Hundreds less than what I was expecting to pay. Now, if you want an overpriced mechanic that takes too long and butters you up with lattes and your favorite magazine, this is NOT the place for you. If you want good people to do amazing work on your vehicle at a GREAT price, then Josh and his crew are a true godsend. Just wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I would recommend written guarantees as far as what any deposit is intended or he will use it as he sees fit while you wait. Any questions regarding finances will immediately provoke a personal or irrational response to change the subject. He has more excuses than former-employees, which is impressive as I can think of well over a dozen in the months of frustration I had my vehicle there. After the 10 months and close to $20,000 I spent between him and parts, I had to have it towed to someone that will actually work on it and knows what they are doing to put it back together. He damaged a brand new fender November 10th and will still tell you he plans to get it fixed. How nice of him to make things right at his convenience. I could write a book about how badly this experience has gone. As such, Im happy to answer any questions and share screenshots of our text exchanges because I can assure you, you will not believe this is a real business talking to a paying customer. email: masterofexcuses3@gmail Before he responds that Im the problem do this simple exercise, Google both our names and bookings/release and you'll see the truth. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle and money to someone that will appreciate it. Edit: Josh is worse at telling the truth than he is repairing vehicles. At least 75% of his "clarification" is either deliberately changed to help him look better or just more flat out lies. The truth is he only came up with the "the customer drained the oil himself and deliberately damaged the motor after being without his truck for 10 months is there anyone with a functioning brain that thinks that sounds truthful? Its all in text message and Im happy to show anyone that is willing to believe the nonsense he spews out on a daily basis, most of which directly contradicts what he said prior. Just look at any negative review and find where he takes ownership...it doesn't exist.

    as a former shop owner for years i now take my car to archers when needed my jeep quit running…read more archers came and towed it as a mechanic i told archers what part to install i no longer have access to a lift to make the repairs picked car up on friday at 11.00 had it back at 930 saturday they called and said it also needed another part which being inthe auto repair business for years is recommened i understand this for all you negative review people archers is in business for one reason to provide a life for there family and the people that work for them you have no idea the constant equipment which is constantly needed in this business to repairs cars and trucks and this never ends for those that complain go to your national chain stores get your car repaired there and see how much your a-- hurts when you leave there your the same people that go to a bar and spend 100.00 bucks and dont complain i always said my repair shop was like a garden you need to pick the weeds out i side with archers pick the weeds out of your garden you dont need this small percentage of negative people i always said you cant survive in the auto repair business if you cant fix cars or your dishonest this doe not pertain to archers dont even respond to these people there not worth the response these people complain about everything except the bar bill thanks al miller

I bring in my car and I told them dont touch my left window it's child proof no problem. also again they never said anything of paying $135 for a look or any signature. I said please call me right away I have a baby can't be without a car no problem. no call in the day and I called to follow up no one called me store closed. next day I call and Ryan answers again I said what's wrong with it etc ok I said I have to get maybe a second opinion since a lot he said no problem can come get your car after you pay $135 my guys don't work for free. I said what? you never told me $135 to just scan a look on what could be the issue and give me a estimate that's what I asked for. no you have to pay. I said sir I'm sorry there's a misunderstand you never told me in person or on the phone. he said it's on the website meanwhile yes I never went on it but they should've told me. on the phone he goes what do you do for work nasty and have you ever worked, have you ever owned a car ?! like degrading and belittling me i never felt so upset this was terrible serious and even the owners son Matt talked nasty back to me mocking me all 5 men there to me about this. I worked in customer service my whole life and this was strange this isn't good business I would never recommend this place especially if a women how they talk to you. they said pay or cops will come real big guys and so we paid and yet my window they touched and messed up and let me drive off like that terrible business of all!

We went for a test drive and I loved the vehicle. Chris honored the e-price and made the purchase of my new Forester very easy. Finance Manager was great, too. They made sure all the T's were crossed, but all-in-all it was a painless experience. Won't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Hadwin White. Chris was wonderful to work with. I fully recommend Hadwin White if you are in the market for a Subaru. My sister came with me, and she plans on having Chris put her in a new Buick soon!

    I bought my 2019 Crosstrek at Johnson Subaru in Cary and had every scheduled maintenance done in…read moretheir service department. Luckily, I hadn't needed any repairs, or I would have had them done there as well. When I moved to Myrtle Beach last year, I planned on building a similar relationship with Hadwin White. I had my first maintenance done in November and was pleased. When my starter died, I arranged to have it towed to Hadwin White for repairs. I called to make sure I could pick up a loaner before I jumped in the tow truck to ride to Conway from Myrtle Beach. I spoke with Christine and Alison and neither one could promise me one of the two loaner cars they had on the lot at 3:00 in the afternoon. I was told I needed to have it evaluated before they could give me a loaner car and could not provide a car even though I had a dead starter and a 4:00 pm appointment for the next day. As the tow truck was pulling my car away, Alison called back and said I could have a loaner car if I agreed to a $155 diagnostic. At that point, I'd already made arrangements to have it towed to an independent garage. I'd paid a premium in the past to work with the service department at a dealership because they provided a premium service at a premium price. Hadwin White put an end to that.
