My car has a spoiler over the rear window, and without fail, it always collects sudsy water in that spot no matter how thorough the wash and blow dry is. Young man was promptly at the machine to help since it was my first time using their kiosk. Wash was effective, but it was at the vacuums that I was treated to a super experience. Two hoses so the two of us could finish quickly. Then I spotted an air compressor hose with nozzle to blow dirt out of the small crevices. I'd recommend eye protection if you go; I wear glasses. Then we discovered damp rags provided to clean interior surfaces. We did glass with no streaks. I know we did all the work, but they provide all the tools you'll need to leave with the feel of a detailing service. I will certainly go back, probably soon.
