He let me know that Victory wanted to help keep my vehicle in good condition and to stop by between oil changes if my car needed anything. They even checked my air filter and tire pressure. Went to get my oil changed today! The best service ever, they don't try to up sell or make u feel u need other products, they will recommend it instead. This place was not good at all and the service was below average. I asked the gentleman "how much for a tire rotation" you would not believe his response. He said and I quote "it's 90 degree and it's only two of us today plus I don't feel like doing any extra work" are you freaking serious. How do you tell a customer that ? He then told me I have sludge build up in my engine. I then asked him for one of treatments he said "it wouldn't do no good right now come back next week and we can do an engine flush. The funny part about it though I was the only car there. The worker was very lazy I would never go back. They can offer me a dozen free oil changes I would still decline. What makes it funny I personally know the owner and yet the employees knows I know the owner he really just didn't care. Smh horrible service. read more

Worst service ever. Quick while I was there, but they managed to spill oil all over the engine compartment and front of the car. To top all, when they inspected the serpentine belt, they didn't replace it correctly and it fell off about two miles after leaving the place. When I called to tell them, they basically told me: "tough luck". Never again. read more

Do not get any work done here. They did not tighten the oil drain plug on my outlander. When I took it back to them they tightened the drain plug and then topped off the oil with different oil than was in there from the original oil change. When I confronted the guy with this he said not to worry because it doesn't matter. I left my number for the manager to call me and of course he never did. read more

I actually really like this place. Prices are on average with everywhere else (if not slightly lower), and they are pretty quick. I actually just had an incident where whoever did my oil change didn't tight up the cap under my car enough, so I was leaking oil (not good). I went back tonight and told the guy what happened, and he not only tightened everything up, but he filled up the oil I had lost and told me to come back Friday just to make sure it all still looked good. He didn't charge me for this and I gained a ton of respect for them. read more

I went there because I got a Groupon. I did not expect the same treatment as a full price customer. However I was treated very nice only the normal amount of questions about extra items and I believe the attendant gave careful inspection to each of the items he told me. I did pay a $5 disposal fee which was stated on the Groupon. read more

I took my charger in for an oil change and was vey pleased with the level of customer service and efficiency so I made an appt to bring my daughters car in to have the brakes done. When I was a kid my dad was a mechanic and I was by his side every time he worked on my car so I know a little bit about what makes it go zoom. The owner did the brake job and I talked to him as he worked on her car. I found that he is not only a state certified mechanic with over 20 years experience he was very knowledgeable about cars. I also liked the fact that it didn't bother him to answer questions about her vehicle the entire time he was working. The best part was the price was less than the previous two quotes I received. I highly recommend this facility and feel very comfortable bring my vehicle here for service. read more
