Not only did they fail to rotate my tires (which I had marked beforehand to verify), but they botched the coolant flush so badly that my car overheated into the Red Zone three days later. They left air in the cooling system, causing my heater to fail and my engine to spike to dangerous temperatures. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety. Take your car elsewhere."

His family members, (mother/father) were there and father said yes, they do do oil changes and they could do that for me that day if I wanted. I'm looking for a regular shop and I liked that this was a small local family business. A little while later the man came back in the shop billed me 60ish dollars. Right now as I type this, only weeks later-- I'm in another shop to have something else looked at---because I had a leak, turns out to be oil... dripping from an old filter....he didn't even do the job....what a cluster, I could've blown an engine. I do not recommend this shop and I am very disappointed

That's why I do take my stuff to them, but then I get ready to pay and to install the headlight that I purchased and brought to them I was charged $97 and there was a supply fee not real sure what the supply item they needed was. I understand it took them 20minutes to install it but $97 seems to be a bit too much like I said I've always enjoyed Blacks. They have always been good to me, but this one seemed a little steep or shady.

They have a small waiting room and if you pull in for tire repair like nails and screws in your tires from all the construction everywhere they can patch or plug your tire it's around 20 bucks . Got a used tire there last week for 50 had my car towed there several times . I would recommend them . It's not a fancy place and sometimes there are so many people there getting work done that there's no room in their parking lot, But I do trust them and as a local would recommend them!
