my car in something bad happens. I end up having to spend at least triple what I would've spent otherwise. But I thought I'd give them another chance since they're a reputable shop. I got an oil change yesterday and as soon as I put my car in drive there was something definitely wrong with the acceleration. One of the guys test drove my car and said everything is fine. It wasn't and they made me feel like I was paranoid and overthinking. What a great place! I do not know if all Les Schwab tire centers are this good. Every time I have come in they have been prompt, courteous and competent in their service. I wish all businesses were this good! The most recent time I was there, I was with my adult daughter (her car) that needed the winter/summer tire swap. While waiting, I talked with her about how good this place is and how quick they are. Not only are the service people in constant motion, they are helping each other out. I love this place! I take both my vehicles to Les Schwab in Castle Rock and am always pleased. Today I was greeted by a technician before even getting to the front door. He asked me what I needed help with. I dropped my car off at 12:00 and picked it up at 6:00pm. I had an oil change, tire rotation and new front brakes and pads. I paid just over $800 for everything which is a great deal on an Audi Q7. Now I am heading on a weekend trip with all 4 of my children and know my SUV will be safe and ready. Thank you!! These guys go out of their way to take care of the customer. Had a lift installed, turns out the lift kit, was not intended from my model of truck. The manufacturer of the lift neglected to mention it. So, it had to come off. Brian (manager) researched and provided many options, swapped out the wrong lift for one that works at no extra charge, He and the crew stayed late on a Friday night to get it done, then delivered the truck to me at home so I wouldn't have to run down and pick it up at 10pm. This kind of customer service is rare in this day and age. So, without hesitation I highly recommend this shop and this crew for any service you may need that they provide. I brought in my Jeep Cherokee for service this AM. Bryce met me, pleasant young man. Told him I needed an oil change, tire rotation, etc. whatever it needs. When it came time to pay, I asked him about the condition of the air filter, etc. Bryce said I needed to ask for a different level of service than I received. No one had told me this prior to now. I told him the car's at 60k miles and needs things checked. Bryce told me they don't know of any special care of the vehicles. Not their problem.... He offered to check the air filter without an extra charge, saying, "this time only". I told him I wanted the care I'd received previously that was focused on my vehicles and what they needed, not me being the expert. (IMO Les Schwab should be the experts who are fully caring for my three vehicles and their tires. Now I'm back to being a burden because I want them to support my vehicles and me.) I found Aaron, the MOD and had an almost identical response. I told Aaron the same thing, please tell me how you can best support my vehicles, thus me. I have a lot to unpack here. I have been wanting to upgrade my truck. I went in knowing what wheel I wanted, & mixed on which tire I wanted to be included with a level kit. We ordered the wheels in 20", & after educating myself (there were no qualifying questions from sales). I changed my mind to 18' for more sidewall, I do off road. 20"s would have been a rougher ride & not what I was looking for on my investment. Long story short 2.5-3 weeks rolls by & now both sets are here. I had asked for some kind of itemization emailed to me each week leading into today. I finally got the itemization and the tires are marked up +$200 from the average market cost. It's my 3rd set of these tires so I knew something was off on the price. These were slightly larger so to be sure I called around to verify they were standardly priced -$200 or less per tire pretty much everywhere in retail. When I called to ask why I already had red flags up from the lack of pricing transparency until the final hour when they were ready to schedule install. When asked about the mark up, I got a very canned speech about how they normally dont carry the product so it was a markup. This is more than a markup. +30% from the base price is predatory, like ticketmaster for example. And the non-disclosure is just a shady way to do business. Unacceptable. I would have never proceeded if they could have just provided me an itemization from day one comparing the different pricing between 2-3 different tires. I could have made a more informed decision, & I never would have wasted my time or theirs from day 1. I can find help elsewhere at your competitors, trying to corner me to the point of install isn't a sales tactic. It's a good way to lose sales and good consumers. Buyers beware, do your diligence, they dont do it for you. read more

Just one example: Trevor went above and beyond to ensure our brake job was handled under Les Schwab warranty when additional service was required in a bit of a gray area. I would not have been entirely upset if they determined the brake service was outside the warranty. But the fact that he pushed to get it covered says a lot about their integrity. These people are amazing. Les Schwab was recommended to me by a friend so I called them when I needed new snow tires. Unfortunately I also have three broken bones and was recovering from surgery. They drove to my house, got the specs on my current tires, and when the tires arrived they picked up my car and took The car do you have the new Tires put on, and then stopped to have the car cleaned which of course I paid for, and then delivered the car to my house. I had amazing service! I had a screw in my tire, and called to see if I needed an appointment. They told me to come right in, and service was on a first come, first served basis. I was greeted at the door by a service manager who opened the door for me. They took my car right away and were extremely careful with it. The waiting area is immaculate and tidy. You can watch TV or sit in a quiet area. My tire repair was completed quickly and it was FREE!!!! I couldn't believe the amazing service and the friendly and attentive employees. I've never experienced such a high quality tire shop in my life! I usually go to discount tire or Big O Tires, but they aren't even playing the same game as Les Schwab...I'm extremely impressed with how clean their showroom is and how fast these guys run out to your car to ask how they can help you. In my case I needed an alignment done on a l300 Saturn...Connor snagged the keys from me and got it done in about 15-20 minutes! These guys are serious about customer service and I would recommend them to anyone tired of the regular old tire shop where you're usually waiting for hours to have something done.
