And since our lives are sheer chaos, the thought of not having to go and wait or even drive to a tire place REALLY appealed to me. And honestly, it wasn't that much more expensive than going to one of those places. Don't get me wrong, I love my mechanic. But he is REALLY far away and all we needed was new tires. So when I heard Carl would pick up tires, come to my house and the most I had to do was hand over my credit card... sign me up!! I called him and he said he had a little later appointment, but he could make it work. We had a miscommunication about whether I had the tires or not and he came. I was blown away by the service I received today from AutoTread! I was traveling with my 7 children, and when we came out of the gas station from our potty break, we found that we had a flat tire. We were 3 hours from home and had a feeling we would be stranded for awhile. I called AutoTread, and the (super friendly) lady who answered the phone didn't think they'd be able to get anyone out to me.
