Well I live in the DC Metro area and needless to say car prices are high and most dealers have "added" charges that can raise the price of the car as much as a thousand dollars or more. I discovered a 300 at Frey Dodge in Lewistown Pa! 160 miles away. Amid the Covid 19 crisis I began corresponding with Roberta (Bobby) at the dealership via email. She was very responsive and accommodating, since I had "many" questions about the car along with request for photo's trying to make sure I wasn't wasting my time traveling 160 miles. The dealership was able to make me feel confident that the car was worth the trip and purchase and even negotiated on the price. So, 160 miles later, I met Bobby, who was professional, polite and friendly. I purchased the car and was done with the transaction in 30 mins. As I was walking out of the door the owner came out and thanked me for the purchase and trusting them with such a long drive. Never thought I would drive so far to purchase a car, but, I will look to Frey Motors again even if it is 160 miles away. Great Place to purchase a car.

The first was a low mileage cavalier which I drove with absolutely no mechanical issues for 6 years. The second was a GMC Sierra that looks like it came off of the showroom floor. When shopping around for a truck I should have visited him first. My mistake. Even after I looked at what he had available I continued to shop around. However, no other vehicles seemed to compare so I kept coming back to his selections. He spent way more time with me than was necessary explaining every detail about the truck I was interested in. So leaving it to the professionals. This only took them about 30 minutes and they did it in the holding bay which saved time. My car battery was just replaced couple months ago, when I started my car one morning to go to work and it was dead. I called James immediately, he took care of my problem by sending a loaner to my house and jumping and taking my vehicle back to the service dept. James kept in touch with me to advise what was going on. Then I was told it was my door handle and the part is on back order, and I was able to keep the loaner till the part is in and my Honda was fixed. In the mean time James kept in touch with me to let me know how things were progressing with the part. A few weeks later part was in and my CRV was fixed and the loaner didn't cost me a penny.
