Been here a number of times, never has been impressive. Waited in line for an hour and the line I was in never moved. Guessing they were completely rebuilding the engine on the truck they were working on or maybe replacing the transmission idk. A woman in uniform who I assumed was the manager was walking around outside asking people what service they needed while vaping in front of customers. When I arrived, they told me it would be a 20 min wait for an oil change...it was closer to 45 min. Once I finally got into the stall they told me that they didn't have the filter that my car needed so it was basically just a huge waste of my time. I left and went to Jiffy Lube read more

Autumn is the manager and she puts a nice smile on but has no other customer service skills. She came to tell me it would be about 10 mins until I would be seen. The car next to me which arrived at the same time was out before I even started (and therefore the next car behind them, who had waited maybe 15 mins, was seen before me despite being assured my lane would be done first). I waited 34 mins before it was my turn. During that time I asked once for an update, but had to get out and to ask someone else (because Autumn was in the bathroom for awhile). A different person came to update me that it shouldn't be much longer. Autumn later smiled at me again and walked past me to the car behind me without updating me. I had to ask her to give me another update, and she did not apologize until I asked why it took so long (to which she THEN EXPLAINED the car in front of me was taking awhile longer than expected). She gave me a $20 discount on my $110 service, despite it being 5x the length of time she said it would be. She also still tried to upsell me on services. I will never be back here. read more

Went to get an oil change and some other car stuff done. It ended up taking a fairly long time and not everything was able to be done (due to the make/model of the car) However, Trent explained everything that they were doing as well as why they were doing it and why it was recommended. I didn't feel pressured into any unnecessary services. The business was slammed this evening (I kind of felt bad I requested soo many services) but the whole crew worked well and did not seem flustered. I like no-appointment necessary. read more

So, i wrote another review on google about my experience and i will say this, the employees were really nice to me and understanding considering my situation, I just now i have vendetta against the company and i will tell you why. I went there a few weeks back to get a quick oil change and my tires rotated. What started as a quick 15 min job turned into a much larger job because they told me that i was in need of a new battery and with COVID going on, i decided to get the new battery and other things they suggested. But something happened when installing the battery and it part that hold the battery broke. They were very nice about it, and told me that they will order me a new part and as soon as it arrives they will notify me and repair it. I was told it was be 5 days tops to receive the part. By the 6th day, i have yet to hear back from them, so i called them to see the status of the part (with COVID happening i understand if things are coming quick enough) and they seemed to have no idea what I was referring to (granted, I forgotten the Specific part that was broken) and was told that the manager will contact me later and i never heard back from them again. I ended up going to the local Toyota dealership (i own a Toyota) and they got the part next day and fixed it in 20 mins. But now I'm out over $550 because of both the things valvoline suggested I do and fixing the part they broke that I had to pay out of my own pocket on my own time. They replied to my google review and i emailed them back and haven't heard back that way either and it was a week ago. So with that, I'm never going to valvoline ever again. They are overpriced, they damaged my car and then ghosted me not only once but twice or three times. I'm just very upset by all this and I think it's BS. read more

I have been getting my oil changed at Valvoline for over 5 years now. The main reason I come here is because it's quick and easy. I usually try to come during mid-morning or mid-afternoon to avoid the lines. They are by far the quickest when it comes to oil changes. The only complaints I have against this place is the price and their slight pushiness. My car uses synthetic oil, so an oil change will cost me about 60 bucks at Valvoline. However, there is always a $10 off coupon on their website, so it costs me about $50. This is a little spendier than other places, but I think the speed and convenience makes up for it. They will always try to talk to you into services such as transmission flushes and coolant flushes. It best to consult with your owner's manual or dealership regarding these services. Overall, Valvoline is quick, convenient, but a little spendy. read more
